Abstract Aiming at the prediction problem of fresh e-commerce industry, this paper attempts to combine the metabolic theory with the improved GM (1,1) power model. The article introduces the traditional GM (1,1) power model to enhance the adaptability of the model to the data series, and at the same time, a new parameter is introduced when constructing the background value, the background value is represented as a linear function of adjacent sequence points, and the form and solution method of the two specific models are given, with the goal of minimizing the average relative error, and the power exponential and new parameters are co-optimized by genetic algorithm. The optimal modeling dimension is determined through model testing, and on this basis, the metabolic GM (1,1,th,p) power model is established, and the model is applied to the prediction of the transaction scale of the fresh e-commerce industry. The results show that the improved GM (1,1) power model can significantly improve the fitting accuracy compared with the original model, and the metabolic GM(1,1,th,p) power model has good performance in the prediction problem of fresh e-commerce.

Abstract Background: This study aimed to explore the clinical significance of immunogenic cell death (ICD) in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and its relationship with the tumor immune microenvironment characteristics. It also aimed to provide a potential perspective for bridging the pathogenesis of AML and immunological research, and to provide a theoretical basis for precise individualized treatment of AML patients.
Methods: Firstly, we identified two subtypes associated with ICD by consensus clustering and explored the biological enrichment pathways, somatic mutations, and tumor microenvironment landscape between the ICD subtypes. Additionally, we developed and validated a prognostic model associated with ICD-related genes. Finally, we conducted a preliminary exploration of the construction of disease regulatory networks and prediction of small molecule drugs based on five signature genes.
Results: Differentially expressed ICD-related genes can distinguish AML into subgroups with significant differences in clinical characteristics and survival prognosis. The relationship between the ICD- high subgroup and the immune microenvironment was tight, showing significant enrichment in immune-related pathways such as antibody production in the intestinal immune environment, allograft rejection, and Leishmaniasis infection. Additionally, the ICD- high subtype showed significant upregulation in a variety of immune cells such as B_cells, Macrophages_M2, Monocytes, and T_cells_CD4. We constructed a prognostic risk feature based on five signature genes (TNF, CXCR3, CD4, PIK3CA and CALR), and the time-dependent ROC curve confirmed the high accuracy in predicting the clinical outcomes.
Conclusion: There is a strong close relationship between the ICD- high subgroup and the immune microenvironment. Immunogenicity-related genes have the potential to be a prognostic biomarker for AML.

Abstract Touch is a general term to describe mechanical stimuli. It is extremely difficult to develop touch sensors that can detect different modes of contact forces due to their low sensitivity and data decoupling. Simultaneously conducting tactile and slip sensing presents significant challenges for the design, structure, and performance of sensors. In this work, a highly sensitive sandwich-structured sensor is achieved by exploiting the porosity and compressive modulus of the sensor's functional layer materials. The sensor shows an ultra-high sensitivity of 1167 kPa

Abstract Background: As the global population ages, the World Health Organization has found a yearly increase in the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. This trend poses a challenge to public health and healthcare and calls for the implementation of more preventive and treatment measures to address these health issues.
Objective: This study aims to investigate the causal relationship between rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoporosis (OP) using the Mendelian randomization (MR) method.
Method: OP diagnosis was based on the gold standard of bone mineral density (BMD). Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified from the genome-wide association research database formed by RA and BMD, with a parameter setting of P < 5×10-8, chain imbalance r2<0.01, and kb = 10,000. Five complementary MR methods, including inverse variance weighted (IVW), MR-Egger regression, weighted median, simple mode estimation based on mode, and weighted estimation based on mode, were used to evaluate the causal relationship between RA and OP/BMD using odds ratio (OR) values and 95% confidence intervals (CI). Sensitivity analyses were performed using heterogeneity tests, horizontal pleiotropy, and individual rejection tests.
Results: A total of 78 instrumental variables were identified that were closely related to both RA and BMD in mixed populations, while 14 instrumental variables were identified in the European population and 38 instrumental variables were identified in the Asian population. Using IVW as the main analysis method, the MR analysis results of RA and BMD showed the following: mixed population OR = 0.96, 95%CI: 0.93-1.00; European population OR = 0.55, 95%CI: 0.27-1.12; and Asian population OR = 0.95, 95%CI: 0.90-1.01. Sensitivity analyses showed that the MR results were robust.
Conclusion: The study found insufficient evidence of a causal relationship between RA and OP/BMD, suggesting that RA may not have a direct effect on OP/BMD.

Abstract Plastic pollution endangers all natural ecosystems and living creatures on earth. Excessive reliance on plastic products and excessive production of plastic packaging are extremely dangerous for humans because plastic waste has polluted almost the entire world, whether it is in the sea or on the land. This review introduces the examination of pollution brought by non-degradable plastics, the classification and application of degradable materials, and the current situation and strategy to address plastic pollution and plastic degradation by insects, which mainly include
