Abstract: ... faqih". Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Baqir Sadr, an Islamic scholar, unlike the common practice ...

Abstract One of the important political issues in the history of mankind is the level and quality of people's role in governance and how to deal with the anger that occurs between the powers of the rulers and the rights of the people. Because, in my view, the conquest of a system of sovereignty is equitable to the conquest of individual rights in the community. This has duplicated the need to establish the basis of the legitimacy of gaining and exercising power on an accepted basis in political think tanks. Based on this, different schools of thought have emerged in this field and designed the basis of legitimacy in the political realm for a particular system. In the thought of Imami jurisprudence, this issue also has different opinions and opinions, largely due to the logical relationship between the "confrontation" that lies between the rights and duties of the governor and the people, around the concept of "Velayat-e faqih". Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Baqir Sadr, an Islamic scholar, unlike the common practice of the jurisprudents, has raised the issue of legitimacy of power under the theory of "al-'Anan and the testimony of al-Anbiya." The basis that he has chosen in this theory to provide legitimacy is based on the Qur'anic forms and from the perspective of a new theory. In this article, through a descriptive-analytical method, a "divine-folk" divine legitimacy reading, considered evolutionary in the theory of "installation," will be explained and re-read.

Abstract: ... Mohammad (a military surgeon in Safavid era) and introduces his book, Dhakhira-yi-Kamilah.: Results and ... like Ottoman Empire and India. Hakim Mohammad as a military surgeon was one of such physicians ...

Abstract Background: Wars and injuries have accompanied mankind throughout history. Physicians and surgeons from various civilizations made difficult attempts to manage wounds and injuries. Among various civilizations, the Persian Empires had great armies which were well equipped. One of the most important organizations in Persian troops was the military surgery.
Methods: This study presents a brief biography of Hakim Mohammad (a military surgeon in Safavid era) and introduces his book, Dhakhira-yi-Kamilah.
Results and discussion: Safavid kings (1501-1736 CE) with unifying all of Persian regions and provinces reconstructed the Persian Empire. Great scholars and physicians were raised in this era. It seems that Persian physicians and surgeons were well trained in Safavid era and many of them were even employed by other countries like Ottoman Empire and India. Hakim Mohammad as a military surgeon was one of such physicians who served in Ottoman Empire for some time. He gathered his surgical experiences and others in the book of Dhakhira-yi-Kamilah. This book was written in Persian. He has mainly written about the management of wounds and practical techniques. Later, he came back to his homeland and dedicated his book to the king of Persia.

Abstract: ... in the coronary slow flow phenomenon in Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang. Methods ... ACE gene and angiotensin II levels in the coronary slow flow phenomenon at Mohammad Hoesin ...

Abstract Introduction. The presence of ACE gene polymorphism is expected to have a role in cardiovascular diseases, including coronary slow flow phenomenon (CSFP). Angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphism also plays an essential role in increasing angiotensin II levels. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effect of angiotensin-converting enzyme gene polymorphism and angiotensin II levels in the coronary slow flow phenomenon in Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang. Methods. This case-control study was started from July 2019 to July 2020 at RSMH Palembang with 32 subjects for each case (CSFP patients) and the control group (non-CSF patients). This study used a pair of primers and one-timed PCR to detect ACE gene polymorphism. Genetic analysis was carried out in the Biotechnology Laboratory Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sriwijaya. Statistical analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation test. Results. There were 17 subjects with II genotypes (53.1%), 14 subjects with ID genotypes (43.8%), and 1 subject with DD genotypes (3.1 %) in the CSFP group. While in the non-CSFP group, there were 11 subjects with II genotypes (34.4%), 13 subjects with ID genotypes (42.2%), and 9 subjects with DD genotypes (14.1%). The median value of angiotensin II levels in CSFP and Non-CSF group was 58 pg/mL and 32.8 pg/mL, respectively. The results of the analysis showed that there was an effect of angiotensin II levels on the incidence of CSFP (p=0.001). Further analysis showed that there was a correlation between angiotensin II levels and the I/D 287 bp alu repetitive sequence polymorphism in the intron 16 ACE gene (p=0.030, r=0.822). Conclusions. There was a correlation between I/D 287 bp alu repetitive sequence polymorphism in the intron 16 ACE gene and angiotensin II levels in the coronary slow flow phenomenon at Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang.

Abstract: ... Mohammad Hoesin Palembang from July to December 2019. Subjects were patients who had undergone HD >3 months ...

Abstract Introduction. Cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of death in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). This is evidenced by the finding of vascular calcification in CKD patients. The process of vascular calcification that occurs is often associated with secondary hyperparathyroid conditions that are complications of CKD patients. The aim of this study was to asses the relationship between serum PTH levels and the abdominal aorta calcification (AAC) in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis (HD) Methods. This observational analytic study with cross-sectional correlation test was conducted in the internal medicine ward of dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang from July to December 2019. Subjects were patients who had undergone HD >3 months with age >18 years. All subjects were examined for serum PTH levels and measured the carotid artery wall using doppler ultrasonography and the degree of calcification of the abdominal aorta using a lateral lumbar X-ray which was calculated using the Kauppila score. Results. There were 86 of HD patients studied, 65 subjects (75.6%) had high serum PTH levels and 46 subjects (53.5%) who had AAC. The Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum PTH levels had a relationship with Kauppila score (p=0.014, r=0.264). Multivariate linear regression analysis obtained age (p<0.001, r=0.510), duration of HD (p=0.020, r=0.256), history of hypertension (p=0.031, r=0.239) and serum phosphate levels (p=0.011, r=0.281) had a relationship to the Kauppila score. Conclusions. There is a significant relationship between serum PTH levels and AAC in chronic HD patients. The presence of factors including age, duration of HD, hypertension, and serum phosphate levels also affect the incidence of AAC.

Abstract Introduction Second Pahlaviâs era, due to its unique role in providing the context for the Islamic Revolution of Iran, is very important in contemporary history of Iran. According to the studies on this era, we can say that formation of the Islamic Revolution had a close interrelationship with policies which were adopted in the period. In describing the nature of the state at Pahlaviâs era, different researchers have expressed their views derived from different perspectives. Among them, we can see three different groups: the first group sees the state as a dependent capitalism and the second group sees it as a rentier state and the third group sees it as an absolutist state or despotism. Despite of differences between these groups, they all agree that the nature of the state at Pahlaviâs era is essentially different from previous periods in which government was under the dominance of tribal systems. First Pahlavi with proceedings such as formation of national boundaries, promotion of nationalism, reviving of ancient traditions, debilitation of pre-modern classes, the use of new ways of taxing, unification of clothing and education and creation of modern army and bureaucracy, fulfilled his absolutist power by using naked force (Kasraai, 2013). However, the process continued during the second Pahlavi era, which is the focus of this article, but during this time the 1953 Iranian coup, 28 Mordad coup, was a critical turning point. The occurrence of this coup was an important indicator showing that the kingâs attitude toward the governance had changed. Since the Mohammad Reza Shahâs political positions had a significant effect on the social and political transformations of the period, we attempted to study the kingâs attitude toward governance, classes, and influential social movements in the period following the 1953 Coup.
