Abstract Due to technological and economic limitations, waste products such as sewage and manure generated in livestock farming lack comprehensive scientific and centralized treatment. This leads to the exposure of various contaminants in livestock wastewater, posing potential risks to both the ecological environment and human health. This review evaluates the environmental and physical health risks posed by common pollutants in livestock wastewater and outlines future treatment methods to mitigate these risks. Residual wastes in livestock wastewater, including pathogenic bacteria and parasites surviving after epidemics or diseases on various farms, along with antibiotics, organic wastes, and heavy metals from farming activities, contribute to environmental damage and pose risks to human health. As the livestock industry's development increasingly impacts society's future negatively, addressing the issue of residual wastes in livestock wastewater discharge becomes imperative. Ongoing advancements in wastewater treatment systems are consistently updating and refining practices to effectively minimize waste exposure at the discharge source, mitigating risks to environmental ecology and human health. This review not only summarizes the "potential risks of livestock wastewater" but also explores "the prospects for the development of wastewater treatment technologies" based on current reports. It offers valuable insights to support the long-term and healthy development of the livestock industry and contribute to the sustainable development of the ecological environment.

Abstract Mulberry zonate leaf spot disease (MZLSD) is an important fungal disease of mulberry trees, which seriously affects the productivity and quality of mulberry leaves. MZLSD has been widely reported in sericultural production areas in Guangxi, China, in recent years. In this study, the causal agent of MZLSD was isolated from symptomatic samples and identified as

Abstract The existing impulsive consensus algorithms for second-order Lipschitz nonlinear multi-agent systems require to apply the impulsive control to both position and velocity vectors at the same time. Such a requirement cannot be met in most of the real-world applications. To overcome the limitations of these impulsive algorithms, two kinds of new second-order impulsive consensus algorithms using only velocity regulation are proposed. Through developing a weighted discontinuous Lyapunov function-based approach that is able to leverage the spectral property of Laplacian matrix, impulse-dwell-time-dependent sufficient conditions for solving second-order impulsive consensus are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Further, it is shown that if the impulsively controlled velocity subsystems are globally exponentially stable, the impulsive static consensus algorithm is able to ensure that all agents tend to an agreed position. Based on the consensus conditions, two convex optimization problems are formulated, by which the impulsive gain matrices for ensuring a prescribed exponential convergence rate can be designed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed distributed impulsive consensus algorithms is certified through numerical simulations.

Abstract This paper reviews some recent studies on the recognition and evaluation of facial paralysis based on artificial intelligence. The research methods can be divided into two categories: facial paralysis evaluation based on artificial selection of patients' facial image eigenvalues and facial paralysis evaluation based on neural network and patients' facial images. The analysis shows that the method of manual selection of eigenvalues is suitable for small sample size, but the classification effect of adjacent ratings of facial paralysis needs to be further optimized. The neural network method can distinguish the neighboring grades of facial paralysis relatively well, but it has a higher requirement for sample size. Both of the two methods have good prospects. The features that are more closely related to the evaluation scale are selected manually, and the common development direction may be to extract the time-domain features, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the evaluation accuracy of facial paralysis.
