Abstract Since March 2020, Brazil has faced the pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), which has severely modified the way in which the population lives and uses health services. As such, face-to-face attendance has dropped dramatically, even for child vaccination, due to measures of social distancing to mitigate the transmission of the virus. Several countries have recorded a substantial drop in vaccination coverage in children, especially of those under two years of age. In Brazil, administrative data indicate the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on this downward trend, which was already an important challenge of the National Immunization Program in recent years. Many children will be susceptible to immunopreventable diseases, which reinforces the need to assess the vaccine status of schoolchildren before returning to face-to-face classes.

Abstract Background: The aim of this study was to identify significant factors affecting the effectiveness of exercise training using information of the HF-ACTION (Heart Failure: A Controlled Trial Investigating Outcomes of Exercise Training) study.
Methods: Background factors influencing the effect of exercise training were comprehensively surveyed for 2,130 patients by multivariable Cox regression analysis with the stepwise variable selection, and only significant factors were selected that were statistically distinguished from dummy noise factors using the Boruta method.
Results: The analysis suggested that the use of beta-blockers, pulse pressure, hemoglobin level, electrocardiography findings, body mass index, and history of stroke at baseline potentially influenced the exercise effect on all-cause death (AD). Therefore, a hypothetical score to estimate the effect of exercise training was constructed based on the analysis. The analysis suggested that the score is useful in identifying patients for whom exercise training may be significantly effective in reducing all-caused death and hospitalization (ADH) as well as AD. Such a subpopulation accounted for approximately 40% of the overall study population. On the other hand, in approximately 45% of patients, the effect of exercise was unclear on either AD or ADH. In the remaining 15% of patients, it was estimated that the effect of exercise might be unclear for ADH and potentially rather increase AD.
Conclusions: This study is the first analysis to comprehensively evaluate the effects of various factors on the outcome of exercise training in chronic heart failure, underscoring the need to carefully consider the patient's background before recommending exercise training. However, it should be noted that exercise training can improve many outcomes in a wide variety of diseases. Therefore, given the limitations involved in

Abstract Experience-based clinical training has been introduced in long-term practical training at pharmacies in Japan. Satisfaction and motivation of pharmacy students differs among pharmacies; however, the underlying causes of the differences are unclear. The purpose of this study was to investigate items for improvement for long-term practical training for raising pharmaceutical problem-solving capability at pharmacies based on students' perspectives. We performed a questionnaire survey to evaluate student satisfaction in clinical education and learning environments. The results were analyzed using customer satisfaction (CS) analysis. After long-term practical training at pharmacies, questionnaires were distributed to 126 pharmacy students at Fukuyama University between November 2021 and March 2022. Ninety-eight students responded. "The practice hours per prescription or pharmacotherapy screening and intervention (improvement factor: 14.954)", "the discussion hours for optimization of prescribing and rational medication use, or patient education with pharmacist (9.493)", and "the self-learning place (3.490)" were identified as items requiring improvement. Our findings suggest that the university should work together with pharmacies to improve the learning strategy and environments to increase direct and continuous interaction with pharmacists at pharmacies. Such interventions may result in improvement of students' satisfaction and a wide variety of practical pharmacy skills.
