    Abstract Objective: The purposes of this article were to compare the characteristics of the vocal quality of therapists and patients in change and stuck episodes, and to depict patient-therapist interaction sequences of vocal properties, in order to analyze micro-regulatory processes within the psychotherapeutic interaction.
    Method: Application of the Vocal Quality Patterns coding system to a study of a sample of change and stuck episodes, taken from six psychotherapies.
    Results: The results made it possible to show that the 15 psychotherapeutic change process are embodied in the modes of vocal expression of their participants, and that the way in which these different modes are coordinated within the interaction makes it possible to observe regulatory micro-sequences that participate in the therapeutic change process.

    Abstract La zona de El Dorado-Monserrat está situada en el borde suroriental de la comarca del Deseado, a 110 km al noroeste de la ciudad de Puerto San Julián. Esta zona posee interés económico debido a la presencia de vetas epitermales con Au-Ag y Ba. Además, resulta un área apta para el estudio litofacial y estructural del Complejo Volcánico Bahía Laura (CVBL) de edad jurásica media a tardía. Se han reconocido cuatro litofacies que integran el complejo (facies lávico-hipabisal mesosilícica, facies piro-epiclástica, facies ignimbrítica soldada y facies lávico-hipabisal riolítica) y se ha puesto énfasis en aquellas de carácter proximal. Se han identificado fallas normales con orientación ENE (N 75°) y NNO, vinculadas con el régimen de extensión que ejerció un fuerte control en el emplazamiento del volcanismo durante la evolución del rift. Se propone a esta zona como un centro eruptivo recurrente, tanto para la actividad efusiva como explosiva, el cual estuvo controlado por fallas normales de rumbo ENE de distribución escalonada. Hipotéticas calderas de tipo trapdoor se habrían generado durante el emplazamiento de los flujos ignimbríticos de gran volumen.

Se han reconocido cuatro litofacies que integran el complejo (facies lávico-hipabisal mesosilícica, facies piro-epiclástica, facies ignimbrítica soldada y facies lávico-hipabisal riolítica) y se ha puesto énfasis en aquellas de carácter proximal. Se han identificado fallas normales con orientación ENE (N 75°) y NNO, vinculadas con el régimen de extensión que ejerció un fuerte control en el emplazamiento del volcanismo durante la evolución del rift. The Dorado-Monserrat area is located in the southeastern edge of the Deseado region, 110 km far from Puerto San Julián. It has an economic interest due to the Au-Ag-Ba epithermal vein system and also, the area is suitable for carrying out lithological and structural studies of the Bahía Laura Volcanic Complex (BLVC), of Middle to Late Jurassic age. Four lithofacies have been recognized (intermediate lavas/dikes, piro-epiclastics, welded ignimbrites, rhyolitic lavas/dikes), with special emphasis on near-vent facies. In addition, several normal faults, trending ENE (N 75°) and NNW, were identified. They are closely associated to the extensional regime which strongly controlled the Bahía Laura Volcanic Complex emplacement during the rift evolution. The study area is proposed as a recurrent eruptive centre, both during efusive and explosive activity, controlled by main en-échèlon ENE trending normal faults. Hypothetic trapdoor type calderas should have generated during large-volume ignimbrites emplacement.

    Abstract Background: For years, there has been controversy about the meaning of medication-related problems (MRPs). This has led several authors to attempt to redefine and classify this term with the aim of using it correctly in the healthcare setting. So far without achieving the desired objective, resulting in erroneous results in the sources of information and thus in malpractice in the sector.
    Objective: To describe and analyze the appropriateness of the existing indexing of scientific publications in the MEDLINE bibliographical database with respect to drug-related problems (DRPs) and to determine whether the descriptors used fulfilled the function of suitably representing this concept.
    Methods: A descriptive study was conducted, using the following search terms: Medication Errors; Drug Interactions; Drug Overdose; Drug-Related Side Effects and Adverse Reactions; Contraindications, Drug. The sample size was calculated by estimating population parameters in an infinite population (expected value = 0.05; precision of interval = 0.05; level of confidence = 0.95) and the selection method was simple random sampling without replacement, taking the total number of bibliographical references in the database as the basis. The agreement of the indexing with DRPs was evaluated with the coefficient of determination (R
    Results: The 1930 records analyzed showed a total of 2888 different major topics. These major topics were present, with at least one of the five descriptors studied, in 482 (25.0%; 95% CI 23.0-27.0) documentary files, with statistically significant differences between the two phases analyzed (χ2 = 183.8; degrees of freedom (df) = 1; p < 0.001): 1st phase, 295 (13.3%; 95% CI 13.7-16.9) and 2nd phase, 187 (9.7%; 95% CI 8.4-11.0). Overall scientific output with the five descriptors showed a coefficient of determination (R
    Conclusions: There was a very good direct exponential trend of the overall scientific output retrieved with the terms associated with DRPs, although the progression of the five descriptors separately did not show a growth model conforming to expectations. There was a moderate agreement between the objective of the study and the definition of each of the five descriptors used and a low relationship between the objective of the study and the concept of DRPs used for this investigation. It is essential to have a descriptor that unifies the terminological diffusion that has existed up till now, since process (causes) and effects (outcomes) have been mixed together under the various definitions and classifications of DRPs found in the studies.
