Abstract Exploring the coupled and coordinated development of social-ecological systems is an important basis for promoting integrated watershed management. Based on the framework of the social-ecological system of lake water environment governance, this study builds an evaluation index system for quantifying the coupling and coordination of the social-ecological system, selects the representative key variables in each component of the social-ecological system, and evaluates the coupling and coordination changes in the social-ecological system of Taihu lake water environment governance from 1987 to 2020. This study uses the coupling coordination degree model (CCDM) and the obstacle degree model (ODM) to reveal the dynamic relationship between the coupling degree (CD), the coupling coordination degree (CCD), and their obstacle factors of the social-ecological system of lake water environment governance. The results show that: (1) The comprehensive social system development level shows an uptrend, while ecological subsystem shows a decreasing and then increasing trend. With the development of social economy, water environment has experienced the process of deterioration followed by recovery. (2) CD and CCD both show a downward trend first and then an upward trend. CD ranges from 0.71 to 0.98, its status had fluctuated between high-quality coupling stage and break-in stage. CCD ranges from 0.42 to 0.58, its status had fluctuated between near maladjustment recession and critical coordination stage. (3) The average obstacle degrees of the ecosystem and the social system are 0.51 and 0.49, the strong human activity interference in the social system and the vulnerability of the ecosystem and uncertainty jointly affects the CCD. Therefore, to improve the CCD of the social-ecological system of lake water environment governance, it is recommended that attention should be paid to the use and treatment of water resources in the process of social and economic development of the basin, and the amount of external pollution into the ...

Abstract X-ray computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging are essential tools in modern medical diagnosis and treatment. However, traditional contrast agents are inadequate in the diagnosis of various health conditions. Consequently, the development of targeted nano-contrast agents has become a crucial area of focus in the development of medical image-enhancing contrast agents. To fully understand the current development of nano-contrast agents, this review provides an overview of the preparation methods and research advancements in CT nano-contrast agents, MR nano-contrast agents, and CT/MR multimodal nano-contrast agents described in previous publications. Due to the physicochemical properties of nanomaterials, such as self-assembly and surface modifiability, these specific nano-contrast agents can greatly improve the targeting of lesions through various preparation methods and clearly highlight the distinction between lesions and normal tissues in both CT and MR. As a result, they have the potential to be used in the early stages of disease to improve diagnostic capacity and level in medical imaging.

Abstract In view of the inherent pseudocapacitance, rich redox pairs (Nb5+/Nb4+ and Nb4+/Nb3+), and high lithiation potential (1.0-3.0 V vs Li/Li+), Nb2O5 is considered a promising anode material. However, the inherent low electronic conductivity of Nb2O5 limits its lithium storage performance, and the rate performance after carbon modification is still unsatisfactory because the intrinsic conductivity of Nb2O5 has not been substantially improved. In this experiment, taking the improvement of the intrinsic electrical conductivity of Nb2O5 as the guiding ideology, we prepared F-doped Nb2O5@fluorocarbon composites (F-Nb2O5@FC) with a large number of oxygen vacancies by one-step annealing. As the anode electrode of lithium-ion batteries, the reversible specific capacity of F-Nb2O5@FC reaches 150 mA g-1 at 5 A g-1 after 1100 cycles, and the rate performance is particularly outstanding, with a capacity up to 130 mA g-1 at 16 A g-1, which is far superior to other Nb2O5@carbon-based anode electrodes. Compared with other single conductivity sources of Nb2O5@carbon-based composites, the electrical conductivity of F-Nb2O5@FC composites is greatly improved in many aspects, including the introduction of free electrons by F- doping, the generation of oxygen vacancies, and the provision of a three-dimensional conductive network by FC. Through analytical chemistry (work function, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and EIS) and theoretical calculations, it is proved that F-Nb2O5@FC has high electrical conductivity and realizes rapid electron transfer.

Abstract The coordinated development of territorial space is a necessary condition for sustainable regional development. In the context of rapid socio-economic development, how to construct a spatial control model to coordinate land use conflicts between agriculture, construction, and ecology has become an urgent problem to be resolved. By taking the Rao River Basin, a typical region with land use conflict issues, as an example, this study developed various land use suitability evaluation systems to identify and evaluate the land use conflict status in 2020 under the three major land use objectives: agricultural production, urban construction, and ecological protection. Then, based on the consideration of ecological priority, the remote sensing ecological index was applied to characterize the ecological quality of the watershed. Afterwards, a framework for spatial control zoning was developed to guide the land use approach within the context of territorial spatial planning by integrating regional ecological quality and land use conflict status. The results found that the spatial distribution of the suitability of agricultural land, construction land, and ecological land in the Rao River Basin exhibited overlap and intersection, causing significant land use conflicts. According to statistics, 36.55 % of the basin was affected by conflict, with medium conflict as the main grade and agriculture-construction conflict being the most significant with an area of up to 1,397.01 km2. Therefore, it is necessary to develop differentiated management strategies and divide spatial control zones to mitigate land use conflicts according to the basin's current development status. Integrated land use conflicts and ecological quality, the watershed was split into six spatial control zones: eco-dominated zones, agricultural production zones, urban construction zones, priority treatment zones, controlled development zones, and development potential zones. The study results can provide a basis for decision-making on the spatial development of ...
