Abstract Power battery scheduling optimization can improve the service life of the battery, but the existing heuristic algorithm has poor adaptability, and the capacity fluctuates significantly in the cycle aging process, which makes it easy to fall into the local optimal. To overcome these problems, we take the battery cycle life maximization as the goal, propose a reinforcement learning scheduling optimization model with temperature and internal resistance difference constraints, so as to determine whether to charge or discharge during battery cycle aging. We do this using the deep−learning−based battery capacity estimation model as the learning environment for the agent, using the Double DQN algorithm to train the agent, and proposing the principal component analysis method to reduce the dimension of the state space. These experiments, using multiple publicly available battery aging data sets, show that the principal component analysis method and the constraint functions reduce the computational time to find the optimal solution, providing the possibility of obtaining larger reward values. Meanwhile, the trained model effectively extends the cycle life of the battery, and has good adaptivity. It can automatically adjust parameters with the battery aging process to develop optimal charging and discharging protocols for power batteries with different chemical compositions.

Abstract Objective: This study reviewed and analyzed the prenatal diagnosis experience of thalassemia in our center over the past decade and the abnormal ultrasonic characteristics of fetuses with hemoglobin (Hb) Bart's hydrops fetalis.
Methods: Pregnant women and their partners who tested positive for α
Results: Invasive prenatal α-thalassemia diagnosis and ultrasonography were performed in 1049 patients at risk for Hb Bart's hydrops fetalis syndrome at our hospital from 2012 to 2021. Chorionic villus sampling (CVS) was performed in 58 cases (5.5%), amniocentesis in 902 cases (86%), and cordocentesis in 89 cases (8.5%). Hb Bart's hydrops fetalis syndrome was diagnosed in 280 fetuses. The most common body cavity effusion was pericardial effusion, ascites, and fetal systemic edema.
Conclusions: The extensive experience at our center shows that carrier screening, molecular diagnostics, genetic counseling, and prenatal diagnosis are effective measures to prevent Hb Bart's hydrops fetalis syndrome. The ultrasonographic abnormalities in fetuses with Hb Bart's hydrops are mainly caused by an increase in cardiac output, which leads to the body cavity effusion from various organs.

Abstract Objectives: Eucommia ulmoides gum (EUG) is an important natural biomass rubber material, which is usually extracted from Eucommia ulmoides Oliver (EUO). In the extraction process of EUG, pretreatment is the most important step which can efficiently damage EUG-containing cell wall and improve yield of EUG.
Results: The FT-IR, XRD, DSC and TG results showed that the thermal properties and structure of the EUG from the dilute acids hydrolysis residue are similar with that of the EUG directly extracted from EUO leaves (EUGD). EUO leaves hydrolysis with AA had the highest EUG yield (16.1%), which was higher than the EUGD yield (9.5%). In the case of the EUO leaves hydrolysis with 0.33 ~ 0.67 wt% of acetic acid (AA), the total sugar was stable in the range of 26.82-27.67 g/L. Furthermore, the EUO leaves acid hydrolysate (AA as reagent) was used as carbon sources for lipid-producing fermentation by Rhodosporidium toruloides. After 120 h of fermentation, the biomass, lipid content and lipid yield were 12.13 g/L, 30.16% and 3.64 g/L, respectively. The fermentation results indicated organic acids were no toxic for Rhodosporidium toruloides and the AA also could be used as carbon source for fermentation.

Abstract The pharmacokinetic variability of nifedipine widely observed in the clinic cannot be fully explained by pharmacogenomics. As a new factor affecting drug metabolism, how the gut microbiota affects the pharmacokinetics of nifedipine needs to be explored. Spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) have been commonly used in hypertension-related research and served as the experimental groups; Wistar rats were used as control groups. In this study, the bioavailability of nifedipine decreased by 18.62% (

Abstract The pressurized entrained-flow gasification is the most efficient and promising technology for utilization of lignite, where dense-phase pneumatic conveying under high pressure is one of the key techniques. The study aims at clarifying the conveying mechanisms of dense-phase pneumatic conveying of pulverized lignite in horizontal pipe under high pressure. For this purpose, bulk density of pulverized lignite with different moisture content was measured and analyzed, and the quantitative relationship between interparticle cohesion/cohesive forces and the moisture content was obtained. On the basis of this quantitative relationship, Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion was introduced to quantify particle flowability, and Castellanos's model was introduced to evaluate the fluidization characteristics. Combined with particle flowability and the fluidization quality, the conveying mechanisms of dense-phase pneumatic conveying of pulverized lignite in horizontal pipe under high pressure were explored. Results indicated that when the supplementary gas flow rate rises, the conveying capacity becomes weak, and the conveying resistance shows a decreasing firstly and then increasing tendency. While when the moisture content rises, the conveying capacity becomes weak, the conveying resistance strengthens, and the conveying stability weakens.

Abstract Low immunogenicity, absence of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and immunosuppressive microenvironment of immune cold tumors are the main bottlenecks leading to unfavorable prognosis. Here, an integrated tumor bioimaging and multimodal therapeutic strategy is developed, which converts immune cold into hot by modulating oxidative stress levels, enhancing photo-killing efficacy, inducing immunogenic cell death and inhibiting the immune checkpoint. On that occasion, the unique tumor microenvironment can be harnessed to biosynthesize in situ self-assembly iron complexes and fluorescent gold nanoclusters from metal ions Fe(II) and Au(III) for active targeting and real-time visualization of the tumors, simultaneously regulating reactive oxygen species levels within tumors via peroxidase-like activity. Furthermore, methylene blue (MB)-mediated photodynamic therapy promotes the release of damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), which acts as in situ tumor vaccine and further induces dendritic cells maturation, augments the infiltration of antitumor T cells and significantly impedes the primary tumor growth and proliferation. More strikingly, by synergizing with the programmed cell death receptor-1 (PD-1) checkpoint inhibitor, the immunosuppressive microenvironment is remodeled and the survival time of model mice is prolonged. In summary, this paradigm utilizes the tumor-specific microenvironment to boost robust and durable systemic antitumor immunity, providing a novel opportunity for precision cancer theranostics.
