Abstract Many of the world's most prosperous and secure nations owe much of their success to the contributions of their entrepreneurial spirit. Indian youth unemployment is among the worst in the world, posing serious problems for a country with the youngest population. Using the framework of planned behavior theory, this research examines how entrepreneurship courses affect future plans to start a business. We developed a theoretical framework by investigating the effect of college-level entrepreneurial programs on regional prosperity and quality of life. The research offers data from China on the connection between entrepreneurship education and the desire to start a business. The hypotheses indicate the mediating function of entrepreneurial skills in this relationship. If universities and colleges want their students to have an entrepreneurial attitude and launch successful businesses, they need to improve the way they teach entrepreneurship. The impact of entrepreneurship education and an entrepreneurial mentality on the choice to establish a company was studied by academics in the Chinese region from September 2021 to June 2022. The study's overarching goal was to investigate the connections between formal entrepreneurship education, attitudes toward entrepreneurship, the idea of planned behavior, an entrepreneurial mindset, and creative intent. We used an econometrically sound partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) to do the necessary empirical computations. Education in entrepreneurship, an attitude conducive to starting a firm, the notion of planned behavior, and an entrepreneurial mindset all positively correlate with the choice to do so. The impulse to launch a new venture is highly correlated with a person's level of creativity. These findings make it quite evident that, in order to achieve the dual goals of economic development and poverty reduction, the government must increase spending and advocate for a shift in the way enterprises are organized.

Abstract The arylhydrocarbon receptor (AHR) is a ligand activated transcription factor that controls the expression of a number of immunosuppressive signaling molecules, including the immune checkpoint proteins PD-1/L1 and cytokine IL-10. AHR activation also stimulates the formation and recruitment of tolerogenic dendritic cells, tumor associated macrophages, and regulatory T cells in the tumor microenvironment, which restrains antitumoral immune response. Overexpression of AHR has been observed in a number of different types of cancer and suggested to contribute to immune dysfunction and cancer progression. One prominent endogenous ligand of AHR is the oncometabolite kynurenine, a product of tryptophan metabolism catalyzed by the dioxygenases IDO1 and TDO that are often aberrantly activated in cancer. AHR has gained significant interest as a drug target for the development of novel small molecule cancer immunotherapies, as evidenced by the advancement of two clinical candidates into phase 1 clinical trials in patients with advanced cancer. Discussed in this Review is a brief background of AHR in immuno-oncology and the recent progress in the discovery and development of AHR antagonists.

Abstract Insufficient physical activity poses a significant risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Exercise plays a crucial role in influencing the vascular system and is essential for maintaining vascular health. Hemodynamic stimuli generated by exercise, such as shear stress and circumferential stress, directly impact vascular structure and function, resulting in adaptive changes. In clinical settings, incorporating appropriate exercise interventions has become a powerful supplementary approach for treating and rehabilitating various cardiovascular conditions. However, existing models for studying exercise-induced vascular adaptation primarily rely on

Abstract Introduction: Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) has been considered as an attractive intracellular target for the development of small-molecule cancer immunotherapy. Results in human clinical studies indicated that the first-generation IDO1 inhibitor epacadostat lacked anticancer activity when combined with the anti-PD-1 antibody pembrolizumab. Epacadostat inhibits IDO1 activity by forming a tertiary IDO1-heme-inhibitor complex. Recently, IDO1 inhibitors capable of displacing the heme group to form a binary high-affinity complex have been discovered and investigated in humans.
Areas covered: Structures, mode of action, preclinical activities, and status of clinical development are discussed and compared between the two classes of IDO1 inhibitors that bind to IDO1 protein in the presence (holo-IDO1) or absence (apo-IDO1) of the heme group, respectively. By selectively displacing the heme from IDO1 enzymes, apo-IDO1 inhibitors demonstrate high target selectivity, durable target engagement, and exceptional potency in cellular assays. Data from publications, patent disclosures, and conference proceedings as recent as 2019 are analyzed and summarized.
Expert opinion: The outcomes in cancer patients for the first-generation IDO1 inhibitors were disappointing. However, the unique mode of action by the heme-displacing IDO1 inhibitors might help their successful clinical translation and provide a novel class of anticancer drugs for cancer immunotherapy.

Abstract Targeted advertising equipped with a recommendation algorithm can achieve accurate matching between users and recommended content, but overly precise recommendations may exacerbate negative audience reactions or behaviors. Improving the transparency of algorithm recommendation is one of the ways to address audience concerns or skepticism, and transparency guarantees the audience's right to know and thus brings more trust, which will reduce the audience's negative behavior. But increased transparency may also make the audience feel pressured or threatened, and requiring more cognitive and behavioral effort, which was called coping behavior. In order to clarify the relationship between the transparency of the algorithm recommendation and the audience's coping behavior, based on the persuasion theory, this study discusses the mechanism of the influence of the characteristics of the algorithm recommendation information flow on the audience's coping behavior of targeted advertising from the perspective of the flow mode and transmission principle of information. Based on the data of 120 online pretests and 297 formal tests, the results show that the perceived trust and perceived threat caused by the information flow characteristics of the algorithm recommendation jointly determine the possible coping behaviors of targeted advertising audiences. Additionally, users' self-efficacy regulates the relationship between mental process and coping behavior. Different from previous studies on audience coping behaviors of targeted ads, which mainly start from the perspective of participants and advertising content, this research tries to start from the perspective of information flow. The research results demystify the relationship between recommendation algorithm information flow and the audience's coping behavior, and enrich the algorithmic persuasion framework. The research results have reference value for the improvement of personalized recommendation effect, and provide a new way to further study the transparency of algorithm recommendation in the field of consumer behavior. Meanwhile, it also provides suggestions for the practices of platforms and advertisers in practice.
