Abstract With faster industrial development, the demand for energy increases dramatically. As demand rises, the supply of energy grows a lot. Although with new technologies, traditional energy, such as burning coal, is still the main way of producing energy. Traditional production has a huge and irreversible hurt to the environment, which should be substituted by new clean energy. Finding out the new resources and making them work in the real energy market is the primary goal of energy development. This article mainly describes the current status of China’s natural clean energy, and then combines the advantages and disadvantages of many aspects and proposes several methods suitable for the multiple development of energy. Comprehensively considering the clean and high-efficiency characteristics of future energy development, a circular model of energy consumption and production capacity has been formed in all aspects, reducing energy waste and increasing energy consumption restrictions due to instability. In view of the development characteristics of China’s existing vast land and resources, and the huge energy demand groups, small-quantity, multi-site and diverse energy development is the future trend of China’s energy development. However, the existing utilization and utilization rate of these natural resources are very low, and although a large number of traditional production capacity industries can meet the energy supply demand, they have a great impact on the environment. President Xi once said that green waters and green mountains are our golden and silver mountains. Such environmentally friendly energy development is the ultimate goal we want to achieve.

Abstract In light of the problem of trajectory tracking control in vehicle servo systems with system model uncertainty and external time-varying disturbance, an effective trajectory tracking control method that can handle system model uncertainty and external time-varying disturbances is proposed. To achieve this goal, a novel composite robust integral of the sign of the error (RISE) control method is introduced that combines a multi-layer neural network and an extended state observer. Specifically, multi-layer neural networks are utilized to approximate the uncertainty of the system model, while an extended state observer is employed to estimate the fitting near-error and the external time-varying interference, which are used as feedforward compensation. Finally, the RISE controller is implemented as a robust feedback controller. By applying Lyapunov theory for stability analysis and conducting experiments, the results demonstrate that the proposed approach exhibits excellent performance and robustness in addressing the uncertainties and disturbances involved in trajectory tracking control for vehicle servo systems.

Abstract The genome of an individual from an admixed population consists of segments originated from different ancestral populations. Most existing ancestry inference approaches focus on calling these segments for the extant individual. In this paper, we present a general ancestry inference approach for inferring recent ancestors from an extant genome. Given the genome of an individual from a recently admixed population, our method can estimate the proportions of the genomes of the recent ancestors of this individual that originated from some ancestral populations. The key step of our method is the inference of ancestors (called founders) right after the formation of an admixed population. The inferred founders can then be used to infer the ancestry of recent ancestors of an extant individual. Our method is implemented in a computer program called PedMix2. To the best of our knowledge, there is no existing method that can practically infer ancestors beyond grandparents from an extant individual's genome. Results on both simulated and real data show that PedMix2 performs well in ancestry inference.

Abstract Objective: To evaluate the regulatory effect of transcription factor EB (TFEB) on the odontoblastic differentiation of dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs) in vivo and in vitro.
Designs: RNA-seq was used to detect differentially expressed genes in differentiated DPSCs. Lysosomes and the expression of the related gene TFEB were examined in DPSCs. DPSCs were then transfected with lentivirus for TFEB-overexpression. Cell proliferation was detected using CCK-8 and EdU assays, while cell differentiation was detected using ALP and ARS detection kits. Subsequently, mitophagy and cell metabolism were examined using TEM and Seahorse. An odontoblastic differentiation model was constructed subcutaneously in nude mice. Finally, the effects of glycolysis and mitophagy inhibitors were evaluated on odontoblastic differentiation and the associated mechanisms were explored.
Results: TFEB overexpression promoted a significant increase in ALP activity and the expression of differentiation-related genes in DPSCs, while it inhibited cell proliferation. In vivo, TFEB overexpression caused higher bone volume/trabecular volume(BV/TV), and an increase in collagen formation and heightened DMP-1 expression. Furthermore, Seahorse flux analysis demonstrated that TFEB promoted metabolic reprogramming. Transmission electron microscope(TEM) results indicated an increase in mitochondrial autophagosomes after TFEB overexpression, and the expression of mitophagy-related genes was also elevated. The odontoblastic differentiation of DPSCs promoted by TFEB overexpression was suppressed after the addition of 2-DG and Midiv-1. Addition of Midiv-1 reduced the glycolytic rate of DPSCs, while addition of 2-DG also decreased the mitophagy level of the cells.
Conclusions: Our results showed that TFEB promoted the odontoblastic differentiation of DPSCs and identified mitophagy and metabolic reprogramming as a positive feedback loop.

Abstract Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the expression of TGFBI in infantile hemangioma (IH) of proliferative stage or involuting stage and detect the effects of TGFBI overexpression or knockdown on the biological beha-vior of hemangioma endothelial cells (HemECs) from proliferative IH by using plasmid and siRNA.
Methods: TGFBI expression levels in proliferative IH and involuting IH were detected by immunofluorescence. TGFBI overexpression plasmid and negative control plasmid were constructed and transfected into HemECs. siRNA for TGFBI and its negative control siRNA were constructed and transfected into HemECs. Western blot was used to detect the expression of TGFBI in the TGFI overexpression group (OE group) and its negative control (NC group), as well as TGFBI knockdown group (si-TGFBI group) and its negative control (si-NC group), to confirm the efficiency of transfection. CCK-8 assays were performed to assess the viability of HemECs. EdU assays were conducted to investigate the proliferation ability of HemECs. Transwell assays were used to detect the migration ability of HemECs. Tube formation assays were carried out to assess the angiogenic capacity of HemECs. Extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) assays were performed to investigate the glycolysis level of HemECs.
Results: The results of immunofluorescence showed that TGFBI expression was significantly elevated in proliferative IH compared with that in involuting IH. Western blot showed that TGFBI expression in the OE group was upregulated compared with that in the NC group, and TGFBI expression in si-TGFBI was downregulated compared with that in the si-NC group. The viability, cell proliferation, migration ability, and angiogenic capacity of HemECs were promoted in the OE group compared with those in the NC group, whereas these biological behaviors were inhibited in the si-TGFBI group compared with those in the si-NC group. In ECAR assays, the glycolysis level of HemECs in the OE group was enhanced compared with that in the NC group.
Conclusions: TGFBI is upregulated in proliferative IH. TGFBI overexpression enhanced the viability, cell proliferation, migration ability, and angiogenic capacity of HemECs, which indicated that TGFBI might play a key role in IH progression by accelerating glycolysis. Thus, targeting TGFBI might be an effective therapeutic strategy for IH.

Abstract Today, the use of wireless sensor networks has grown rapidly; however, wireless sensor networks are prone to receiving cyber-physical attacks. Time synchronization is a fundamental requirement for protocols in wired and wireless sensor network applications; hence, secure time synchronization is also crucial. This paper presents an introduction to time synchronization, including the concepts, challenges, and requirements of time synchronization protocols. The scope of the paper includes both software- and hardware-based protocols. Then, different time synchronization methods are analyzed. Moreover, research progress in secure time synchronization is reviewed. The survey also discusses the weaknesses of current secure time synchronization protocols and provides suggestions for future research directions. This survey aims to highlight research progress and trends in time synchronization and secure time synchronization.
