Abstract With the rapid advancement of intelligent electronics, big data platforms, and other cutting-edge technologies, traditional low dielectric polymer matrix composites are no longer sufficient to satisfy the application requirements of high-end electronic information materials, particularly in the realm of high integration and high-frequency, high-speed electronic communication device manufacturing. Consequently, resin-based composites with exceptional low dielectric properties have garnered unprecedented attention. In recent years, benzoxazine-based composites have piqued the interest of scholars in the fields of high-temperature-resistant, low dielectric electronic materials due to their remarkable attributes such as high strength, high modulus, high heat resistance, low curing shrinkage, low thermal expansion coefficient, and excellent flame retardancy. This article focuses on the design and development of modification of polybenzoxazine based on low dielectric polybenzoxazine modification methods. Studies on manufacturing polybenzoxazine co-polymers and benzoxazine-based nanocomposites have also been reviewed.

Abstract The gut microbiome plays an important role in tumor growth by regulating immune cell function. However, the role of the gut microbiome-mediated monocytes in liver metastasis remains unclear. In this study, we found that fecal microbiome transplantation (FMT) from the stool of patients with liver metastasis (LM) significantly promoted liver metastasis compared with healthy donors (HD). Monocytes were upregulated in liver tissues by the CCL2/CCR2 axis in LM patients' stool transplanted mouse model. CCL2/CCR2 inhibition and monocyte depletion significantly suppress liver metastasis. FMT using LM patients' stool enhanced the plasma lipopolysaccharides (LPS) concentration. The LPS/TLR4 signaling pathway is crucial for gut microbiome-mediated liver metastasis. These results indicated that monocytes contribute to liver metastasis via the CCL2/CCR2 axis.

Abstract Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is recognized as one of the frequently diagnosed malignancies, and numerous microRNAs (miRs) are identified to be active in CRC.
Objective: This work aimed to clarify the effect of miR-141-3p on the radiosensitivity of CRC cells.
Methods: Firstly, CRC cell lines were cultured and applied to construct radiation-resistant CRC cells via X-ray treatment. The expression levels of miR-141-3p and long non-coding RNA DLX6 antisense RNA 1 (lncRNA DLX6-AS1) in CRC cells were measured using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. After transfection with miR-141-3p mimics and 24 h treatment with 6- MV X-ray (0, 2, 4, 6 Gy), the survival fraction (SF) and the colony formation ability of CRC cells were determined using the cell counting kit-8 and colony formation methods. The interactions between miR-141-3p and DLX6-AS1 were analyzed using the dual-luciferase assay. The impact of miR-141-3p on DLX6-AS1 stability was detected after adding actinomycin-D. The role of DLX6- AS1 in the radiosensitivity of CRC cells was explored by transfecting oe-DLX6-AS1 into radiation- resistant CRC cells overexpressing miR-141-3p.
Results: The relative expression levels of miR-141-3p were downregulated in CRC cells and further declined in radiation-resistant cells. Upregulation of miR-141-3p relative expression reduced SF and the colony formation ability while amplifying the radiosensitivity of radiation-resistant CRC cells. miR-141-3p directly bound to DLX6-AS1 to reduce DLX6-AS1 stability, and therefore downregulated DLX6-AS1 expression. DLX6-AS1 overexpression counteracted the role of miR- 141-3p overexpression in amplifying the radiosensitivity of radiation-resistant CRC cells.
Conclusion: miR-141-3p binding to DLX6-AS1 significantly decreased DLX6-AS1 stability and expression, promoting the radiosensitivity of CRC cells.

Abstract Self-polymerization epoxy/phthalonitrile (APPEN) pre-polymers were studied systematically, and then, gelation time and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were employed to investigate their curing behaviors. Taking advantage of orthogonal test analysis, the key factors that affected the co-polymerization of APPEN were defined and the appropriate pre-polymerization conditions were analyzed. A possible curing mechanism of APPEN was proposed. Then, the thermomechanical and mechanical properties of glass-fiber-reinforced APPEN laminates (APPEN/GF) prepared at 180 °C were analyzed to understand the cross-linked and aggregation structures. Fracture surface of the composite laminates was also investigated to reveal the copolymerization degree and the interfacial binding. The results indicated that APPEN/GF composites exhibit outstanding mechanical and thermomechanical properties (flexural strength, 712 MPa, flexural modulus, 38 GPa, and

