Title translation The role of the urology nurse in prehabilitation and same-day discharge robot-assited radical prostatectomy programs.
Abstract Introduction: The purpose of this article is to explain the role of urology nurse in prehabilitation and same-day discharge programs for robotic radical prostatectomy.
Methods: This article is based on the analysis of the literature and the experience of our center.
Results: In order to prepare patients for outpatient surgery, urology nurse plays a key role during prehabilitation journeys. Two weeks before the operation, the healthcare teams (nurses, anesthetists, physiotherapists, etc.) organize workshops to explain to patients the operation course and post-operative care in order to allay any anxieties. Individual and group interviews, in specific workshops (compression stockings, urinary catheter, sexology) are organized in particular with urology nurse to answer all patients' questions. In association with enhanced recovery after surgery pathway, these programs improve the patient experience and satisfaction as well as peri-operative outcomes, and allows the development of an outpatient surgery program which currently represents approximately one third of surgeries.
Conclusion: The implementation of perioperative protocols including prehabilitation improves the early results of robotic total prostatectomy, but also the patient experience. The urology nurse has a key role to play during these patient education days and in the preparation, information, support and follow-up of the patient, since the prehabilitation journey until the patient leaves the outpatient clinic.

Title translation Sense of guilt in sexually abused children : Mediating role of avoidance coping on anxiety and self-esteem.
Abstract Prior studies have suggested self-blame and sense of guilt as important elements associated with the effects of childhood sexual abuse on adult survivors (Cantón-Cortés, Cantón, Justicia & Cortés, 2011). However, few studies have explored the potential impact of the sense of guilt on outcomes in child victims. This study examines the mediating role of avoidance coping on the relationship between sense of guilt and outcomes (anxiety and self-esteem) in sexually abused children. The sample consisted of 447 sexually abused children (319 girls and 128 boys) aged 6 to 12. Path analysis indicated that children with higher feelings of guilt about the abuse showed more anxiety and lower levels of self-esteem. Indirect effects also indicated that sense of guilt predicted avoidance coping, which in turn contributed to higher anxiety and lower self-esteem. This model, which fits the data well for both girls and boys, explains 24.4 % of the variance in anxiety and 11.2 % of the variance in self-esteem. Results suggest that sense of guilt is an important target for clinical intervention with sexually abused children.

Title translation Epidemic of measles in the Verviers area (Belgium) : management and precautions at the reception in the emergency department.
Abstract Measles is a highly contagious viral disease. Transmission occurs from person to person through direct contact or by aerosolization of pharyngeal secretions. In the area of Verviers (Belgium), we were confronted to a group of patients with measles, a public health event with local concentration. In our hospital institution, our case index dates back to the beginning of February 2017 and the follow-up of the cases indicates an upward trajectory. Sorting measures and isolations of potential patients, extensive screening and vaccinations were undertaken and coordinated from an internal management unit. Numerous contacts have been made with the competent authorities. The limitation of a measles epidemic remains a public health problem that is difficult to manage optimally, and a limited number of nosocomial cases and infections of hospital staff could not be avoided.

By facing the uncertainty, linked to the exceptional situation experienced by the Coronavirus pandemic situation, Game theory (i.e., also called decision theory) could be useful and interesting to be used by the human and social sciences, since it is about studying interactional strategies of social actors. Game theory’s approach and its formalization are strained, in the present paper, on a societal, health and educational context which could make possible to analyze data from the original angle of view linked to the choices and the decisions of governments and citizens while facing with the Covid-19 pandemic crisis: Should we prioritize human health or socio-economic health? Should parents leave their children at home or choose to return to class? Etc. At what price (what we put) and for what stake (what we can lose)? The dilemmas are swarming in these uncertain times and in view of the associated risks. The games of prisoners, dictator and ultimatum dilemmas or even Rousseau’s "parable of the hunter" will serve the purpose, and will make it possible to discuss the choices made and the predictions envisaged.

Title translation Homophobia, coping strategies, and sexual identity formation among LGBT youths.
Abstract Sexual minority youths (SMY) face challenges in consolidating their sexual identity because of heterosexism. The role of homophobic bullying and coping strategies in the formation of sexual identity has been explored within a convenient sample of 262 sexual minority youths. Six dimensions of sexual identity formation have been tested, independent variables being: homophobic bullying, coping strategies (avoidance and problem-solving), age, gender, migration trajectory, residency, sexual attraction and time elapsed since the realization of the sexual identity difference. Homophobic bullying was associated with a lower score of sexual identity affirmation and higher scores of identity concealment, internalized homo/bi-phobia, acceptance concern, identity uncertainty and process difficulty. Problem-solving coping strategies were associated with acceptance concerns. Avoidance coping strategies were associated with higher scores of acceptance concern and process difficulty in accepting non-heterosexual identity. Results confirm the importance of homo/bi-phobia prevention in order to help SMY in sexual identity consolidation.

Title translation Pyomyositis in children: Two cases of Staphylococcus aureus infection.
Abstract Pyomyositis is a term used to denote primary pyogenic infection of a skeletal muscle. It is a rare disease that was first described in immunodeficient patients living in tropical climates. Lately, however, cases involving healthy children have been described in temperate climates. The origin of primary pyomyositis remains unclear, although it is thought to be caused by seeding from transient bacteremia. Onset of disease is insidious, therefore necessitating rapid diagnosis to successfully select appropriate antibiotic therapy and avoid complications. The signs and symptoms of pyomyositis are nonspecific, which highlights the importance of maintaining a broad differential diagnosis including disease entities such as osteomyelitis and septic arthritis. Magnetic resonance imaging is considered the best imaging modality for distinguishing pyomyositis from other potential etiologies. Here, we present two cases of primary pyomyositis of the lower limb muscles in an 8-year-old boy and in an 11-year-old girl.

Abstract Major changes in the Northern Territory and the need for adaptation to climate change require the Cree communities to better address the health impacts posed by projects of industrial and economic development in Eeyou Istchee. This article describes the process that led to the development of a toolkit to address some of the limitations of the environmental assessment (EA) in considering climate change and human health. After presenting the context of climate change and EA in the Cree territory, it illustrates a work process still little used in the areas of climate change adaptation and health, in collaboration with indigenous political and administrative actors. It then presents the tools that ensue, and that anchor adaptation not only in the proper environmental context of Eeyou Istchee, but also a wide range of opportunities and tangible and documented constraints (e.g. lack of time, lack of human resources, framed consultations). Finally, the process and its result promote a preventive approach rather than one of protection or reaction to situations.
