Abstract Consequential Losses are losses on benefits received by the applicant at a later date or losses on lost profits received at a later date by the applicant, Considerations of Judges in Giving Decisions Related to Legal Certainty regarding the implementation of the consequential loss clause as a result of default, there is already a Supreme Court Decision Number.1106K/ Pdt/2016, but there are still many people who do not know about the Supreme Court Decision. With this research, the authors hope to be able to add to the knowledge of writers and the public as well as provide reference material for judges as a consideration if a similar problem occurs. The process of resolving the problem of claims for consequential loss clauses as a result of default can be submitted to court and prosecuted for immaterial damages. The form of compensation received by the parties due to default can be in the form of giving compensation as a result of default on an agreement, can be given in various combinations, including the provision of compensation (in the form of losses, costs and interest). Furthermore, in the literature and jurisprudence there are also several models of compensation for default, as follows: first, compensation specified in the agreement, second, expected compensation, third, cost reimbursement, fourth, restitution, compensation in the form of restitution, fifth, quantum meruit, Sixth, implementation of the agreement, in the provision of compensation in the form of implementation of the agreement is an obligation to carry out the agreement even though it is too late, with or without compensation.

Abstract Bantar Agung Village in Majalengka Regency, West Java Province, is developing agriculturally-based tourism. The Ciboer Rice Fields area is one of the attractions in the village of Bantar Agung that presents the visual beauty of the rice field landscape. New agrotourism opportunities will be developed in this area. The study has aimed to evaluate the visual quality of the Ciboer Rice Fields and how it would be affected by agrotourism-related changes. Data were analyzed using Kendall’s W test, scenic beauty estimation (SBE), semantic differential (SD), factor analysis, and multidimensional scaling (MDS). It is found that when more objects are added to the Ciboer Rice Fields landscape, the value of beauty is diminished. Village regulations are needed to protect the visual experience of the Ciboer Rice Fields.

Abstract Aim To determine the eff ect of hypoxic mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on the interleukin (IL)-10 and interferon (IFN)-gamma in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients. Methods This study used a post-test control group design. Hypoxic MSCs were isolated and characterized according to their surface marker expression and diff erentiation capacities. PBMCs isolated from SLE patients were divided into three groups: control and two treatment groups. The treatment groups were treated by co-culturing MSCs to PBMCs with a ratio of 1:10 (T1) and 1:1 (T2) for 48 h incubation. Furthermore, IFN-gamma and IL-10 levels were determined by cytometric bead array (CBA) fl ow cytometry. Results Hypoxic MSCs signifi cantly decreased the IFN-gamma levels and increased the IL-10 levels in dose-dependent manner compared to the control group. The highest activity of hypoxic MSCs was noticed in T2 group. Conclusion Hypoxic MSCs- induced IL-10 are important in the control of anti-infl ammatory eff ect on SLE through inhibiting IFN-gamma.

Abstract In the convergence of cultural heritage preservation and computational research, this paper presents a comprehensive dataset capturing the nuanced artistry of traditional Balinese dancing. This endeavour not only documents but also aims to protect these intricate dance movements, bridging technological advancements with rich cultural traditions. The dataset includes 1740 and 828 high-definition video recordings of female and male dancers, respectively, showcasing 24 unique dance movements. These recordings, made using multiple smartphone cameras from various perspectives, reflect the dance's complex nature and emphasize gender-based movement variations, key for detailed cultural analysis. Our systematic approach involved three strategically placed cameras, capturing diverse angles for a holistic view. The subsequent preprocessing stage, including segmenting and labelling, has enhanced the dataset's clarity, making it a valuable resource for cultural studies and computational analysis in preserving intangible cultural heritage. The videos, stored in MP4 format, are categorized by dancer gender, dance type, and camera angle, offering researchers a rich, multifaceted tool for exploring this traditional art form.

Abstract Background: Prolonged exposure to UVB radiation causes DNA damage in skin cells by raising the levels of reactive oxygen species, resulting in the production of inflammatory factors and skin issues. Plant extracts are frequently used to counteract photodamage due to their antioxidant properties. One example is the floral extract of the butterfly pea plant, which contains flavonoid antioxidants. However, the effect of the extract on inflammatory factors is unknown. This study investigated how tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and caspase-3 expression changed when a butterfly pea flower extract gel was applied topically to UVB-exposed animals. Methods: Experimental and control groups were tested. The healthy group was not exposed to UVB. The negative controls and treatments 1 and 2 were exposed daily for 5 days at a minimal erythema dose of 160 mJ/cm2 and then treated with a gel-based extract containing 5% and 10% of the extract, respectively. A 96% ethanol solution was used during the maceration step for the extraction. Real-Time Quantitative Reverse Transcription PCR was used to examine gene expression levels in the skin tissue on day 14. Results: The expression levels of TNF-α and caspase-3 decreased in the treatment group, and higher doses of the extract had a greater effect. Conclusions: The gel extract considerably reduced the UVB-induced TNF-α and caspase-3 production in rats.

Abstract Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the variants of the growth hormone receptor (GHR), growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), pituitary-specific transcription factor-1 (PIT1), and signal transducer and activator of transcription 5A (STAT5) genes and their effect on growth performance and dressing percentage (DP) parameters.
Materials and methods: A total of 401 DNA samples from Sumba Ongole (SO) cattle were utilized for the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method, of which 200 samples were used for the study of DP association and 74 samples were used to investigate growth performance. The SO cattle growth performance includes the following: birth weight, weaning weight at 205 days of age, weaning average daily gain (ADG), yearling weight at 365 days of age, and post-weaning ADG.
Results: The GHR, GHRH, PIT1, and STAT5A genes showed polymorphism. The highest polymorphism information content value was shown in the STAT5A gene. The highest DP value was found in the SO cattle population with the CC genotype (STAT5A), and the lowest DP value was found in the SO cattle population with the GG genotype (GHR). The GHR and STAT5A genotypes were highly associated (
Conclusion: All investigated genes in this study were polymorphic but were not associated with several growth parameters. The GHR and STAT5A genes can be proposed as genetic markers for the high DP trait in SO cattle in Indonesia, especially the AA genotype (GHR) and CC genotype (STAT5A).

Abstract Background and Objective: Lead poisoning (Pb) is a big problem because it is found in almost all objects in daily life such as vehicle fuel, water pipes, ceramics, cosmetics and others. Continuous lead exposure can increase ROS resulting in an increase in hepatic IL-6 and caspase 3 which replaces hepatic cell apoptosis. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of Apium graveolens (celery) extract on plasma IL-6 and hepatic caspase 3 levels. Materials and Methods: This study used a post-test control group design. The research subjects were 20 Wistar rats that met the inclusion criteria and were divided into 4 groups randomly, namely (a) Sham group that had no treatment, (b) Negative control group was induced with lead acetate 200 mg kg1 body weight/day without any treatment (c) Positive control group and (d) Treated group. On the 15th day, blood was taken to check IL-6 levels and tissue was taken for liver caspase 3 examination by immunohistochemical method. Data analysis used the one-way ANOVA test and continued with the post hoc LSD test. Results: The highest mean caspase 3 expression was in the control group 45.84±4.39 pg mL1, while the mean of IL-6 plasma level was highest in the P1 641.33±39.72 pg mL1 group. The Mann-Whitney test showed a significant difference in IL-6 levels between the study groups (p = 0.000). The Mann-Whitney test showed a significant difference in caspase 3 levels between the study groups (p = 0.000). Conclusion: Giving celery extract 300 mg kg1 body weight/day affects plasma IL-6 and hepatic caspase 3 levels in lead acetate-induced rats.
