Title translation The role of premorbid personality in the genesis of psychopathological symptomatology in patients with organic anxiety-depressive disorder, schizophrenia and endogenous depression.
Abstract Objective: The current study has been performed in order to find the influence of premorbid personality traits on psychopathological symptomatology in patients with endogenous depression (ED), schizophrenia and organic anxiety-depressive disorder (OADD).
Material and methods: 191 patients (57 with OADD,93 with schizophrenia and 41 with ED) were included into study. The Munich personality test (MPT) and Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS) were used for the evaluation of premorbid personality; the SCL-90 - for the assessment of psychopathological structure. The multiple regression analysis has been used for the assessment of relationships between premorbid personality constructs and psychopathological status separately in each diagnostic group.
Results: The SCL-90 scores were maximal in ED and schizophrenia patients and minimal in OADD patients (
Conclusion: The analysis revealed the predominance of certain personality constructs in each of the diseases, with a universal negative effect of alexithymia and a positive effect of frustration tolerance in anxiety-depressive disorders of any etiology.

Abstract The purpose of the article is to analyze the specifics of the Ukrainian doctrine regarding the legal nature of medical services and areas for improving legal regulation. The research is based on the analysis and comparison of Ukrainian and EU law, content analysis of the terminology of legal sources, legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, scientific researches, description and generalization of existing achievements and issues in the field of legal regulation of healthcare services. Research methods are monographic analysis, systematic and structural analysis, comparative and legal analysis, linguistic analysis, content analysis, method of generalization. The need to unify the special categorical apparatus of Ukrainian legislation has been substantiated. It has been proved that due to the improvement of domestic legislation through the implementation of the norms of European private law, the doctrine and practice of legal regulation will correspond to the nature of the regulated relations. The content, structure, and specific features of legal relations for the provision of medical services in the Ukrainian legal system have been determined. The authors have made a conclusion about the private legal nature of medical services in the domestic legal doctrine. Recommendations have been made for the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates civil relations for the provision of medical services, regarding the introduction of special norms related to the personal non-property rights of the relations' participants, contractual representation of a patient, legal terms for the provision of medical services without obtaining the consent.

Title translation Role of computerized tomography in the diagnosis of osteomas of the sphenoid sinus with intracranial extension.
Abstract The paper reports two rare cases of sphenoidal osteoma which occur statistically in 1.9% of sphenoidal osteomas. Two women underwent computed tomography because of complaints of progressive headaches. The patients had recurrent unilateral exudative otitis media. CT localized the tumor spread into the cerebral cranium and promoted further treatment design. The authors state that indications to CT diagnosis in patients with headaches should be increased. It is also suggested to make CT-diagnosis more frequently in cases of recurrent unilateral exudative otitis.

Title translation Effect of space flight factors on health of cosmonauts in the near and late term after space flights.
Abstract Cytogenetical studies of cosmonauts' peripheral blood lymphocytes after space flights on MIR orbital station showed a statistically significant increase in the yields of radiation-induced chromosomal aberrations. However, similar studies with in vitro irradiation of biological objects with accelerated charged particles are of great importance for elucidation of the nature of cytogenetical damage induced in vivo. It is also important to investigate the structure of cosmonatus' diseases over their life, in particular, lens opacities and oncological diseases. Thus, the purpose of the investigations planned is to study cytogenetical damage in blood lymphocytes from cosmonauts after space flights on the ISS in vivo, as well as in donor blood lymphocytes after in vitro exposure to accelerated charged particles. The tasks of the project are as follows: determination of the yields and types of chromosomal aberrations in cosmonauts' blood lymphocytes before and after space flights, comparative studies of biological effects induced in vitro by different types of ionizing radiation in human blood lymphocytes in ground experiments, assessment of cytogenetical risks, analysis of the structure of cosmonatus' diseases comparing with that of whole population, study of the mortality and frequency of cataracts and oncological diseases in cosmonauts. The results to be obtained will be used for setting of health norms applied to the influence of radiations of different types, and for elaboration of measures to reduce health risks from space flight factors.

Abstract The article is dedicated to the bright memory of Prof. Shtabsky B.M. (the 90th anniversary) and comprises a fragment of results of experimental investigations conducted under his supervision in 1984-1989 years. They are related to the methodological approaches to the conducting acute, subacute, and chronic experiments, as well as analysis of the results and verification of the maximum daily permissible dose (DPD) of lead and cadmium in the everyday diet. In the acute experiments it has been established that lead nitrate belongs to the group of the low-toxic compounds, Cadmium nitrate belongs to the mid-toxic compounds, while both are considered to be highly cumulative. The toxicity and the level of cumulation does not depend on the carrier – water, milk, vegetable oil. In subacute and chronic experiments the comparative toxicity of Ionic (comes with water and nourishment) and biocommunicated (liver and kidney homogenate, cottage cheese) forms of metals in the range of doses 1/10-1/100000 LD50 and additionally 1/500000 LD50 for cadmium has been studied. Toxicometrically significant distinctions under the action of the afore-mentioned forms have not been detected. The excretion of δ-aminolevulinic acid and coproporphyrin with urine, and concentration of SH-groups in the blood plasma and liver tissue and protein in urine under the effect of cadmium in the effect of lead appeared to bethe most demonstrative. Both metals possess clear gonadotoxical effect, they cause genetic effects, which can be determined by cytogenetic method, and in the Ames test with presence of liver S-9 microsomal fraction. Maximal non-effective supra-background dose DE050 0,0015 mg/kg for lead, and 0,00005 mg/kg for cadmium have been established on the basis of analysis of “dose-effect” dependency in subacute and chronic experiments, having taken into consideration results obtained according to the method of loading by same metals. Taking into the account natural metallic background dose of with daily diet (0,0025 mg/kg for lead, 0,0005 mg/kg ...