Abstract Introduction: There have been disputes in the association between angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) and the incidence of lung cancer. Our meta-analysis reevaluated this problem from the perspectives of race, age, drug type, comparison objects and smoking.
Method: We used the following databases to carry out our literature search: Pubmed, Medline, Cochrane Library, and Ovid (From 1 January 2020 to 28 November 2021). The correlation between ARBs and the incidence rate of lung cancer was calculated by risk ratios (RRs). Confidence intervals were selected with 95% confidence intervals.
Results: A total of 10 randomized controlled trials (RCTs), 18 retrospective studies and 3 case-control studies were found to satisfy the inclusion criteria. The use of ARB drugs reduced the incidence of lung cancer. The pooled results of 10 retrospective studies revealed a decreased lung cancer incidence in patients treated with ARBs, especially in patients using Valsartan. A significantly lower lung cancer incidence was found in the ARB drugs than in calcium channel blockers (CCBs) and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs). Lung cancer occurrence was lower in Asian-based studies, especially in Mongolian-dominated and Caucasian-dominated patient populations. No significant decrease in lung cancer occurrence was found in RCTs or in patients receiving telmisartan, losartan, candesartan, irbesartan, or other placebo or in American and European-dominated patient populations.
Conclusion: Compared with ACEIs and CCBs, ARBs significantly reduce the risk of lung cancer, especially in Asian and Mongolian populations. Valsartan has the best effect in reducing the risk of lung cancer in ARB drugs.

Abstract The urban park is the main leisure and entertainment place in residents' daily lives. The accessibility of parks is closely related to the physical and mental health of the residents. Although many scholars have conducted a great deal of research on the spatial accessibility of urban parks, they have rarely considered the supply competition among different parks and the impact of multiple travel modes on the spatial accessibility of parks. Therefore, based on Baidu map navigation data, in this paper, the park Baidu score is used to represent the competitive relationship among different parks, and the impact of multiple travel modes on the spatial accessibility of parks is considered. A supply competition and multiple travel modes Gaussian two-step floating catchment area (SCM-G2SFCA) model is established to evaluate the spatial accessibility of the parks in the Wuhou District, Chengdu, China. The results show that (1) compared with traditional methods, the SCM-G2SFCA model can obtain more accurate results using Baidu map navigation data. (2) There are obvious spatial differences in the accessibility distribution of the parks in the Wuhou District, Chengdu, with high accessibility in the south and low accessibility in the north. The Jinyang and Huaxing sub-districts in the southern suburbs have the highest park accessibility and can obtain more adequate park services. The Fangcaojie and Cujin sub-districts in the northern urban areas have the lowest park accessibility and are relatively lacking in park services. The research results of this study have important reference value for the rational planning of urban parks and the improvement of the spatial accessibility of urban parks in the Wuhou District of Chengdu and similar urban areas.

Abstract Electroencephalographic measurement of cortical activity subserving motor behavior varies among different individuals, restricting the potential of brain computer interfaces (BCIs) based on motor imagery (MI). How to deal with this variability and thereby improve the accuracy of BCI classification remains a key issue. This paper proposes a deep learning-based approach to transfer the data distribution from BCI-friendly - "golden subjects" to the data from more typical BCI-illiterate users. In this work, we use the perceptual loss to align the dimensionality-reduced BCI-illiterate data with the data of golden subjects in low dimensions, by which a subject transfer neural network (STNN) is proposed. The network consists of two parts: 1) a generator, which generates the transferred BCI-illiterate features, and 2) a CNN classifier, which is used for the classification of the transferred features, thus outperforming traditional classification methods both in terms of accuracy and robustness. Electroencephalography (EEG) signals from 25 healthy subjects performing MI of the right hand and foot were classified with an average accuracy of 88.2%±5.1%. The proposed model was further validated on the BCI Competition IV dataset 2b, and was demonstrated to be robust to inter-subject variations. The advantages of STNN allow it to bridge the gap between the golden subjects and the BCI-illiterate ones, paving the way to real-time BCI applications.
