Abstract Improving the quality of public services is an effort to improve the quality and innovation of public services at each government agency on a regular basis according to the needs and expectations of the community. In addition, improving the quality of public services is carried out to build public trust in public service providers in order to increase public satisfaction. This research is aimed at answering the question how service excellence is implemented in the work of employees in the daily tax office, what complaints are perceived by the public regarding services they received, and how service excellence training should be provided to civil servants to improve customer satisfaction. This study proves that service excellence training for tax service office employees is very important to improve service quality so as to provide customer satisfaction.

Abstract We have known that organisation provides positive values that will make students get new experiences that will not be possible from the lecture hall alone. Organisational activities will provide space for students to be creative and active more widely. Students will interact a lot with other people from different backgrounds. This study aims at answering the questions on what experiences gained by fresh graduates by joining actively in student organisation, what factors cause students not interested in joining organisations, and what solutions must be taken so that the quality of student organisations can be maintained. In this research, a phenomenological approach is employed and semi structured interviews were conducted to a total of 40 participants, consist of 15 fresh graduates who were active in organisations, 15 fresh graduates who were not active in organisations and 10 HRD managers. The research proved that fresh graduates who were active in student organisations have better skills in communication, broader insights that are able to hone creativity and critical thinking, have the ability to work together, higher responsibility and maturity, and are able to adapt to the new environment, so that they are more prepared to enter the world of work.

Abstract This research is aimed to examine the impact of the Darmakradenan land conflict on the vulnerability of the social, economic and political life of the local farming community. This research is essential because the Darmakradenan conflict has been going on for around 20 years and all the conflict resolution efforts undertaken have not achieved results. This research is qualitative research that selects informants with a purposive method, including farmers, village heads and village officials, management of the farmer group Stan Ampera, plantation managers, community leaders and so on. The results of this research indicated that the two decades of Darmakradenan land conflict had an impact on the vulnerability of social, economic and political life, such as a lack of harmony between farmer groups, loss of livelihoods, tensions between farmer groups and village government, illegal acts, citizens easily ignited to act anarchist and so on. Such conditions have implications for the importance of considering social, economic and political vulnerabilities in developing efforts for real land conflict resolution.

Abstract Introduction: Nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) is a complex cancer due to its unique genomic features and association with the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Despite therapeutic advancements, NPC prognosis remains poor, necessitating a deeper understanding of its genomics. Here, we present a comprehensive whole genome sequencing (WGS) view of NPC genomics and its correlation with the phenotype.
Methods: This study involved WGS of a clinical NPC biopsy specimen. Sequencing was carried out using a long read sequencer from Oxford Nanopore. Analysis of the variants involved correlation with the phenotype of NPC.
Results: A loss of genes within chromosome 6 from copy number variation (CNV) was found. The lost genes included HLA-A, HLA-B, and HLA-C, which work in the antigen presentation process. This loss of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) apparatus resulted in the tumour's ability to evade immune recognition. The tumour exhibited an immunologically "cold" phenotype, with mild tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes, supporting the possible etiology of loss of antigen presentation capability. Furthermore, the driver mutation PIK3CA gene was identified along with various other gene variants affecting numerous signaling pathways.
Discussion: Comprehensive WGS was able to detect various mutations and genomic losses, which could explain tumour progression and immune evasion ability. Furthermore, the study identified the loss of other genes related to cancer and immune pathways, emphasizing the complexity of NPC genomics. In conclusion, this study underscores the significance of MHC class I gene loss and its probable correlation with the cold tumour phenotype observed in NPC.

Abstract One of the requirements for graduating from the undergraduate level for universities in Indonesia is writing a final project or thesis. In order to graduate, of course, it is greatly influenced by the desire and strong spirit of the students and also the guidance of the supervisor. In determining the supervising lecturer, special attention must be paid to the field. Usually the selection of lecturers for thesis supervisors is determined by the study program through a meeting of lecturers in order to determine which lecturers are considered according to the title of the student and in accordance with the research of the supervisor. However, this method is a bit inconvenient and also quite time-consuming considering the number of students is more than a hundred and continues to grow every year. In this study, the thesis supervisor was classified based on the title proposed by the student. The methodology that will be used in this research is the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology whose stages are: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and deployment, as well as using Generative Pre-Technology. trained Transformers 3 (GPT-3)

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget system based on Permendagri Number 21 of 2011 and standard cost analysis, as well as to determine the accountability reporting process based on PP no. 8 of 2006 and Government Accounting Standards. To get results based on these objectives, the author uses a problem solving method. Data obtained from interviews conducted by the author with the Regional Work Unit in the broadcasting sector. The results of the study indicate that in the preparation of a performance-based APBD, budgetary principles such as budget transparency and accountability, budget discipline, budget justice, budget effectiveness and efficiency must be considered. The budget uses a performance model that prioritizes productivity achievement/results. The APBD is prepared based on performance, meaning that the government has made changes. These changes lead to an increase in the quality of social services and an increase in productivity. These two objectives encourage local governments to improve the institutional performance of the KPID Secretariat.

Abstract Research on the effect of acid treatment on the opening of the pore mouths on the surface of the zeolite catalyst has been carried out. The preparation of the zeolite catalyst was carried out through the processes of soaking, calcination, oxidation and reduction. Initially, the zeolite was soaked for 3 hours in distilled water, then drained and crushed until its size passed a 100 mesh sieve, followed by a calcination process with nitrogen for 5 hours. Then proceed with oxidation for 3 hours followed by a reduction process for 2 hours with hydrogen. Furthermore, the catalyst was impregnated with Ni from the salt {Ni.NO3.6(H2O)} After that the catalyst is stored and placed in a desiccator. Then an analysis of the catalyst obtained with AAS was carried out to determine the content of Na, Ca, Fe, Mg and K cations, and the content of Al and Si. Then continued with the analysis of acidity with gravimetric method and continued with analysis with the BET method to determine the specific surface area and pore size distribution. Furthermore, the catalyst is used in the catalytic cracking process at various temperatures
