Abstract The development model of traditional sports tourism basically starts from the perspective of operation, development and management, but ignores the overall consideration of economic and social benefits and ecological environmental protection. In order to avoid or reduce the negative impact of sports tourism on the environment, the development of ecological sports tourism based on the perspective of geological ecology is the top priority for the healthy and sustainable development of sports tourism. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing previous research results, this paper introduced the methods and principles of carrying capacity of geological ecology and environmental system of sports tourism, conducted the model construction of environmental science for sports tourism, analyzed the optimization strategy of environmental science for sports tourism, constructed the environmental science of sports tourism based on geological ecology, performed the resource integration of sustainable development for sports tourism, proposed the functional integration of sustainable development for sports tourism, explored the sustainable development of sports tourism based on geological ecology, and finally discussed the relationship between sports tourism and geological ecological capacity and the achieving approaches for sustainable development of sports tourism. The study results show that for environmental science, its overall benefits range from 43% to 72% with an average of 58%; for sustainable development, that range from 55% to 79% with an average of 68%. For environmental science, the resource integration of sports facilities decrease from 95% to 66% when geological ecological capacity range from 40% to 90%; for sustainable development, that of sports facilities decrease from 91% to 59% when geological ecological capacity range from 40% to 90%. The environmental science and sustainable development of sports tourism based on the perspective of geological ecology can ecologically and organically combine sports ...

Abstract Objective: Matrix metalloproteinase 13 (MMP13) is an extracellular matrix protease that affects the progression of atherosclerotic plaques and arterial thrombi by degrading collagens, modifying protein structures and regulating inflammatory responses, but its role in deep vein thrombosis (DVT) has not been determined. The purpose of this study was to investigate the potential effects of MMP13 and MMP13-related genes on the formation of DVT.
Methods: We altered the expression level of MMP13 in vivo and conducted a transcriptome study to examine the expression and relationship between MMP13 and MMP13-related genes in a mouse model of DVT. After screening genes possibly related to MMP13 in DVT mice, the expression levels of candidate genes in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and the venous wall were evaluated. The effect of MMP13 on platelet aggregation in HUVECs was investigated in vitro.
Results: Among the differentially expressed genes, interleukin 1 beta, podoplanin (Pdpn), and factor VIII von Willebrand factor (F8VWF) were selected for analysis in mice. When MMP13 was inhibited, the expression level of PDPN decreased significantly in vitro. In HUVECs, overexpression of MMP13 led to an increase in the expression level of PDPN and induced platelet aggregation, while transfection of PDPN-siRNA weakened the ability of MMP13 to increase platelet aggregation.
Conclusions: Inhibiting the expression of MMP13 could reduce the burden of DVT in mice. The mechanism involves downregulating the expression of Pdpn through MMP13, which could provide a novel gene target for DVT diagnosis and treatment.

Abstract The introduction of single or multiple heterometal atoms into metal nanoparticles is a well-known strategy for altering their structures (compositions) and properties. However, surface single nonmetal atom doping is challenging and rarely reported. For the first time, we have developed synthetic methods, realizing "surgery"-like, successive surface single nonmetal atom doping, replacement, and addition for ultrasmall metal nanoparticles (metal nanoclusters, NCs), and successfully synthesized and characterized three novel bcc metal NCs Au

Abstract The efficacy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stable stage treated with different methods of acupuncture and moxibustion was evaluated using network Meta-analysis method. The articles of the randomized controlled trial (RCT) on stable COPD treated with acupuncture and moxibustion were searched electronically in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science and Cochrane library. The search was conducted from the inception of the databases to March 20th, 2022. Data analysis was performed using R4.1.1, Stata16.0 and RevMan5.3 softwares. A total of 48 RCTs were included, involving 15 kinds of acupuncture and moxibustion interventions and a sample size of 3 900 cases. The results of network Meta-analysis showed that: ① For the forced expiratory volume in one second predicted (FEV

Abstract A novel cationic metal-organic framework (iMOF-Ni) was designed and synthesized by a solvothermal method. It was fabricated as a solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge and exhibited high adsorption performance for Bisphenols (BPs). The theoretical simulation demonstrated that the adsorption mechanism between iMOF-Ni and BPs was attributed to cation-π bonding, π-π interaction, and electrostatic interactions. Under optimized SPE, a method for analyzing BPs was established by combining high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (HPLC-DAD). The developed method has good linearity (R

Abstract Microporous organic networks (MONs) are highly porous materials that are particularly useful in analytical chemistry. However, the use of these materials is often limited by the functional groups available on their surface. Here, we described the polymerization of a sea urchin-like structure material at ambient temperature, that was functionalized with hydroxyl, carboxyl, and triazine groups and denoted as OH-COOH-MON-TEPT. A substantial proportion of OH-COOH-MON-TEPT was intricately decorated EDA-Fe
