Abstract Gynecological malignancies, such as ovarian cancers, cervical cancers, and endometrial cancers, have a significant global impact. Women with gynecologic malignancies may receive a single or a combination of treatments, including surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation-based therapies. Radiologists utilize various diagnostic imaging modalities to provide the surgeon with relevant information about the diagnosis, prognosis, optimal surgical strategy, and prospective post-treatment imaging. Computerized Tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may be used initially to evaluate and detect post-treatment complications. Although CT is primarily used for staging, MRI is commonly used for a more accurate evaluation of a tumor's size and detection of local invasion. Complications such as hematoma, abscess, inclusion cyst, seroma, tumor thrombosis, anorectovaginal fistula, and gossypiboma may occur after the three primary treatments, and systems such as the genitourinary, gastrointestinal, neurological, and musculoskeletal may be affected. In order to distinguish between early-onset and late-onset complications following gynecological treatment, radiological findings of the most common post-treatment complications will be presented in this review.

Abstract This pictorial essay focuses on ultrasound (US) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of fetal urogenital anomalies. Fetal urogenital malformations account for 30%-50% of all anomalies discovered during pregnancy or at birth. They are usually detected by fetal ultrasound exams. However, when ultrasound data on their characteristics is insufficient, MRI is the best option for detecting other associated anomalies. The prognosis highly depends on their type and whether they are associated with other fetal abnormalities.

Abstract In this article, we present a Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) patient with synchoronus bilateral testicular metastasis from renal cell carcinoma (RCC). A 50 year-old man, a known case of VHL syndrome was referred with palpable masses in both the testes. His medical history demonstrated that he had undergone the brain surgery for cerebellar hemangioblastoma. He had undergone simultaneous Whipple's pancreatectomy and left radical nephrectomy becuase of well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors in head and body of the pancreas and a 6-cm clear cell-type grade-3 RCC in the left kidney. Scrotal sonography demonstrated vascular and heteroechogen masses measuring 19×14 mm in lower pole of the right testicle, 19×16 mm in upper pole of the right testicle, and 23×16.5 mm in upper pole of the left testicle. After having patient's consent, bilateral orchiectomy was performed by inguinal incision. Histopathologic examination and immunohistochemistry staining revealed metastasis from RCC. The most common neoplasm of reproductive system in VHL patients is epididymal papillary cystadenoma. Owing to it's benign nature, the management is conservative with routine physical examination and ultrasonography. Our patient indicated that every scrotal mass in patients with VHL is not to be considered as epididymal papillary cystadenoma.

Abstract Purpose: To describe the clinical and fertility outcomes after uterine artery embolization (UAE) for symptomatic uterine arteriovenous malformations (AVMs).
Materials and methods: This single-center retrospective study included 33 patients with uterine AVMs who underwent UAE at our institution between May 2013 and May 2021. The inclusion criteria were diagnostic features of uterine AVM as detection of the nidus and early venous drainage on angiography. The exclusion criteria were high levels of beta-human chorionic gonadotropin indicative of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with a diameter of 500-700 µm (with or without Gelfoam/Glue) was used in 32 procedures and, Glue (with lipiodol) was used in one. The patients were followed up for 31 months (range, 6-90 months). Angiograms, medical records, and phone interviews were used to describe the technical and clinical success, complications, and pregnancy outcomes.
Results: Thirty-three patients with a mean age of 31.2 ± 5.4 years (range, 21-42 years) were included in this case series. Technical success was reported in all patients (100%). Bleeding control was also achieved in 32 (96%) patients. Pelvic and puncture site pain and groin hematoma were reported as minor complications (grade 1 according to CIRSE classification). Six pregnancies (33%) occurred after uterine artery embolization. Four women had full-term pregnancies without complications and delivered healthy newborns. Another two women were in the second trimester of pregnancy with a favorable fetal condition. No post-embolization miscarriage was reported.
Conclusion: The UAE is safe and effective in controlling vaginal bleeding caused by uterine AVMs, allowing successful future pregnancies.

Abstract Uterine Arteriovenous malformations (AVM) are vascular disorders characterized by complex high-flow tangles of abnormal vessels connecting arteries and veins with bypassing capillaries. Recently, the terminology applied to describe uterine AVMs has been modified. Most AVMs are acquired. The term enhanced myometrial vascularity (EMV) is used to describe any condition in which any uterine pathology may lead to increased myometrial vascularity regardless of the absence or presence of residual tissue of gestation.

Abstract The dietary glycemic load (GL) indicates the quantity and quality of carbohydrates, which can affect ovulation and fertility by controlling insulin sensitivity. Also, past studies confirm the role of the dietary inflammatory index (DII) in many diseases, including metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disorders, so it may be related to reproductive health. This case-control study aims to study the association between glycemic index (GI), GL, and DII with infertility in women. This study was conducted on 300 infertile women in the case group and 300 fertile women in the control group in Kermanshah, Iran. Food intake was evaluated using FFQ, and using NUTRITIONIST IV software programs, GI and GL values were determined. DII was computed as well using FFQ data. Physical activity was assessed using IPAQ-SF. The association between GI, GL, and DII with infertility was evaluated using a logistic regression test, using STATA version 14 software. The results showed that the DII, GI, and GL were higher in the case group compared to the control group ([
