Abstract Attentional neurodiversity is evidenced in the majority of current schools. The role that physical education plays for the inclusion of students with attentional problems in the school is quite relevant. This essay aims to show the effectiveness of sports and physical exercise on the core symptoms of schoolchildren and adolescents with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). What is more, this proposal sheds light the key differences between clinical conditions of physical exercise and/or sport interventions and the ecological conditions of physical education lessons where the students with attentional problems should be included. Finally, this essay puts forward the real need for bridging the gap between physical education and science by changing the curriculum based programs, re-designing the teachers’ training programs, and acquiring the scientific recommendations in order to ensure the inclusion of all students according to Agenda 2030.

Abstract Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) is a potent and selective pulmonary vasodilator with a safety concern due to rebound pulmonary hypertension (PH) associated with its withdrawal. We report short-term pulsed iNO in patients with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and nonoperable chronic thromboembolic PH (nCTEPH). This is a retrospective analysis of 33 patients: 22 with PAH and 11 with nCTEPH. We assessed hemodynamic, echocardiographic, and other noninvasive variables to evaluate safety and efficacy of iNO. We performed an iNO withdrawal test during right heart catheterization and after 3 days of iNO treatment. iNO significantly improved all variables examined in 22 patients with PAH and 11 with nCTEPH. Two patterns of response were observed after sudden iNO withdrawal. Twenty-nine patients (88%) showed minimal hemodynamic, oxygenation and clinical changes. Four patients (12%) had a reduction in cardiac index ≥20% and PaO

Abstract Purpose: To investigate the clinical performance and safety of the Passeo-18 Lux drug-coated balloon (DCB) in complex femoropopliteal Trans-Atlantic Inter-Society Consensus (TASC) C and D lesions in an all-comers patient population.
Material and methods: Data from BIOLUX P-III SPAIN, a prospective, national, multicenter, postmarket all-comers registry conducted from 2017 to 2019, and a matching long lesion subgroup from the BIOLUX P-III All-Comers global registry conducted from 2014 to 2018 were pooled for analysis. The primary safety end point was freedom from major adverse events (MAEs) at 6 months, and the primary performance end point was freedom from clinically driven target lesion revascularization (fCD-TLR) at 12 months, both adjudicated by an independent clinical events committee.
Results: A total of 159 patients, of whom 32.7% had critical limb ischemia, were included in the Passeo-18 Lux long lesion cohort. The mean lesion length was 248.5 mm ± 71.6, and the majority were occluded (54.1%), calcified (87.4%), and of type TASC C (49.1%) or TASC D (50.9%). Freedom from MAEs was 90.6% (95% CI, 84.6-94.3) at 6 months and 83.9% (95% CI, 76.7-89.0) at 12 months. fCD-TLR was 84.4% (95% CI, 77.3-89.5) at 12 months. Freedom from target limb major amputation was 98.6% (95% CI, 94.6-99.7), and all-cause mortality was 5.3% (95% CI, 2.7-10.4) at 12 months. There were no device- or procedure-related deaths or amputations up to the 12-month follow-up.
Conclusion: Passeo-18 Lux DCB is safe and effective for the treatment of long femoropopliteal lesions in a real-word setting.

Abstract Background: Congenital tracheomalacia is a pathology with no consensus of medical or surgical approach. The permanent nature and the major complications associated with metallic stents have limited their use over the years. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of a helical stent design removal.
Methods: Ten dogs diagnosed with tracheal collapse and treated with the helical stent were involved in the study. Animals were classified into three groups depending on stent indwelling time. Prior to the removal, endoscopic evaluation was performed to assess endothelization grade, mucous accumulation, and the presence of stenosis. During the removal, bleeding, fracture, or impossibility of removal were noted. After the removal, all macroscopic mucosal changes were recorded.
Results: Technical success was 100%, without any complications. Complete epithelization of the stent was visualized in 7/10 animals. The removal procedure duration ranged from 2-12 min. At post-removal endoscopy, bleeding or epithelial damage, was visualized in any case. Stent fracture during removal occurred in one animal.
Conclusions: The removal of a metallic stent with spiral geometry is feasible, simple, and without complications, regardless of the degree of neo-epithelialization.

Abstract Level of evidence: Level 2.
Purpose: To compare the safety and efficacy of vascular plug (VP) and vascular plug and polidocanol foam (VPPF) treatments for embolization in pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS).
Materials and methods: A comparative, prospective, two-center study enrolled 50 women with PCS from January 2019 to January 2020. The patients were divided into two groups, and embolization was performed with VP (n = 25) and VPPF (n = 25) treatments. The mean age of the patients was 45.6 years ± 6.9. Three clinical parameters were assessed: abdominal pain, dyspareunia, and lower limb pain. The primary outcome (clinical success at 1 yr using a VAS), number of devices, procedure and fluoroscopy times, radiation doses, costs, and complications were compared. The participants were followed-up at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months.
Results: At the 1-year follow-up, clinical success did not significantly differ between the two groups (VP vs. VPPF) regarding the improvement of the symptoms analyzed (pelvic pain, dyspareunia, lower extremity pain, and other symptoms (
Conclusions: Embolization for PCS resulted in pain relief in 90% of patients; the use of polidocanol did not demonstrate changes in the clinical outcome. The use of a VP alone was associated with decreased fluoroscopy time and radiation dose.
