    Abstract The study has attempted to study the impact of COVID-19 on downside stock market risk in the G-20 nations using Vaue-at-Risk models. The findings of the study suggest that all the G-20 nations have experienced very high level of risk during Global Financial Crisis and COVID-19 as all the countries' stock markets are critical during these two periods, but the magnitude of risk is found to be highest during COVID-19 period compared to other regimes in most of the countries. However, one shocking revelation is that China is found to be on safe zone having very less market risk, whereas all other countries are found to be critical.

    Abstract Protein Structure Prediction is the process of prediction of the three dimensional structure of aprotein from its amino acid sequence. Proteins are large biological molecules which contain large amount ofamino acid sequence. The Bioinformatics industry is in the fledgling condition and gaining more attention ofresearchers. For the development of a new drug there need a high level of research with large amount of datafrom different cluster and locations. In the field of biology protein structure prediction plays a vital role forthe development a new drug. In recent years many techniques are being used for the protein structureprediction. There are many Soft Computing methods like Fuzzy Logic, Artificial neural network, Geneticalgorithms, Swarm optimization, etc are used for this purpose to distinguish, compare or process the variousstructure of protein. It is always a big task for researchers to develop new tools and methods for the purposeof processing of data as well as development of drugs. Protein Structure Prediction is the process ofprediction of the secondary, territory & quaternary structure of the protein from its amino acid sequence.Genetic Algorithm is a computational technique which creates the mimic of the process. In this paper wehave proposed a technique, which based on Genetic Algorithm technique for the prediction of proteinstructure. This technique will be helpful to work with huge amount of data and for the prediction of proteinstructure in a large scale. This technique can be adopted by the medicine researchers to develop variousdrugs after study and analyzing the changes of protein structure.
