    Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on college education. College students have faced great difficulties in terms of learning and living during the lockdown period, which has brought many negative psychological effects. To explore the psychological states of college students learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and the reasons for these states, this study used CiteSpace to analyze 105 articles on WoS about college students’ learning psychology, and the results of this analysis were combined with an interpretation of the literature to summarize the research hotspots, development trends, learning psychology types, and reasons in this field. The main findings were as follows: (1) During the COVID-19 pandemic, the psychological state of learning college students mainly included academic burnout, learning anxiety, and learning pressure. (2) Academic burnout was affected by perceived usefulness and self-control and was manifested as not accepting online teaching and truancy. (3) Learning anxiety was affected by emotional support factors and was manifested as loneliness, anxiety about lockdown management, and fear of infection. (4) Learning pressure was affected by perceived ease-of-use, environmental support, and self-efficacy and was manifested by difficulties completing online learning tasks, academic performance, and future career uncertainty. Given the above findings, this study proposes corresponding teaching improvement measures from the perspective of the sustainability of the teaching methods of teachers and students’ continuous learning, providing teaching references for schools and teachers, and psychological support for students.

    Abstract With the rapid development in online education and the recurrence of COVID-19 around the world, people have temporarily turned to online education. To identify influencing factors of online learning behavior and improve online education, this study used CiteSpace to visually analyze research on influencing factors of online learning behavior on WoS. It discusses the research status, hotspots, and trends. Then, through cluster analysis and literature interpretation, the paper summarizes the types of online learning behavior and the influencing factors of different online learning behaviors from positive and negative dimensions. The findings of this paper are as follows. (1) The number of studies on the influencing factors of online learning behavior has increased in the last decade, especially after the outbreak of COVID-19. The research countries and institutions in this field lack contact and cooperation. (2) Online learning behaviors mainly include online learning engagement behavior, continuous behavior, procrastination behavior, and truancy behavior. (3) Online learning engagement behavior is mainly affected by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, individual characteristic differences, and other factors. (4) Online learning continuous behavior is mainly affected by quality, perceived usefulness, learning self-efficacy, and other factors. (5) The influencing factors of online learning procrastination mainly include learning environment, individual characteristics, social support, and pressure. (6) The main influencing factors of online learning truancy behavior are social interaction, participation, and learner control. At the end of this paper, according to the action mode of the influencing factors of online learning behavior, some suggestions for teaching improvement are put forward from the two perspectives of promoting positive online learning behavior and avoiding negative online learning behavior, which can provide a reference for teachers and schools in the future when conducting online ...

    Abstract The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, caused by the novel coronavirus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2 (SARS-CoV-2), has rapidly spread worldwide since its emergence in late 2019. Its ongoing evolution poses challenges for antiviral drug development. Coronavirus nsp6, a multiple-spanning transmembrane protein, participates in the biogenesis of the viral replication complex, which accommodates the viral replication-transcription complex. The roles of its structural domains in viral replication are not well studied. Herein, we predicted the structure of the SARS-CoV-2 nsp6 protein using AlphaFold2 and identified a highly folded C-terminal region (nsp6C) downstream of the transmembrane helices. The enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP)-fused nsp6C was found to cluster in the cytoplasm and associate with membranes. Functional mapping identified a minimal membrane-associated element (MAE) as the region from amino acids 237 to 276 (LGV-KLL), which is mainly composed of the α-helix H1 and the α-helix H2; the latter exhibits characteristics of an amphipathic helix (AH). Mutagenesis studies and membrane flotation experiments demonstrate that AH-like H2 is required for MAE-mediated membrane association. This MAE was functionally conserved across MERS-CoV, HCoV-OC43, HCoV-229E, HCoV-HKU1, and HCoV-NL63, all capable of mediating membrane association. In a SARS-CoV-2 replicon system, mutagenesis studies of H2 and replacements of H1 and H2 with their homologous counterparts demonstrated requirements of residues on both sides of the H2 and properly paired H1-H2 for MAE-mediated membrane association and viral replication. Notably, mutations I266A and K274A significantly attenuated viral replication without dramatically affecting membrane association, suggesting a dual role of the MAE in viral replication: mediating membrane association as well as participating in protein-protein interactions.IMPORTANCESevere acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2 (SARS-CoV-2) assembles a double-membrane vesicle (DMV) by the viral non-structural proteins for viral replication. Understanding the mechanisms of the DMV assembly is of paramount importance for antiviral development. Nsp6, a multiple-spanning transmembrane protein, plays an important role in the DMV biogenesis. Herein, we predicted the nsp6 structure of SARS-CoV-2 and other human coronaviruses using AlphaFold2 and identified a putative membrane-associated element (MAE) in the highly conserved C-terminal regions of nsp6. Experimentally, we verified a functionally conserved minimal MAE composed of two α-helices, the H1, and the amphipathic helix-like H2. Mutagenesis studies confirmed the requirement of H2 for MAE-mediated membrane association and viral replication and demonstrated a dual role of the MAE in viral replication, by mediating membrane association and participating in residue-specific interactions. This functionally conserved MAE may serve as a novel anti-viral target.

