    Abstract In general Women belonging to villages tend to spend the maximum of their time in household activities without any hesitation. In return, they don’t receive any merits or credits from the family and society. This paper aims in conducting detailed research work based on, the understanding found among women folk belonging to lower-middle-class women and poor income about the need for financial inclusion. The study was carried out in Ludhiana, Punjab among women from low-income and lower-middle-class households. Out of 1000 approaches, 757 respondents replied (75%). Later the data were organized and analyzed for the results. To make the work stronger a conceptual framework was framed. The tests like one-way ANOVA and Post-Hoc tests were also carried out. The outcomes showed that there are major differences seen when women are empowered and occupied they are reflecting positively on financial inclusion.

    Abstract Channel discharge, geomorphological setting, and regional groundwater flow determine the spatiotemporal variability of bedform‐induced hyporheic exchange and the emergence of biogeochemical hot spots and hot moments that it drives. Of particular interest, and significantly understudied, is the role that dynamically changing discharge has on the hyporheic exchange process and how regional groundwater flow modulates the effects of transience. In this study, we use a reduced‐complexity model to systematically explore the bedform‐induced hyporheic responses to dynamically changing discharge events in systems with different bedform geometries exposed to varying degrees of groundwater flow (under both upwelling and downwelling conditions). With this in mind, we define metrics to quantify the effects of transience: spatial extent of the hyporheic zone, net hyporheic flux, mean residence time, and denitrification efficiency. We find that regional groundwater flow and geomorphological settings greatly modulate the temporal evolution of bedform‐induced hyporheic responses driven by a single‐peak discharge event. Effects of transience diminish with increasing groundwater upwelling or downwelling fluxes, decreasing bedform aspect ratios, and decreasing channel slopes. Additionally, we notice that increasing discharge intensities can reduce the modulating impacts of regional groundwater flow on the effects of transience but hardly overcomes the geomorphological controls. These findings highlight the necessities of evaluating hyporheic exchange processes in a more comprehensive framework.

    Abstract Background The weak control cascade of hypertension from the time of screening till the attainment of optimal blood pressure (BP) control is a public health challenge, particularly in resource-limited settings. The study objectives were to (1) estimate the change in the rate of prevalence of hypertension, the yield of newly diagnosed cases, initiation of treatment, and attainment of BP control in the age group 15 to 49 years; (2) ascertain the magnitude and predictors of undiagnosed hypertension, lack of initiation of treatment, and poor control of those on antihypertensive therapy; and (3) estimate the regional variation and state-level performance of the hypertension control cascade in India. Methodology We analyzed demographic and health surveillance (DHS) data from India's National Family Health Survey Fifth Series (NFHS-5), 2019-2021, and NFHS-4 (2015-2016). The NFHS-5 sample comprised 695,707 women and 93,267 men in the age group of 15 to 49 years. Multiple logistic regressions were performed to find the associated predictors, and respective adjusted odds ratios (aORs) were reported. Results The prevalence of hypertension (cumulative previously diagnosed and new cases) among individuals aged 15 to 49 years was 22.8% (22.6%, 23.1%;

    Abstract Introduction: The main goal of the root-end filling material is to create a hermetic seal to protect against microbes and their by-products. Excellent biocompatibility and sealing ability are characteristics of MTA developed by Torabinejad
    Material and method: One-twenty (N = 120) extracted human maxillary anterior teeth were decontaminated, cleaned, and decoronated. Endodontic treatment and root-end resection were done. Then root-end cavity was prepared and filled with tested materials (N = 30). A calibrated stereomicroscope was used to evaluate linear measurement. All data were tabulated and statistically analyzed with a level of significance set at
    Result: This order of increasing microleaks was observed: MTA Angelus < MTA Plus < PRO-Root MTA < Control group. There was a statistically significant difference in mean microleakage in MTA Angelus and MTA Plus groups (
    Conclusion: Although the sealing ability of MTA Angelus is superior to MTA Plus, PRO-Root MTA. MTA Plus, PRO-Root MTA could be considered an acceptable alternative to MTA Angelus in peri-radicular surgeries.

    Abstract Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a worldwide health emergency caused by the coronavirus 2 (severe acute respiratory illness) (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 has a wide range of symptoms, making a definitive diagnosis difficult. The shortage of equipment for testing technology COVID-19 has resulted in long queues for COVID-19 testing, which is a major problem. COVID-19 testing is currently performed using sluggish and costly technology like single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The gold standard test for diagnosing COVID-19 is real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), which necessitates highly skilled workers and has a lengthy turnaround time. However, rapid and affordable immunodiagnostic techniques (antigen or antibody tests) are also available with some trade off accuracy. Optical sensors are frequently employed in a variety of applications, because of their increased sensitivity, strong selectivity, rapid reaction times, and outstanding resolution. The use of photonic crystal fibre (PCF) is advantageous for the quick detection of the new coronavirus and is suggested with the use of a PCF-based (Au/BaTiO3/graphene) multilayered surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor. The proposed sensor can quickly detect the COVID-19 virus in two different ligand-analyte environments: (i) the virus spike receptor-binding domain (RBD) as an analyte and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) as a probe ligand, and (ii) monoclonal antibodies (IgG or IgM) as an analyte and the virus spike RBD as a probe ligand. The finite element method (FEM) is used to quantitatively examine the performance of the PCF-based multilayered SPR sensor.
