Abstract	This article proposes an analysis of the main rationales of urban planning associated with three regimes of temporality: a. The linear and predictable temporality of planning, b. The uncertain and iterative temporality of the project, c. The open temporality of improvisation. Urban planning and projects propose to build the future through the development of visions and action plans. As their main goal is to control the process of action, they cannot fully accept uncertainty. Improvisation implies an epistemological and political turn that is necessary to imagine an open city. Building an open city means integrating surprise, ambiguity, and incompleteness, and relying on indeterminacy.

Title translation	Evolution of electro-convulsive therapy activity in France since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Abstract	The recent COVID-19 pandemic has led to major organisational changes in health care settings, especially in psychiatric hospitals. We conducted a national online survey to assess the evolution of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in the different centres practicing this treatment. 65 responses from all over France were analysed. More than 90 % of the centres practising ECT experienced a decrease in their activity. Half of the centres experienced a total cessation of activity and 25 % of the centres experienced a decrease of more than half of their usual activity. Post-pandemic COVID-19 psychiatric care is expected to be difficult. It is essential not to add to this difficulty the complications, often serious, that will be associated with delaying or stopping the practice of ECT. It will also be necessary to remain vigilant with regard to the specific neuropsychiatric consequences that will follow the pandemic.

Abstract	Pediatric obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) has a multifactorial origin. For the child with no dysmorphic disorders or comorbidities, its main etiology is pharyngeal soft tissue hypertrophy, a dimensional reduction of the facial skeletal frame restricting the airway, an anomaly of muscular tone, or a combination of these factors. Consequently, proper diagnosis and treatment planning for these children can require several medical specialties, according to the complexity, severity, and persistence of OSAS: ear-nose-throat specialists (ENT), pneumologists/allergologists, dentofacial orthopedists/orthodontists, and physical therapists/speech therapists. A workshop was organized so as to establish the treatment strategy for these young patients, the majority of whom cannot access multidisciplinary teams (as very few exist in France), and to create guidelines for specialists in the field. The workshop comprised an orthodontist, a pediatric ENT specialist, and a physical therapist, who led a working group of about 50 physicians. They exchanged experience, discussed publications, and established decision trees about pediatric OSAS. Three main areas were studied, and conclusions are presented in this article: (1) multidisciplinary diagnosis strategy, (2) therapy according to the patient's age, and (3) treatment modality for patients combining adenotonsillar hypertrophy and maxillary transverse deficiency.

Abstract	ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC) transporters are the main class of transmembrane transporters involved in pathogenic fungal resistance against chemotherapeutic agents. Herein we report results which show that batzelladine D (1) and norbatzelladine L (2) reverse the fluconazole resistance phenotype mediated by Pdr5p transporter on Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Both alkaloids were able to chemosensitize the Pdr5p-overexpressing strain by synergistic interaction with fluconazole. Both compounds also showed an inhibitory effect on the catalytic activity and on the intracellular accumulation of rhodamine 6G, and did not show significant in vitro mammalian cells toxicity.

Title translation	Tick-borne encephalitis in a child in a nonendemic country: A case report.
Abstract	Tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) is an arbovirus induced by tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) transmitted by tick bite. The disease is rare in France (two to three cases per year) but endemic zones extend from Western Europe to the east coast of Asia (10,000-15,000 cases per year). An 8-year-old boy was admitted to our pediatric ward in Strasbourg (France) for febrile headache with diplopia. Four days after a tick bite, he declared a febrile headache together with maculopapular rash on the elbows, knees, and cheeks. Fourteen days after the outbreak of symptoms, he showed confusion, drowsiness, and binocular diplopia. Brain MRI was normal and the electroencephalogram found diffuse slow activity with no discharge. Lumbar puncture found meningitis with 92 cells (60% neutrophils, 40% lymphocytes). The diagnosis was made with specific IgM and IgG antibody isolation in the serum (Elisa). Lyme serology was negative. The evolution was slowly favorable and the child remained hospitalized for 8 days. The neurological control examination 2 weeks later was normal except for a moderate left deviation during tandem walk and left Romberg manoeuver. Meningitis or meningoencephalitis in a child must raise the diagnosis of TBE in children, even in nonendemic countries, given the recent increased incidence of TBE and the development of tourism. Recent travel in endemic areas, a history of tick bite, and a clinical course in two phases must be sought. The diagnosis is serologic and prevention is based on vaccination.

