Abstract Objective: The objective of this study was to assess the prevalence of high-risk HPV infection in married women in Longgang District, Shenzhen, and to analyze the distribution of HPV subtypes across different age groups while identifying risk factors associated with HPV infection.
Methods: 1. From January 2018 to December 2020, 209,627 married women in Longgang District were selected as study subjects, using high-risk HPV testing as the primary screening means. HPV 16 or 18 positive directly referred to colposcopy, other types positive continued liquid-based thin-layer cytology (TCT) examination, if ≥ ASCUS, referred to colposcopy, and biopsy if necessary. 2. 210 female patients who came to our hospital for HPV testing from January 2018 to December 2020 were used for the study, including 130 HPV-positive patients and 80 HPV-negative patients. The risk factors of HPV infection were studied by questionnaire.
Results: The HPV infection rate in 2018 was 13.17%, including LSIL 6.87%, HSIL 3.57%, the single type infection rate was 79.83%, top5 monotypes were 52, 53, 16, 58, 81, multiple types infection rate was 20.17%, top5 multiple types were 52/ 53, 52/68, 16/52 52/58, 52/81; 2019 HPV positivity rate was 10.23%, including LSIL 5.98%, HSIL 5.81%, the monotypic infection rate was 82.5%, top5 monotypic were: 52, 16, 58, 51, 53, multi heavy sex infection rate was 17.5%, top5 multi typic were: 52/53, 52/58, 52/68, 16/52, 51/52; HPV positive rate in 2020 was 11.28%, including LSIL 6 %, HSIL 4.84%, monotypic infection rate was 79.89%, top5 monotypic were: 52, 16, 53, 58, 51, multiheavy category infection rate was 20.11%, top5 multitypic were: 52/58, 16/52, 52/68, 52/53, 51/52. 30-50 years old is the high prevalence age of HPV susceptibility, followed by 50-60 years old, and HPV52 is the most common type. 2. 210 female patients were surveyed by filling out questionnaires: Smoking history, age at first sex, age at first pregnancy, abortion, number of sexual partners, contraceptive method, bleeding during intercourse, cervicitis, vaginitis, sleeping habits, and mental status totaling 11 factors were significant between infected and control (P < .05). Dichotomous logistic regression analysis with these 11 factors as independent variables and HPV infection as dependent variable revealed that abortion (OR=2.117, 95% CI: 1.337-3.354), number of sexual partners (OR=2.562, 95% CI: 1.222-5.373), cervicitis (OR=2.873, 95% CI: 1.407-5.868), vaginitis (OR=2.413, 95% CI: 1.158-5.026) staying up late (OR=2.408, 95% CI: 1.134-5.115) and mental status (OR=3.139, 95% CI: 1.470-6.703) were six factors that were risk factors for HPV infection.
Conclusion: The common HPV infection types among women in Longgang district were mainly 52, 16, 58, 53, and 51, with a predominance of a single type of infection. The positive rate and pathogenicity of HPV 52 were higher than HPV 16. Women aged 30-60 years should be included in priority screening for cervical lesions. The six factors of miscarriage, number of sexual partners, cervicitis, vaginitis, staying up late, and mental status were risk factors for HPV infection occurrence.

Abstract The digital economy is an important driving force for China’s economic transformation and upgrading, while ‘carbon peak and carbon neutrality’ is the target vision to be achieved in China. As an important support area for the rise of central China, it is an urgent question to investigate whether the development of the digital economy in Jiangxi Province can contribute to the realization of carbon emission reduction. Based on the panel data of 11 urban areas in Jiangxi Province from 2011 to 2020, the article empirically investigates the impact of the digital economy on regional carbon emissions and its mechanism of action by using the two-way fixed-effect model, mediated-effect model, and panel threshold-effect model. The study shows that, firstly, the digital economy has a significant carbon emission reduction effect, and the conclusion still holds after a series of endogeneity and robustness tests. Second, the carbon emission reduction effect of the digital economy differs among different regions, and the carbon emission reduction effect of the digital economy is more obvious in northern Ganzhou and regions with high carbon emission levels. Again, the intermediary effect suggests that the digital economy can promote carbon emission reduction by strengthening the control of foreign investment introduction. Finally, the panel threshold effect analysis with urbanization as the threshold variable shows that there is a non-linear correlation between the effects of the digital economy on carbon emissions. The findings of this paper provide a feasible path and policy reference for Jiangxi Province’s digital economy to contribute to carbon emission reduction goals.

Abstract The cable bridges have developed in leaps and bounds in China. With the increase of service time, the diseases affecting the durability and safety of structures have also been exposed, and cables for some bridges have to be replaced in advance. Based on the investigation of the bridges which have replaced cables in our country, this paper analyses the durability of the cables for bridges and the rational durability of the common cables system in our country, so as to provide reference for the selection, application and maintenance management of the cables for bridges.

Abstract Background: It has been suggested that genetic factors may be substantially linked to allergy disorders.
Objective: This study aims to investigate the relationship between the serum specific Immunoglobulin E [sIgE], blood eosinophil, and the polymorphisms of glycoprotein Ib alpha gene [GP1BA] rs6065, platelet endothelial aggregation receptor 1 gene [PEAR1] rs12041331, and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 gene [PAI-1] rs1799762.
Methods: From the Peking Union Medical College Hospital, this study enrolled 60 healthy participants and 283 participants with allergic diseases. TaqMan-minor groove binder [MGB] quantitative polymerase chain reaction [qPCR] was used to examine the gene polymorphisms in each group.
Results: The TaqMan-MGB qPCR results were completely consistent with the DNA sequencing results, according to other studies in this medical center [Kappa =1, p <0.001]. The GP1BA rs6065, PEAR1 rs12041331, and PAI-1 rs1799762 polymorphisms did not show different distribution between allergy patients and healthy individuals. Concerning allergy patients, the CT [n=33] genotype of GP1BA rs6065 had higher blood eosinophil level than the CC [n=250] genotype [0.59, IQR 0.32-0.72 vs 0.31, IQR 0.15-0.61, *109/L, p =0.005]. The serum sIgE of AA [n=46] genotype of PEAR1 rs12041331 was lower [median 3.7, interquartile quartiles [IQR] 0.2-16.8, kU/L] than the GA [n=136] and GG [n=101] genotypes [GA median 16.3, IQR 3.1-46.3, kU/L, p = 0.002; GG median 12.9, IQR 3.0-46.9, kU/L, p =0.003]. The GA genotypes of PEAR1 rs12041331were with higher blood eosinophil levels [median 0.42, IQR 0.17-0.74 *109/L] than the AA genotype [median 0.25, IQR 0.15-0.41*109/L, p =0.012]. The sIgE of the 5G5G [n=44] genotype of PAI-1 rs1799762 was lower [median 5.0, IQR 0.1-22.8, kU/L] than the 4G5G [n=144] [median 17.3, IQR 3.7-46.0, kU/L, p = 0.012].
Conclusion: The GP1BA rs6065, PEAR1 rs12041331, and PAI-1 rs1799762 polymorphisms may be associated with the genetic susceptibility of serum sIgE or blood eosinophil in Chinese allergic disease patients.
