Abstract The growing interest in applying 2D transition-metal carbides and nitrides (MXenes) to diverse application fields such as energy storage and harvesters, catalysts, sensors, optoelectronics, electromagnetic interference shielding and antennas since its first discovery in 2011 is clearly evident. Their intrinsic high conductivity limits the development of MXenes in photodetectors that rely on the semiconducting properties of active materials, while the abundant functional groups on the surface of MXenes provide opportunities for using MXenes as sensing materials in the fabrication of flexible photodetectors. Considerable studies on MXene based photodetectors have been carried out, but the main obstacles include seeking novel semiconducting materials in MXene families, the manufacturing technology,

Abstract Reperfusion therapy of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) refers to physical or chemical recanalization and restoration of blood flow to an occluded coronary artery, and current techniques for reperfusion therapy include intravenous thrombolysis, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The number of patients receiving emergency CABG in the real world is decreasing due to the disadvantages of CABG and the improvement in PCI procedures. Thrombolytic therapy has some disadvantages such as low recanalization rate, high risk of reocclusion and bleeding, and short time window. On the other hand, intracoronary interventional therapy may meet the requirements of "early, complete and persistent" patency of coronary arteries at different time points. However, in the emergency PCI, although thrombus aspiration via a catheter or balloon dilation is performed, residual thrombus with heavy or low TIMI (thrombolysis in myocardial infarction) myocardial perfusion grading is still observed in some patients, suggesting disordered microcirculation. Currently, the treatment of microcirculatory disturbance in emergency PCI mainly employed injection of tirofiban, adenosine, thrombolytic agent or other drugs into the local area via a microcatheter in a short time, all of which can significantly reduce the thrombus load and improve TIMI perfusion. Herein, we report that a microcatheter was indwelled in the coronary artery for continuous pumping of low-dose thrombolytic drugs as reperfusion therapy in 12 patients with acute and subacute MI.

Abstract Frequently used aqueous electrolytes in MXene-based Zn-ion hybrid microsupercapacitors (MSCs) limit their cycling and rate stability. The use of metal and nonmetal additives in electrolytes for the performance improvement of Zn-ion MSCs is considered a valid method. Herein, we propose an additive assisted Zn(CF

    Abstract Background: Nitrogen dioxide (NO
Objective: This study aimed to quantitatively assess the relationship between short-term NO
Methods: A time series study was conducted on 413,703 deaths that occurred in Guangzhou during the period of 2010 to 2018. The causes of death were classified into 10 categories and 26 subcategories. We utilized a generalized additive model with quasi-Poisson regression analysis using a natural cubic splines function with lag structure of 0 to 4 days to estimate the potential lag effect of NO
Results: A significant association existed between NO
    Conclusions: Short-term NO

Abstract Due to the high mass calorific value, boron powder is widely used in energetic material systems such as solid propellants and ignition powders. Especially, boron powder has very broad application prospects in the field of fuel-rich propellants. However, due to the cross-linking reaction between the boric acid contained on the surface of boron powder and an adhesive called hydroxylated polybutadiene (HTPB), the viscosity of the propellant mixture system increases sharply, which seriously affects the preparation of the propellant. In this paper, "click chemistry" is intended to be used to graft the functional groups on the surface of boron powder to reduce the viscosity of the boron powder and HTPB in the initial mixing stage. In addition, a rheometer was used to test the viscosity of the boron powder and the HTPB system. The test results showed that compared to the viscosity of the raw boron powder system at 24.1 Pa·s, the mixing termination viscosity of the grafted sample was 17.1 Pa·s, a decrease of 29.0%.
