Abstract With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution and rising competition, the survival environment of companies has become difficult to predict. Consequently, changes and innovations to gain a competitive edge have become essential for modern society. In this paper, the management innovation techniques and contents were examined through the case of re-engineering of Yuhan Kimberly, exploring the direction of development and the way to apply them nationally. Yuhan-Kimberly implemented people-centered management, such as improving the working environment, operating the lifelong learning system, introducing smart work and family-friendly management; it also strengthened social enterprise activities that had continued since the early days of its establishment, thereby, realizing social enterprise image integration. Consequently, it solidified its status as a social enterprise through the increase in corporate profits, the selection of respected companies, and the commendation of government agencies. Based on the case of Yuhan-Kimberly’s innovation, the government proposed work-life balance and family-friendly management, the transformation of information systems, the improvement of organizational culture, and the promotion of ethical management and social contribution activities. This suggests that the military should aim to achieve its basic goals, restore public trust, and establish its role in the changing security environment.

Abstract Fear of crime has a negative impact on the mental health of individuals, limiting their physical and social abilities. Moreover, the prevalence of such fear in the neighborhood weakens the bonds between neighbors and the overall community network, thereby undermining social capital and impeding the city’s sustainability. Disorder is a multilayered process shaped by type and spatial level and has a complex effect on fear of crime. Using a multilevel ordered logistic model, this study determines a more comprehensive cause of fear of crime by verifying the multilayered effects of disorder in Korea. The results include four main findings. First, people are relatively unaware of disorder occurring at the neighborhood level, and more sensitive to disorder at the city level. Second, social disorder has a more significant effect on fear of crime than physical disorder. Third, fear of crime is more affected by indirect factors than by direct factors and actual crimes. Finally, the impact of disorder on fear of crime is discriminatory, depending on the type and spatial structure. This study suggests that urban policy efforts focus more on indirect and macroscopic aspects in dealing with the decline of cities and managing issues related to social disorder.

Abstract Ternary metal oxides are crucial components in a wide range of applications and have been extensively cataloged in experimental materials databases. However, there still exist cation combinations with unknown stability and structures of their compounds in oxide forms. In this study, we employ extensive crystal structure prediction methods, accelerated by machine-learned potentials, to investigate these untapped chemical spaces. We examine 181 ternary metal oxide systems, encompassing most cations except for partially filled 3d or f shells, and determine their lowest-energy crystal structures with representative stoichiometry derived from prevalent oxidation states or recommender systems. Consequently, we discover 45 ternary oxide systems containing stable compounds against decomposition into binary or elemental phases, the majority of which incorporate noble metals. Comparisons with other theoretical databases highlight the strengths and limitations of informatics-based material searches. With a relatively modest computational resource requirement, we contend that heuristic-based structure searches, as demonstrated in this study, offer a promising approach for future materials discovery endeavors.

Abstract Background: We investigated the relationship between the size of the penis and that of the nose.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 1,160 patients whose nose and penis sizes were measured. These participants were selected from a subset of 1,531 patients who visited the Dr. JOMULJU Urology Clinic between March and October 2022. Patients aged <20 years and those who underwent surgery for the nose and penis were excluded. Nose size was determined by measuring the length, width, and height of the nose, which were used to calculate the volume of the triangular pyramid. Stretched penile length (SPL) and penile circumference before erection were measured. The participants' height, weight, foot size, and serum testosterone levels were measured. Testicular size was measured using ultrasonography. Predictors of penile length and circumference were assessed using linear regression analysis.
Results: The participants' average age was 35.5 years, mean SPL was 11.2 cm, and mean penile circumference was 6.8 cm. Univariate analysis revealed that body weight, body mass index (BMI), the serum testosterone level, and nose size were associated with SPL. Multivariable analysis revealed that BMI (P=0.001) and nose size (P=0.023) were significant predictors of SPL. Univariate analysis revealed that penile circumference was related to an individual's height, weight, BMI, nose size, and foot size. Multivariable analysis revealed that body weight (P=0.008) and testicular size (P=0.002) were significant predictors of penile circumference.
Conclusions: Nose size was a significant predictor of penile size. The sizes of the penis and nose increased with a decrease in BMI. This interesting study confirms the truth of an erstwhile myth about penis size.

Abstract Carbon is a material with interesting properties which exists in large quantities on Earth, so many studies involving carbon have been conducted. In particular, nano-sized carbon allotropes, referred to as carbon nanomaterials, comprise the subject of various studies currently underway. The electrical, chemical, physical properties of carbon nanowalls (CNWs) are modified by parameters such as surface density, height and thickness. These characteristics have significant effects on CNWs and can be adjusted as a growth interlayer. It was confirmed that the molybdenum disulfide (MoS