Abstract	Résumé La pandémie récente de COVID-19 a entraîné des changements organisationnels majeurs dans les lieux de soins et notamment en hospitalisation en psychiatrie. Pour évaluer l’évolution de l’activité des différents centres pratiquant l’ECT, une enquête nationale en ligne a été réalisée. 65 réponses de toute la France ont été analysées. Plus de 90 % des centres pratiquant l’ECT ont connu une diminution de leur activité. Plus inquiétant encore, la moitié des centres ont subi un arrêt total de leur activité et un quart des centres accusent une diminution de plus de la moitié de leur activité habituelle. Les soins psychiatriques post-pandémie COVID-19 s’annoncent difficiles. Il est essentiel de ne pas ajouter à cette difficulté les complications, souvent graves, qui seront liées au retard ou à l’arrêt de la pratique de l’ECT. Il conviendra aussi de rester vigilant quant aux conséquences spécifiques neuropsychiatriques qui feront suite à la pandémie. Abstract	The B(0) lifetime was measured with a sample of 23 million BB pairs collected by the BABAR detector at the PEP-II e(+)e(-) storage ring during 1999 and 2000. Events from the semileptonic decay B(0)-->D(-)l(+)nu(l) have been selected with a partial reconstruction method in which only the charged lepton and the slow pi from the D--->D(0)pi(-) decay are reconstructed. The result is tau(B(0)) = 1.529+/-0.012(stat)+/-0.029(syst) ps.

Abstract	But: Evaluer l’intérêt diagnostique de l’EC au niveau gastrique, grêle et colique dans les HDO ainsi que l’intérêt de l’injection intraveineuse préalable d’érythromycine. Patients et Méthodes: Dans cette étude prospective randomisée, 37 patients (âge moyen 61 ans) avec une HDO occulte (n = 19) ou extériorisée (n = 18) ont été explorés par la capsule M2A®, avec (n = 19) ou sans (n = 18) injection intraveineuse d’érythromycine à 3 mg/kg, 30 à 60 min avant l’EC. Une préparation colique par 4 L de polyéthylène glycol (n = 34) ou 2 flacons de phosphate de sodium (n = 3) s’achevant 1 h avant l’EC était réalisée. Les lésions détectées par l’EC étaient classées en fonction de leur potentiel hémorragique: nul (L0), probable (L1) ou certain (L2) si un saignement actif était visible. Un diagnostic unique par patient était porté. Le coefficient de concordance diagnostique entre un endoscopiste senior et un endoscopiste junior était calculé sur 21 enregistrements. Les temps de transit gastriques et intestinaux ainsi que la possibilité de visualiser le côlon ont été comparés entre les deux groupes. La durée d’analyse des vidéos était chronométrée. Les effets indésirables étaient notés. Résultats: 36 examens sur 40 étaient exploitables (3 échecs techniques et 1 rétention prolongée dans le bas ésophage). L’examen a été répété chez 3-malades. 72 lésions L1 et 2 lésions L2 étaient détectées chez 30-malades (83%). Ces malades avaient 1 type lésionnel (n = 11), 2 types lésionnels (n = 15) ou 3 types lésionnels différents (n = 4). Le diagnostic retenu était: angiectasies (n = 14), ulcérations (n = 7), ponctuations rouges (n = 5), varice (n = 1), tumeur (n = 1), nématodes (n = 1), angiectasie polypoïde (n = 1). La cause retenue était jéjuno-iléale (n = 23), duodénale (n = 3), gastrique (n = 1), colique (n = 1) ou multifocale (n = 2). La concordance interobservateurs était de 0,64. La présence de ponctuations rouges de la muqueuse était associée à la présence d’angiectasies (p < 0,001). L’érythromycine diminuait en moyenne le temps de transit gastrique de 55 min (p < 0,01) et augmentait le temps de transit du grêle de 70 min (p < 0,03) sans modifier significativement le taux d’examens complets du grêle (84% vs 80%). La visualisation colique était toujours limitée au caeco-ascendant. La préparation colique était insuffisante dans 89% des cas. La durée d’analyse des vidéos diminuait significativement après les 24 premiers examens (63 min vs 80 min). 2 cas de temps buccal supérieur à 5 min et 1 blocage temporaire de la capsule au niveau du carrefour aéro-digestif ont été constatés. Conclusion: Dans les HDO, l’EC détecte une lésion hémorragique ou potentiellement hémorragique dans 83% des cas. Le diagnostic porté concernait l’estomac, le duodénum et le côlon dans 14% des cas. L’érythromycine permettait de diminuer le temps d’enregistrement gastrique sans modifier le taux d’examens complets de l’intestin grêle. L’exploration du côlon se limitait au caeco-ascendant et la préparation réalisée était insuffisante.
