Abstract Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is a common disease, which is caused by fetal hypoxia, asphyxia, and other reasons. It may cause sequelae of the nervous system and even death in children. Computer tomography examination can clarify the scope and location of the disease and provide the basis for clinical treatment and prognosis. Relevant personnel analyzed the symptoms of ischemic hypoxia and found that ischemia and hypoxia were the main causes of encephalopathy. Neonatal ischemia and hypoxia are easy to cause serious damage. At present, with the development of medicine, the function of the human brain is the most important issue in natural science. The law of neural activity and the role of molecular cells, organs, and systems have fundamental construction significance for the prevention and treatment of nerve and mental diseases. By analyzing the value of the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in the analysis of experimental data, by setting the newborns in the controlled group and the trial group as experimental subjects, this paper analyzed the situation of newborns in terms of body temperature, body weight, and respiratory rate, and used Apgar score to score these standards. It was found that the score of the controlled group was 7 and above, and the score of the trial group was below 7. It was found that the Apgar scoring method was more simple. Then, the newborns were analyzed by cord blood gas analysis. It was found that most of the data in the control group were between 7.8 and 8.4, and the data in the trial group were between 5.8 and 7.1. The umbilical blood gas analysis score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. By comparing the satisfaction of cord blood gas analysis and the Apgar score, it was found that the satisfaction of cord blood gas analysis was 24.06% higher than that of the Apgar score.

Abstract To accomplish China's sustainable growth, it is critical to identify the primary factors affecting environmental quality in the steel industry. In this positioning, foreign direct investment (FDI), energy intensity, and technological innovation have emerged as strong pillars of the steel industry. However, there are growing concerns of carbon emission from this industry which is still debatable. In this context, this study measures the effect of FDI, energy intensity, and technology innovation on environmental quality in the steel industry from 28 provinces of China. The study uses the provincial data for China over the period 2000-2018. In addition to examining unit root properties and cointegration, this study employed Augmented Mean Group regression for estimating long-run relationships among study variables. The findings reveal the negative effect of FDI and technology innovation on environmental quality. These findings indicate that FDI and technology innovation have shaped the energy intensity in the steel industry. The positive coefficient value of energy intensity shows that innovations for environmental conservation and energy usage are minimal and did not perform an integral part in lowering carbon emissions. These findings are important in formulating successful emission reduction policies after controlling the effects of urbanization and economic growth for the Chinese steel sector.

Abstract A dual event-triggered adaptive fuzzy resilient control scheme for a class of switched nonlinear systems with vanishing control gains under mixed attacks is proposed in this article. The scheme proposed achieves dual triggering in the channels of sensor-to-controller and controller-to-actuator by designing two new switching dynamic event-triggering mechanisms (ETMs). An adjustable positive lower bound of interevent times for each ETM is found to preclude Zeno behavior. Meanwhile, mixed attacks, that is, deception attacks on sampled state and controller data and dual random denial-of-service attacks on sampled switching signal data, are handled by constructing event-triggered adaptive fuzzy resilient controllers of subsystems. Compared with the existing works for switched systems with only single triggering, more complex asynchronous switching caused by dual triggering and mixed attacks and subsystem switching is addressed. Further, the obstacle caused by vanishing control gains at some points is eliminated by proposing an event-triggered state-dependent switching law and introducing vanishing control gains into a switching dynamic ETM. Finally, a mass-spring-damper system and a switched RLC circuit system are applied to verify the obtained result.

Abstract Phosphatidic acid (PA) as a universal second messenger is transiently and rapidly produced upon immune activation in plants. A recent study by Kong et al. elucidated a mechanism for maintaining PA homeostasis via two uncoupled phosphorylation events of DIACYLGLYCEROL KINASE 5 (DGK5) at different phosphorylation sites by two distinct kinases.
