Abstract Vehicle speed, road roughness grade and sprung mass are the three main factors to influence suspension control and state estimation. Aiming at the problem that fixed state observer cannot guarantee the estimation accuracy of suspension with driving scenario changes, a suspension state observer based on interactive multiple model adaptive Kalman filter (IMMAKF) is established. Firstly, an adaptive control suspension is proposed based on LQR algorithm and multi-objective optimization algorithm, which can automatically adjust the controller parameters according to the vehicle speed, road roughness grade and sprung acceleration parameters, so as to keep the optimal control effect of the suspension. Secondly, the theoretical model of IMMAKF is derived, and two kinds of IMMAKF suspension state observers and controllers are established. Finally, a simulation condition with the vehicle speed, road roughness grade and sprung mass changing simultaneously is established. The simulation results shows that: compared with ordinary IMMKF, AKF and KF observers, the estimation accuracy of IMMAKF5 is improved. Except for state observation, IMMAKF can be used to identify the road roughness grade and estimate the suspension sprung mass.

Abstract To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of robot-assisted adrenalectomy (RA) and laparoscopic adrenalectomy (LA) for pheochromocytoma (PHEO). We conducted a comprehensive search of PubMed, the Cochrane Library, and Embase databases for studies comparing RA and LA treatment for PHEO, covering the period from database inception to January 1, 2024. Two researchers will independently screen literature and extract data, followed by meta-analysis using Review Manager 5.3 software. Six studies with 658 patients were included in the analysis. There were no significant differences in operation time [MD = -8.03, 95% CI (-25.68,9.62), P > 0.05], transfusion rate [OR = 1.10, 95% CI (0.55, 2.19) , P > 0.05], conversion rate [OR = 0.31, 95% CI (0.08, 1.12), P > 0.05], complication rate [OR = 0.93, 95% CI (0.52, 1.70), P > 0.05], Intraoperative max SBP [MD = -4.08, 95% CI (-10.13,1.97), P > 0.05], Intraoperative min SBP [MD = -2.71, 95% CI (-9.60,4.18), P > 0.05] among patients undergoing RA and LA. However, compared with patients who underwent LA, patients who underwent RA had less estimated blood loss [MD = -37.72, 95% CI (-64.11,-11.33), P < 0.05], a shorter length of hospital stay [MD = -0.43, 95% CI (-0.65,-0.21) P < 0.05]. RA has higher advantages in some aspects compared to LA. RA is a feasible, safe, and comparable treatment option for PHEO.

Abstract Background: Precise fluid therapy is extremely important during surgeries, as enough circulating blood volume ensures tissue perfusion and cell oxygenation. Yet, extra fluid volume could cause other adverse events, such as heart failure, intestinal swelling, etc. Thus, precise evaluation of the circulating blood volume is essential for maintaining sufficient circulating blood volume and avoiding excessive fluid infusion.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between SVV and circulating blood volume during intraoperative fluid therapy.
Methods: SVV was measured by FloTrac/Vigileo in the study. A prospective cohort study was conducted. 103 patients aged from 20 to 60 years old with an ASA Grade I-II and a diagnosis of meningioma less than 3 centimeters planning for selective neurosurgery were randomly divided into the Crystalloid Group and the Colloid Group. After induction, each Patient received 15 ml/kg of Plasma-Lyte-A or 6% hydroxyethyl starch in 30 min followed by continuous infusion at the speed of 0.1 ml/kg during the next 60 min. Hb concentration, Hct, Delta-BV/kg, and Delta-SVV were recorded every 5 minutes.
    Results: The delta-SVV and Delta-bv/kg were significantly higher in the Crystalloid Group than that of the Colloid Group. There was a strong linear correlation between Delta-SVV and Delta-bv/kg in both Crystalloid Group (Delta-bv / kg = 1.108 Delta-SVV + 0.0712, P < .001) and Colloid Group (Delta-bv / kg = 1.047 Delta-SVV + 0.4153, P < .001). An equation between Delta-bv/kg and Delta-SVV was established (Delta-bv / kg = 1.099 Delta-SVV + 0.1139, P < .001).
Conclusion: In conclusion, SVV measured by FloTrac / Vigileo could guile fluid therapy precisely by predicting the blood volume of patients during the intraoperative period, as it has a strong linear correlation with the blood volume of patients who underwent general anesthesia, meaning anesthesiologist could calculate the exact fluid volume for patients' infusion. Further studies with large cohorts and centers would be needed to validate its efficiency.

Abstract Background: Myocardial infarction (MI) is a severe condition that typically results from the ischemia and necrosis of heart muscle. Kruppel-like factor 6 (KLF6) can aggravate myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury. This work aims to reveal its role and mechanism in hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R)-induced cardiomyocyte injury.
Methods: Human cardiomyocyte (AC16) was exposed to hypoxic treatment to mimic MI-like cell injury. mRNA expression levels of KLF6 and WT1 associated protein (WTAP) were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Protein expression was detected by western blotting assay. Cell viability was assessed by CCK-8 assay. Cell apoptosis and cell cycle were investigated by flow cytometry. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were conducted to detect IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6 levels. Fe2+ colorimetric assay kit was used to detect Fe2+ level. MDA Content Assay Kit was used to detect MDA level. Cellular ROS Assay kit was applied to assess ROS level. The association of KLF6 and WTAP was identified by RNA immunoprecipitation assay and dual-luciferase reporter assay.
Results: KLF6 and WTAP expression at mRNA and protein levels were significantly upregulated in serum samples of MI patients and H/R-induced AC16 cells when compared with control groups. KLF6 silencing attenuated H/R-induced AC16 cell apoptosis, inflammatory response, oxidative stress and ferroptosis. Additionally, WTAP stabilized KLF6 mRNA by regulating its m6A modification. Further, WTAP knockdown rescued H/R-induced AC16 cell apoptosis, inflammatory response, oxidative stress and ferroptosis by decreasing KLF6 expression.
Conclusion: WTAP-mediated m6A modification of KLF6 aggravated hypoxia/reoxygenation-induced apoptosis, inflammatory response, oxidative stress and ferroptosis of human cardiomyocytes, providing a therapeutic strategy for MI.