    Abstract In the context of sustainable development, research on a biomass-based adhesive without chemical modification as a substitute for petroleum-based adhesive is now crucial. It turns out to be challenging to guarantee a simple and sustainable method to produce high-quality adhesives and subsequently manufacture multifunctional composites. Herein, the inherent properties of cellulose were exploited to generate an adhesive based on a cellulose aqueous solution. The adhesion is simple to prepare structurally and functionally complex materials in a single process. Cellulose-based daily necessities including straws, bags, and cups were prepared by adhering cellulose films, and smart devices like actuators and supercapacitors assembled by adhering hydrogels were also demonstrated. In addition, the composite boards bonded with natural biomass wastes, such as wood chips, displayed significantly stronger mechanical properties than the natural wood or commercial composite boards. Cellulose aqueous adhesives provide a straightforward, feasible, renewable, and inventive bonding technique for material shaping and the creation of multipurpose devices.

    Abstract Background/aim: Lenvatinib, a multikinase inhibitor, has become a second-line treatment option for unresectable liver cancer, while its monotherapy response rate is limited. Hence, we aim to investigate whether one of the epigenetic inhibitors will be synthetic lethal with Lenvatinib in liver cancer cells.
    Materials and methods: We performed high-throughput drug screening in combination with Lenvatinib. And we employed CCK-8-based Bliss Synergy Score analysis, colony formation and western blotting to confirm our screening results in both HepG2 and HCCC9810 cells.
    Results: We identified that LSD1 inhibitor Pulrodemstat in combination with Lenvatinib dramatically suppressed the PI3K-AKT signaling and induced a more significant activation of Caspase3 compared to Lenvatinib monotherapy.
    Conclusion: Pulrodemstat synergized with Lenvatinib based on suppression of PI3K-AKT signaling and activation of apoptotic signaling.

    Abstract Wave energy is one of the primary sources of marine energy, representing a readily available and inexhaustible form of renewable clean energy. In recent years, wave energy generation has garnered increasing attention from researchers. To study wave energy generation technology, we have constructed a real wave energy generation system and designed wave simulation and hydraulic energy storage systems. The wave simulation system is mainly composed of a frequency converter and an electric boost pump, while the hydraulic energy storage system consists of a hydraulic control unit and hydraulic motors. Corresponding mathematical models have been established to investigate the characteristics of wave energy generation. Specifically, a mathematical model for wave input using the double-parameter JONSWAP wave spectrum has been created for wave simulation in the wave simulation system. For the hydraulic energy storage system, known as the Power Take Off (PTO) system, mathematical models have been developed for double-acting hydraulic cylinders, energy storage devices, and precise displacement hydraulic motors, taking into consideration fluid Reynolds numbers and leakage. During the generation of wave energy, there is a problem of prolonged power interruption when wave conditions are unfavorable, which hinders continuous power generation. To address this issue, a system structure with an energy storage unit and two parallel generator sets, as well as a power operation optimization scheme, have been proposed. This system structure and optimization approach efficiently and reasonably utilize wave energy, achieving the goal of uninterrupted power supply in the hydraulic wave energy generation system.

    Abstract Background: The burden of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in China continues to escalate.
    Objective: To investigate the impact of family support system on the self-management behaviour of patients with T2DM.
    Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 1,042 participants were sampled using a multistage stratified probability-proportionate-to-size method. On-site interviews were conducted using a structured questionnaire administered by 122 family doctors from 13 community health service centres in 8 administrative districts. A structural equation model was established to investigate the impact of individual factors and family support system on the self-management behaviour of T2DM patients. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 software.
    Results: The self-management behaviour pass rate among individuals with T2DM was 40.9%. In terms of individual factors, those with a high school education level or above demonstrated higher self-management behaviour scores than those with a junior high school education level or lower. The structural equation model revealed a path of interactions among individual factors, family support system-related factors, and the self-management behaviour of patients with T2DM: Family function → Family support → Patients' self-management behaviour → Quality of life. The coefficient of the direct path from family function to family support was 0.74 (P < 0.001), while the coefficient of the direct path from family support to self-management behaviour was 0.68 (P = 0.001).
    Conclusion: There is significant room for improvement in the self-management behaviour of T2DM patients in China. Family function can enhance the self-management behaviour of T2DM patients by promoting family support.
