Abstract Chromium (VI) in soil poses a significant threat to the environment and human health. Despite efforts to remediate Cr contaminated soil (Cr-soil), instances of re-yellowing have been observed over time. To understand the causes of re-yellowing as well as the influence of overdosed chemical reductant in remediating Cr-soil, experiments on excess reducing agent interference and soil re-yellowing mechanisms under different extreme conditions were conducted. The results show that the USEPA method 3060A & 7196A combined with K

Abstract To obtain better frequency bands for source bearing estimation, experiments using an ice-mounted geophone were performed at three sites on the Arctic ice cap. By transforming to the frequency domain, errors of the bearing estimation in a number of frequency bands within 1000 Hz and the horizontal peak displacements received by the geophone in the corresponding frequency bands were obtained. After comparing the variation in errors to the peak displacements in the same frequency band, it was found that the errors are related to the peak displacements, and higher peak displacement values mean smaller errors. When the incident angle of the acoustic source and the ice thickness meet certain conditions, some modes of the Lamb waves of the ice plate are excited, the peak displacements in the same frequency band are increased, the errors of bearing estimation are reduced, and the effective frequency band for bearing estimation is broadened. These results provide some new ideas for the bearing estimation of acoustic sources beneath the Arctic ice.

Abstract Under the strategic goal of building a domestic economic cycle, the development quality of social e-commerce in my country needs to be improved urgently. The main reason for the low quality of social e-commerce development in my country is that the natural advantages of social e-commerce, such as high-efficiency dissemination of information and increased consumer utility due to improper sales model design, cannot play a role. However, the lack of research on social e-commerce systems makes it difficult for retailers to obtain effective theoretical guidance for their sales model design. Based on this, this paper takes the three most important and important social e-commerce sales models in my country at present—recommended reward model, online group purchase model, and online crowdfunding model as the research objects, and systematically analyzes the consumer recommendation behaviors in the three sales models. By analyzing and market equilibrium, while improving the theoretical research of social e-commerce, it also provides theoretical basis and policy guidance for the optimal mode design of social e-commerce under different sales modes. This paper considers the consumer recommendation behavior in social networks and analyzes the main characteristics of the three sales models in view of the development status and specific problems of social e-commerce in my country, and then constructs retailer-existing consumer-potential The three-agent dynamic Stackelberg game model of consumers analyzes the influence mechanism and market equilibrium of consumer recommendation behavior under three sales models.

Abstract ABSTRACTDifferent clinical medicine programs exist in China, which are mainly the 3-year junior college medical program, the 5-year medical bachelor’s degree program, the 5 + 3 medical master’s degree program, and the 8-year medical doctoral degree program. Medical graduates obtain different degrees from various medical programs, leading to inequality and polarization of the cultivation. The extended length of schooling discourages talented students from pursuing clinical medicine. The current situation has worsened due to the mismatch between clinical competence and promotion, as well as insufficient remuneration. The most critical reform measure is to establish separate degree systems for scientific research skill training and clinical training, which helps clarify the boundaries between these two. Students who receive academic postgraduate education obtain academic degrees, such as the master of medical science and doctor of philosophy; students who take part in the national standardized resident training, specialist training, or general practitioner training obtain professional degrees, such as master of medicine and doctor of medicine. It is imperative to consider shortening the duration of medical education, with an ideal limit of eight years on average. Optimizing the way to promotion and raising the expenditure of remuneration are also crucial. The reform of medical education system in China still has a long way to go and requires gradual adjustment and optimization.

Abstract Background: Driver genes play a vital role in the development of cancer. Identifying driver genes is critical for diagnosing and understanding cancer. However, challenges remain in identifying personalized driver genes due to tumor heterogeneity of cancer. Although many computational methods have been developed to solve this problem, few efforts have been undertaken to explore gene-patient associations to identify personalized driver genes.
Results: Here we propose a method called LPDriver to identify personalized cancer driver genes by employing linear neighborhood propagation model on individual genetic data. LPDriver builds personalized gene network based on the genetic data of individual patients, extracts the gene-patient associations from the bipartite graph of the personalized gene network and utilizes a linear neighborhood propagation model to mine gene-patient associations to detect personalized driver genes. The experimental results demonstrate that as compared to the existing methods, our method shows competitive performance and can predict cancer driver genes in a more accurate way. Furthermore, these results also show that besides revealing novel driver genes that have been reported to be related with cancer, LPDriver is also able to identify personalized cancer driver genes for individual patients by their network characteristics even if the mutation data of genes are hidden.
Conclusions: LPDriver can provide an effective approach to predict personalized cancer driver genes, which could promote the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The source code and data are freely available at https://github.com/hyr0771/LPDriver .

Abstract Objective: Previous studies have shown that immune checkpoint inhibitors can improve the survival of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with KRAS mutations; however, there is a lack of comparisons between treatment regimens associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors, and our study aims to compare several treatment parties to find a more effective treatment regimen.
Method: A comprehensive literature search was conducted across multiple databases, namely PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Cochrane Library, to identify relevant studies. The screened studies were thoroughly examined, and data were collected to establish a Bayesian framework. The study focused on two primary endpoints: overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS). Data analysis and graphical plotting using R software and Revman (version 5.3). It is worth mentioning that the study protocol was registered with the International Prospective Registry for Systematic Reviews, ensuring transparency and adherence to predetermined protocols (CRD42022379595).
Result: In total, our analysis included six RCTs involving 469 patients with KRAS mutations. Among these patients, 224 received chemotherapy, while 245 were treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Meta-analysis results showed that the addition of ICIs could significantly improve OS and PFS (0.69, 95% CI 0.55, 0.86; 0.57, 95% CI 0.42, 0.77). The results of the network meta-analysis showed that Pembrolizumab could improve OS (HR 0.42, 95% CI 0.22-0.80) and Pembrolizumab emerged as the most effective treatment option for enhancing OS in patients (SUCRA 65.03%). Additionally, pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy showed improvement in PFS (HR 0.47, 95% CI 0.29-0.76).
Conclusion: Our analysis found that among advanced NSCLC patients with KRAS gene mutations, first-line treatment with pembrolizumab alone demonstrated greater efficacy. Similarly, second-line treatment with nivolumab alone was found to be more effective in this patient population. However, the sample size of this study was limited, Therefore, additional clinical data is necessary to validate this finding in subsequent research.
