Abstract Particle size and chemical composition are the basic parameters of nanomaterials. The nanoscale size endows nanomaterials with special properties different from bulk materials, such as surface and interface effect, small size effect, quantum size effect, macroscopic quantum tunneling effect and dielectric confinement effect. The type and content of chemical components determine the chemical properties of nanomaterials, such as chemical activity, catalytic selectivity, adsorption selectivity and biological affinity. To a large extent, particle size and chemical composition determine the application of nanomaterials in energy, electronics, environment, sensing, biomedicine and other fields. Therefore, the particle size and composition analysis of nanomaterials are of great significance for the optimization and application of their preparation process. Mass spectrometry is one of the main analytical techniques, which is used to detect the mass, elemental composition and chemical structure of particles or molecules, and it can analyze almost all types and forms of materials, with the characteristics of high analysis accuracy and high detection sensitivity. It has been more widely applied in nano-coating thickness analysis, nanomaterials composition analysis, trace impurity analysis and composition distribution analysis. In some recent research studies, mass spectrometry has also been used to analyze the number concentration, particle size and particle size distribution of nanoparticles, demonstrating its potential for particle size measurements in suspensions over a large size range. In this paper, the advances in studies on mass spectrometry in the analysis of the composition and particle size of nanomaterials were reviewed. The basic principles, advantages and disadvantages, range of application and application cases of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, glow discharge mass spectrometry, secondary ion mass spectrometry and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry techniques ...

Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Manlyman Spray combined with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE).Methods: A total of 60 primary premature ejaculation patients with stable sexual partners and regular sexual activity (≥1 times per week) from April 2021 to October 2022 were involved in the clinical observation, The patients' age is (34.3 ± 4.9) years old, and the course of the disease is (112.5 ± 65.5) months, and Manlyman Spray combined with biofeedback therapy was used to treat patients for 8 weeks. Manlyman Spray was sprayed 3 times on the surface of the penisqd for 4 weeks, and Biofeedback therapy is treated twice a week according to the AI setting module, for a total of 8 weeks. Before and 8 weeks after medication and at 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, the Intravaginal Ejaculation Latency Time (IELT), Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool (PEDT) scores and Clinical Global Impression of Change (CGIC) scores were Obtained and compared. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, the IELT of the patients was significantly prolonged ([351.4 ± 76.7] vs [87 ± 16.8],P<0.05) and at 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, the therapeutic effect still existed ([345.9 ± 80.3] vs [87 ± 16.8],P<0.05), the PEDT scores were significantly improved after treatment ([18.2 ± 1.1] vs [9.0 ± 1.4],P<0.05)and at 4 weeks after drug withdrawal([18.0 ± 1.2] vs [9.0 ± 1.4],P<0.05), and so were the CGIC scores ([13.4 ± 1.3] vs [3.3 ± 1.4],P<0.05, and [12.6 ± 1.6] vs [3.3 ± 1.4],P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Manlyman Spray and biofeedback therapy can effectively treat primary premature ejaculation, with a long duration of treatment and good safety, and the specific mechanism needs further study.

Abstract Background: Salt stress significantly reduces soybean yield. To improve salt tolerance in soybean, it is important to mine the genes associated with salt tolerance traits.
Results: Salt tolerance traits of 286 soybean accessions were measured four times between 2009 and 2015. The results were associated with 740,754 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) to identify quantitative trait nucleotides (QTNs) and QTN-by-environment interactions (QEIs) using three-variance-component multi-locus random-SNP-effect mixed linear model (3VmrMLM). As a result, eight salt tolerance genes (GmCHX1, GsPRX9, Gm5PTase8, GmWRKY, GmCHX20a, GmNHX1, GmSK1, and GmLEA2-1) near 179 significant and 79 suggested QTNs and two salt tolerance genes (GmWRKY49 and GmSK1) near 45 significant and 14 suggested QEIs were associated with salt tolerance index traits in previous studies. Six candidate genes and three gene-by-environment interactions (GEIs) were predicted to be associated with these index traits. Analysis of four salt tolerance related traits under control and salt treatments revealed six genes associated with salt tolerance (GmHDA13, GmPHO1, GmERF5, GmNAC06, GmbZIP132, and GmHsp90s) around 166 QEIs were verified in previous studies. Five candidate GEIs were confirmed to be associated with salt stress by at least one haplotype analysis. The elite molecular modules of seven candidate genes with selection signs were extracted from wild soybean, and these genes could be applied to soybean molecular breeding. Two of these genes, Glyma06g04840 and Glyma07g18150, were confirmed by qRT-PCR and are expected to be key players in responding to salt stress.
Conclusions: Around the QTNs and QEIs identified in this study, 16 known genes, 6 candidate genes, and 8 candidate GEIs were found to be associated with soybean salt tolerance, of which Glyma07g18150 was further confirmed by qRT-PCR.
