Abstract n the market of dried tangerine peels, Xinhui dried tangerine peels industry, which is represented by Xinhui Dried Tangerine Peels Village (XDV)”, is the most representative among other dried tangerine peels. In the paper, the case study and qualitative method are used to analyze the current condition of the Xinhui dried tangerine peels industry, and to provide suggestions for the future development of the Xinhui dried tangerine peels industry. It turns out that the disadvantages of XDV are the relatively low popularity, a large number of small-sized competitors, and the small differentiation between XDV and other small producers, while the advantages of XDV are its deep culture and the high quality of XDV products. Therefore, the appropriate method for the future development of the XDV is the branding strategy since the disadvantages of the XDV can be solved by branding strategy, and the advantages are corresponding to the application of branding strategy. There are several steps to take to reach the success of the branding strategy in several aspects. The first step is to define a clear value proposition, which makes the direction of the development clear. Secondly, XDV should use a diversification strategy for the future development of its products. Also, with the improvement of products, promotion is necessary for the future development of XDV because a good promotion can attract more potential consumers and help XDV remain popular. Lastly, with high popularity, the price of the Xinhui dried tangerine peels from XDV should be lower since the sales have already made up for the cost of maintaining the “high-cost” channel. As a result, the development methods that this paper provides for the researchers and businessmen of Xinhui dried tangerine peels market would be helpful to apply and confirm in the future.

Abstract Borane-based Lewis acids (LA) play an indispensable role in the Lewis pair (LP) mediated polymerization. However, most borane-based LPs are moisture- and air-sensitive. Therefore, development of moisture and air-stable borane-based LP is highly desirable. To achieve this goal, the concept of "aggregation induced enlargement effects" by chemically linking multiple borane within a nanoscopic confinement was conceived to create macromolecular LA. Accordingly, an extremely moisture and air stable macromolecular borane, namely, PVP-1B featuring poly(4-vinylphenol) backbone, was constructed. The concentration of borane active site is greatly higher than average concentration due to local confinement. Therefore, an enhanced activity was observed. Moreover, the local LA aggregation effects allow its tolerance to air and large amount of chain transfer agent. Consequently, PVP-1B showed remarkable efficiency for propylene oxide (PO) polymerization at 25 °C (TOF=27900 h

Abstract The direct conversion of methane to hydrogen and high-value hydrocarbons under mild conditions is an ideal, carbon-neutral method for utilizing natural gas resources. Compared with traditional high-temperature thermal catalytic methods, using clean light energy to activate inert C-H bonds in methane can not only significantly reduce the reaction temperature and avoid catalyst deactivation, but also surpass the limitations of thermodynamic equilibrium and provide new reaction pathways. This paper provides a comprehensive review of developments in the field of photocatalytic non-oxidative conversion of methane (PNOCM), while also highlighting our contributions, particularly focusing on catalyst design, product selectivity, and the underlying photophysical and chemical mechanisms. The challenges and potential solutions are also evaluated. The goal of this feature article is to establish a foundational understanding and stimulate further research in this emerging area.

Abstract This study examines why and when proactive employees share knowledge. By integrating the Motivation-Opportunity-Ability Framework and Trait Activation Theory, and incorporating Mindsponge Theory, our multi-level model proposed that job autonomy moderates the impact of proactive personality on knowledge sharing (KS) within and between teams. Transformational leadership exhibits a cross-level effect on job autonomy. Utilizing a two-source, three-time-point research design, we collected data from 63 team leaders and 241 team members across six Chinese companies. Multilevel regression analysis revealed that within teams, increased job autonomy coupled with a proactive personality significantly enhanced KS. Between teams, job autonomy had a positive moderating effect. When job autonomy was low, more proactive teams exhibited less KS, whereas this negative effect was mitigated when job autonomy was high. The cross-level effect of transformational leadership on job autonomy was demonstrated. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.
