Abstract	The D/H ratio in cometary water is believed to be an important indicator of the conditions under which icy planetesimals formed and can provide clues to the contribution of comets to the delivery of water and other volatiles to Earth. Available measurements suggest that there is isotopic diversity in the comet population. The Herschel Space Observatory revealed an ocean-like ratio in the Jupiter-family comet 103P/Hartley 2, whereas most values measured in Oort-cloud comets are twice as high as the ocean D/H ratio. We present here a new measurement of the D/H ratio in the water of an Oort-cloud comet. HDO, H_2O, and H_2^18O lines were observed with high signal-to-noise ratio in comet C/2009 P1 (Garradd) using the Herschel HIFI instrument. Spectral maps of two water lines were obtained to constrain the water excitation. The D/H ratio derived from the measured H_2^16O and HDO production rates is 2.06+/-0.22 X 10-4. This result shows that the D/H in the water of Oort-cloud comets is not as high as previously thought, at least for a fraction of the population, hence the paradigm of a single, archetypal D/H ratio for all Oort-cloud comets is no longer tenable. Nevertheless, the value measured in C/2009 P1 (Garradd) is significantly higher than the Earth's ocean value of 1.558 X 10-4. The measured H_2^16O/H_2^18O ratio of 523+/-32 is, however, consistent with the terrestrial value. Comment: 6 pages with 4 figures and 1 table. Abstract	We study the time-dependent Dalitz plot of D-->K_{S};{0}pi;{+}pi;{-} in B;{0}-->D;{()}h;{0} decays, where h;{0} is a pi;{0}, eta, eta;{'}, or omega meson and D;{}-->Dpi;{0}, using a data sample of 383x10;{6} Upsilon(4S)-->BB[over ] decays collected with the BABAR detector. We determine cos2beta=0.42+/-0.49+/-0.09+/-0.13, sin2beta=0.29+/-0.34+/-0.03+/-0.05, and \|lambda\|=1.01+/-0.08+/-0.02, where the first error is statistical, the second is the experimental systematic uncertainty, and the third, where given, is the Dalitz model uncertainty. Assuming the world average value for sin2beta and \|lambda\|=1, cos2beta>0 is preferred over cos2beta<0 at 86% confidence level.

Abstract	We report a measurement of the time-dependent CP-asymmetry parameters S and C in color-suppressed B{0}-->D{(*)0}h{0} decays, where h{0} is a pi{0}, eta, or omega meson, and the decays to one of the CP eigenstates K+K-, K{S}{0}pi{0}, or K{S}{0}omega. The data sample consists of 383 x 10{6} Upsilon(4S)-->BB decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B factory at SLAC. The results are S=-0.56+/-0.23+/-0.05 and C=-0.23+/-0.16+/-0.04, where the first error is statistical and the second is systematic.

Abstract	The COVID-19 pandemic brought many challenges to the health care workforce. A novel infectious disease, COVID-19 uncovered information gaps that were essential for frontline staff, including nurses, to care for patients and themselves. The authors developed a Web-based solution consisting of saved searches from PubMed on clinically relevant topics specific to nurses' information needs. This article discusses the objectives, development, content, and usage of this Internet resource and also provides tips for hospitals of all sizes to implement similar tools to evidence-based practice during infectious disease outbreaks.

Abstract	Objective: To examine differences in sleep disturbance, nocturia, and depression among adults with overactive bladder (OAB) by treatment type. Methods: A cross-sectional survey of adults with OAB assessed sleep disturbance, nocturia, and depression using patient-reported outcome measures, including the Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS)-29 Profile v2.1 (Sleep Disturbance and Depression domains), Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction Research Network Symptom Index-10, and PROMIS Sleep Disturbance Short Form 8B. Treatment groups included antimuscarinics, β-3 adrenergic agonists, and no treatment. Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to test for differences in study endpoints; Bonferroni-adjusted pairwise tests (P < .05/3) were performed to compare differences in least squares means between groups. Results: One hundred participants were included per treatment group. The overall mean (standard deviation) age across all groups was 47.8 (11.8) years. Symptom scores across all PROMIS domains in all three treatment groups were higher than the US general population. There were no statistically significant differences in outcomes across treatment groups. Conclusion: Adults with OAB reported being affected by sleep disturbance and depression, regardless of treatment. The mirabegron group trended toward the lowest symptom impact across all outcomes, however, comparisons were not significant. Future research should examine temporal associations between OAB treatment, sleep disturbance, and outcomes.

Abstract	Background: End-stage respiratory failure is non-treatable with mechanical ventilation and can be treated with veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenators (VV-ECMO). It can also be used as a bridge to lung transplantation or recovery of lung function. This patient group can suffer from chronic pain, which is further exacerbated by painful procedures required as part of treatment. Pregabalin is licensed for chronic neuropathic pain and generalized anxiety disorder. Thus far, it has not been tried in routine analgesia protocols for pain relief of patients on VV-ECMO. Case series: We included nine patients aged 17-54 years on VV-ECMO awaiting lung transplantation. Exclusion criteria were acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease. All patients had morphine patient-control analgesia. In addition, pregabalin 50 mg twice daily was initiated in all patients with dose escalation as required. Pain scores and quality of sleep were evaluated daily. All patients experienced significant pain relief, demonstrated by reduced pain scores after treatment commencement. The mean visual analogue scale score was reduced significantly from 6 ± 2 to 3 ± 1. A significant increase in good-quality sleep duration was recorded from 5 ± 1.7 hours per day before to 8 ± 2.1 hours per day after pregabalin treatment. All patients except for two reported reduced anxiety levels of at least 2 ± 1 scale improvement (p <0.05). Conclusions: Pregabalin is an efficient analgesic with accompanying anxiolytic effects in this group of patients with unique characteristics such as high analgesia requirements and exacerbated psychological and emotional stress.
