Abstract In this paper, the residual convolutional neural network is used to extract the note features in the music score image to solve the problem of model degradation; then, multiscale feature fusion is used to fuse the feature information of different levels in the same feature map to enhance the feature representation ability of the model. A network composed of a bidirectional simple loop unit and a chained time series classification function is used to identify notes, parallelizing a large number of calculations, thereby speeding up the convergence speed of training, which also makes the data in the dataset no longer need to be strict with labels. Alignment also reduces the requirements on the dataset. Aiming at the problem that the existing cross-modal retrieval methods based on common subspace are insufficient for mining local consistency within modalities, a cross-modal retrieval method fused with graph convolution is proposed. The K-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to construct modal graphs for samples of different modalities, and the original features of samples from different modalities are encoded through a symmetric graph convolutional coding network and a symmetric multilayer fully connected coding network, and the encoded features are fused and input. We jointly optimize the intramodal semantic constraints and intermodal modality-invariant constraints in the common subspace to learn highly locally consistent and semantically consistent common representations for samples from different modalities. The error value of the experimental results is used to illustrate the effect of parameters such as the number of iterations and the number of neurons on the network. In order to more accurately illustrate that the generated music sequence is very similar to the original music sequence, the generated music sequence is also framed, and finally the music sequence spectrogram and spectrogram are generated. The accuracy of the experiment is illustrated by comparing the spectrogram and the spectrogram, and genre ...

Abstract The paper proposes an enhanced design for broadband digital receivers that aims to improve signal capture probability, real-time performance, and the hardware development cycle. To overcome the issue of false signals in the blind zone channelization structure, this paper introduces an improved joint-decision channelization structure that reduces channel ambiguity during signal reception. Xilinx's high-level synthesis (HLS) tools are used for accelerated algorithm implementation, and techniques such as pipelining and loop parallelization are employed to reduce system latency. The entire system is implemented on FPGA. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed solution effectively eliminates channel ambiguity, improves algorithm implementation speed, and meets the design requirements.

Abstract Biosensors based on tunnel FET for label-free detection in which a nanogap is introduced under gate electrode to electrically sense the characteristics of biomolecules, have been studied widely in recent years. In this paper, a new type of heterostructure junctionless tunnel FET biosensor with an embedded nanogap is proposed, in which the control gate consists of two parts, namely the tunnel gate and auxiliary gate, with different work functions; and the detection sensitivity of different biomolecules can be controlled and adjusted by the two gates. Further, a polar gate is introduced above the source region, and a P+ source is formed by the charge plasma concept by selecting appropriate work functions for the polar gate. The variation of sensitivity with different control gate and polar gate work functions is explored. Neutral and charged biomolecules are considered to simulate device-level gate effects, and the influence of different dielectric constants on sensitivity is also researched. The simulation results show that the switch ratio of the proposed biosensor can reach 10

Abstract In this article, the particle irradiation effect of a lightly doped Gaussian source heterostructure junctionless tunnel field-effect transistor (DMG-GDS-HJLTFET) is discussed. In the irradiation phenomenon, heavy ion produces a series of electron-hole pairs along the incident track, and then the generated transient current can overturn the logical state of the device when the number of electron-hole pairs is large enough. In the single-particle effect of DMG-GDS-HJLTFET, the carried energy is usually represented by linear energy transfer value (LET). In simulation, the effects of incident ion energy, incident angle, incident completion time, incident position and drain bias voltage on the single-particle effect of DMG-GDS-HJLTFET are investigated. On this basis, we optimize the auxiliary gate dielectric, tunneling gate length for reliability. Simulation results show HfO

Abstract The stress-induced leakage current (SILC) degradation of partially depleted silicon in insulator (PDSOI) devices under constant voltage stress (CVS) was studied. Firstly, the behaviors of threshold voltage degradation and SILC degradation of H-gate PDSOI devices under constant voltage stress were studied. It was found that both the threshold voltage degradation and SILC degradation of the device are power functions of the stress time, and the linear behavior between SILC degradation and threshold voltage degradation is good. Secondly, the soft breakdown characteristics of the PDSOI devices were studied under CVS. Thirdly, the effects of different gate stresses and different channel lengths on the threshold voltage degradation and SILC degradation of the device were studied. The results showed SILC degradation of the device under positive CVS and SILC degradation of the device under negative CVS. The shorter the channel length of the device was, the greater the SILC degradation of the device was. Finally, the influence of the floating effect on the SILC degradation of the PDSOI devices was studied, and the experimental results showed that the degree of SILC degradation of the floating device was greater than that of the H-type grid body contact PDSOI device. This showed that the floating body effect can exacerbate the SILC degradation of PDSOI devices.

Abstract Objective: This study aimed to quantify the association between step count and multiple health outcomes in a healthy population.
Methods: PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and The Cochrane Library were systematically searched for systematic reviews and meta-analyses from inception to April 1, 2022. Literature screening, data extraction, and data analysis were performed in this umbrella review. The intervention factor was daily step counts measured based on devices. Multiple health outcomes included metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, all-cause mortality, and other outcomes in the healthy population.
Results: Twenty studies with 94 outcomes were identified in this umbrella review. The increase in daily step count contributed to a range of human health outcomes. Furthermore, the special population, different age groups, countries, and cohorts should be carefully considered. Negative correlation between step counts and the following outcomes: metabolic outcomes, cardiovascular diseases, all-cause mortality, postural balance, cognitive function, and mental health. However, there was no association between participation in the outdoor walking group and the improvement of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Analysis of the dose-response association between increasing daily step count and the risk of cardiovascular disease events and all-cause mortality showed a substantially linear relationship.
Conclusion: A wide range of health outcomes can benefit from the right number of steps.
