Abstract Hydatid cyst (HC) is a lesion most commonly seen in the liver but can occur in many parts of the body. Breast involvement with HC is extremely rare. It can be isolated or accompanied by other organ involvements. In this report, we present a 46-year-old female with isolated HC located in the right breast. In the ultrasonography and MR images of the patient, the lesion was compatible with the HC, and homogenous dens lesion was shown on mammography. Diagnosis of HC was confirmed pathological. With this study, it was aimed to emphasize the radiological findings of isolated breast HC.

Abstract The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of online education on eye health in Covid-19 pandemic and to present a new scale on this subject. For this purpose, 402 students (257 females, 145 males) with a mean age of 20.26 from different faculties of Pamukkale university were asked about eye health by e-mail between 8-13 July 2020. Also, eye fatigue questionnaire was applied to evaluate eye fatigue. Corrected item-total correlations and Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient techniques were used for reliability analysis. In this study, online education eye health scale in Covid-19 pandemic was found to be positively correlated with eye fatigue questionnaire. According to the results of simple linear regression analysis conducted to determine the predictive value of the online education eye health scale in Covid -19 pandemic to eye fatigue, it was found that the online education eye health scale in covid-19 pandemic significantly predicted eye fatigue. Data analysis were conducted with SPSS 21.0 statistical package program in 0.01 significance level.

Abstract Objectives: To investigate the effects of pupil diameter on the evaluation of lens and corneal densitometry measured by Scheimpflug tomography.
Materials and methods: This cross-sectional and comparative study used the right eyes of 32 participants. Corneal and lenticular optical densitometries, corneal volume, anterior segment volume, and anterior chamber depth measurements were taken with the Scheimpflug imaging system when the pupils were mid-dilated and fully dilated. The results were statistically compared.
Results: The mean lens density was 19.20±3.05 when the pupils were mid-dilated (mean pupil diameter 2.98±0.89 mm) and 23.25±3.88 at full dilation (mean pupil diameter 5.01±0.92 mm) (p<0.001). The mean corneal density was 16.15±0.99 with mid-dilated pupils and 16.38±0.95 with fully dilated pupils (p=0.065). Anterior chamber depth and anterior segment volume measurements increased with larger pupil diameter (p<0.05).
Conclusion: The lens densitometry values increased with an increase in pupil diameter. The corneal density measurements increased minimally but the differences were not statistically significant. This study revealed that lens densitometry was significantly affected by pupil diameter.

Abstract Purpose: Pelvic pain, either related or unrelated to menstruation, is especially common in women of reproductive age. Thirty-nine per cent of all women suffer from chronic pelvic pain at some point in their lives, and pelvic venous congestion syndrome (PVCS) is the cause of this pain in 30% of cases. The aim of this study was to determine factors affecting the success of endovascular venous embolization used in the treatment of PVCS, and to present the long-term treatment results.
Material and methods: The data of 144 female patients who underwent endovascular ovarian vein embolization for PVCS between January 2012 and July 2020 were retrospectively analysed.
Results: Pain management was determined to be very successful in 37 (25.6%) patients, successful in 55 (38.1%), and unsuccessful in 52 (35.3%). Treatments using a coil alone were significantly more successful in pain management than those involving the use of different materials in addition to the coil (
Conclusions: Endovascular pelvic venous embolization is an important option in the treatment of PVCS due its less invasive and reproducible nature.

Abstract Aim: To analyze the spinal canal type and spinal structure of patients, to determine appropriate preoperative preparation and surgical procedures to prevent material malposition, which is the most common complication of thoracolumbar posterior transpedicular stabilization (TPTS) and is a determiner of its clinical outcomes.
Material and methods: A total of 214 cases were examined. TPTS procedures carried out on each thoracolumbar spine were evaluated. Twenty parameters were documented and retrospectively examined in each patient.
Results: Laminectomy is not helpful for healing unless there is spinal compression and ligamentotaxis is beneficial for healing. The correlation between the structure of the spinal canal and defective screw delivery found (p < 0.05).
Conclusion: The spinal structure formed around the canal should be the first form to evaluate while TPTS applications to protect the spinal cord, which is the focal point of the spinal structure.
