Abstract Electronic components are rapidly updated in the context of expanding application requirements, and communication protocols used in combination with various electronic devices are also emerging. On this basis, IoT technology has developed a variety of sensor devices and gateways, which are widely used in cities. In the field of wisdom, applying IoT technology to classrooms can effectively improve the deficiencies of traditional teaching models. Fuzzy control theory is usually based on fuzzy sets in mathematics, and is combined with neural network, genetic and probability algorithms to form a calculation method. Fuzzy calculation has the ability to simplify the system input of a variety of complex variables, and its applications in the field of education are mainly: provide evaluation of teachers' teaching effectiveness. The advancement of science and technology has promoted the change and updating of the teaching mode. With the continuous advancement of basic education curriculum reform and the continuous deepening of classroom teaching reform, classroom teaching is also in urgent need of reform, from traditional classrooms to smart classrooms. Smart classrooms combine advanced technology with teachers' teaching. Through the dynamic data, the analysis instantly understands the student's learning situation, and then integrates it into education and teaching in a targeted manner. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of smart classroom teaching, and summarizes the current teaching problems. Then, combining the Internet of Things, fuzzy control and deep learning technology, from the two aspects of school teachers and students, it is proposed for smart classroom to promote students' learning effect. With its novel and new-style teaching advantages, smart classroom has gradually entered the public's vision and gained the attention and support of the majority of educators. Taking Grand Wisdom Classroom as an example, it uses the "Internet +" way of thinking and the new generation of information technology such as big data and cloud computing to create intelligent and efficient classrooms, realizing the whole process of application before, during and after class, and promoting the development of students' wisdom. Under the mobile Internet model, students and teachers can communicate anytime and anywhere. Combined with the analysis and application of our big data technology, data-based precision teaching becomes possible. In a real sense, learning before teaching can be realized and teaching can be determined by learning.

Abstract CircRNA is stable due to its ring structure and is abundant in humans, which not only exists in various tissues and biofluids steadily but also plays a significant role in the physiology and pathology of human beings. CircPVT1, an endogenous circRNA, has recently been identified from the PVT1 gene located in the cancer risk region 8q24. CircPVT1 is reported to be highly expressed in many different tumors, where it affects tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, and migration. We summarize the biosynthesis and biological functions of circPVT1 and analyze the relationship between circPVT1 and tumors as well as its significance to tumors. Further, it's noteworthy for the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of cancer patients. Therefore, circPVT1 is likely to become an innovative tumor marker.

Abstract Successful pregnancy requires the tolerance of the maternal immune system for the semi-allogeneic embryo, as well as a synchrony between the receptive endometrium and the competent embryo. The annexin family belongs to calcium-regulated phospholipid-binding protein, which functions as a membrane skeleton to stabilize the lipid bilayer and participate in various biological processes in humans. There is an abundance of the annexin family at the maternal-fetal interface, and it exerts a crucial role in embryo implantation and the subsequent development of the placenta. Altered expression of the annexin family and dysfunction of annexin proteins or polymorphisms of the

Abstract This study aimed to evaluate spectacle-wearing compliance and identify the determinants associated with it in infants with bilateral corrective refractive errors. Infants aged < 3 years with bilateral corrective refractive errors who were supplied with spectacles for > 1 month were enrolled at the pediatric comprehensive clinic of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. Spectacle-wearing compliance was evaluated by calculating the percentage of spectacle-wearing time in the awake time (STIT), and its potential determinants were identified based on interviews with the infants' caregivers using univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to further determine the degree of correlation between spectacle-wearing compliance and weight of spectacles. A total of 366 infants (age: 20.85 ± 9.06 months, male: 54.92%) were included. The mean percentage of STIT was 64.00%±41.69%. The communication between caregivers of different infants regarding spectacle-wearing experience (P = .004, OR = 2.290, 95% confidence interval [CI] for OR = 1.301-4.029), perceptions of spectacle-wearing importance (P = .000, OR = 6.337, 95% CI for OR = 3.664-10.961), and weight of spectacles (P = .000, OR = 7.271, 95% CI for OR = 4.141-12.769) were significantly associated with spectacle-wearing compliance. Besides, spectacle-wearing compliance was positively correlated with the weight of spectacles (P < .01), exhibiting a decreasing trend with the weight of spectacles. Overall, spectacle-wearing compliance requires improvement. Moreover, efficient strategies aimed at improving spectacle-wearing compliance, such as enhancing communication between caregivers of different infants regarding spectacle-wearing experience, raising awareness about the importance of wearing spectacles, and reducing the weight of spectacles, are urgently needed.

The treatment efficacy of the conventional methods for vaginal CA is often unsatisfactory with a high recurrence rate. Results: The wart lesions in 4 cases (26.7 %) disappeared after the first treatment. The wart lesions in 5 cases (33.3 %) disappeared after the second treatment. And 6 cases (40 %) needed three treatment cycles before the lesions disappeared completely. The complete response (CR) rate was 93.3 % (14/15) at 2 weeks after three treatment cycles. There were 5 cases (83.3 %) which have complete remission after 2 treatments in warts diameter <1 cm group. There were only 4 cases (44.4 %) which have complete remission after 2 treatments in diameter>1 cm group. All patients had CR without reoccurrence at 6 months after treatment. The side effects mainly included a mild or moderate burning or stinging sensation (26.7 %). There were no infection, ulcers and scars after treatment.
Conclusion: Topical 5-aminolevulinic acid-mediated photodynamic therapy combined with CO

Abstract Purpose: The objective of this study is to report a case of unilateral acute retinal necrosis (ARN) with contralateral eye presenting as non-necrotizing herpetic uveitis.
Case reports: Case 1: A 48-year-old female presented at our clinic with blurred vision in the right eye for 7 days. She was diagnosed with ARN in the left eye 2 weeks ago. Ophthalmic examination revealed reduced visual acuity in the right eye (20/33) with the presence of optic disc swelling and macular exudation without peripheral necrotic lesions. With systemic antiviral therapy, optic disc swelling of the right eye vanished gradually, and the visual acuity improved to 20/20. Loss of retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and decreased retinal thickness in the corresponding area occurred during follow-up.
Conclusion: Non-necrotizing herpetic uveitis may occur in the contralateral eye of unilateral ARN under rare conditions. Structure abnormities, including loss of RNFL and focal decreased retinal thickness, are irretrievable.
