Abstract The Galileo satellite navigation system now provides initial services. With further satellite launches, the performance of Galileo will gradually improve, and new services will be introduced. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of Galileo Single Point Positioning (SPP) using different broadcast ephemeris data sources. This study investigates the completeness of Galileo navigation message records from different institutions. The results show that IGS provides the best completeness across different data sources (ECR > 70%), while IGN exhibits the lowest completeness. Analyze the proportions of different data sources within the Galileo navigation message in the broadcast ephemeris files provided by IGS during the study period. The proportions of FNAV_258, INAV_513, INAV_516, and INAV_517 during the study period are 25.83%, 24.76%, 23.61%, and 25.80%, respectively, suggesting better data completeness for FNAV_258 and INAV_517 and poorer completeness for INAV_513 and INAV_516. Finally, this study explores SPP solutions for GPS and Galileo systems using different data sources. The results indicate that a higher ECR corresponds to better positioning performance. Although GPS exhibits smaller error fluctuations and smoother positioning results, Galileo's SPP positioning accuracy surpasses that of GPS. The introduction of dual-frequency observations effectively reduces data dispersion and enhances vertical positioning accuracy.

Abstract The development of a high-performance, low-cost, and simply fabricated flexible three-dimensional (3D) force sensor is essential for the future development of electronic skins suitable for the detection of normal and shear forces for several human motions. In this study, a sandwich-structured flexible 3D force tactile sensor based on a polyethylene-carbon composite material (velostat) is presented. The sensor has a large measuring range, namely, 0-12 N in the direction of the normal force and 0-2.6 N in the direction of the shear force. For normal forces, the sensitivity is 0.775 N

Abstract An efficient and convenient method for the synthesis of oxalamides by the reaction of β-ketoamides with tertiary amines and TBHP was developed. A variety of β-ketoamides and tertiary amines substrates were well-tolerated in this transformation. Based on the control experiments, a plausible mechanism for this reaction was proposed that involved the tandem oxidation/amination process. In addition, α,β-epoxy amides could be obtained by adjusting the reaction conditions.

Abstract Objectives: To analyze the factors influencing myopia and construct a nomogram to forecast the risk of myopia among school-age children, providing a reference for identifying high-risk groups to aid prevention and control.
Methods: This case-control study enrolled 3512 students from three primary schools in Shenzhen using random cluster sampling for a questionnaire survey, myopia screening and ocular biometric parameter measurement. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of myopia, and a nomogram was constructed to forecast myopia risk. Bootstrap resampling was used to verify the practicability of the nomogram.
Results: Older age (odds ratio[OR] = 1.164; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.111-1.219), female sex (OR = 2.405; 95% CI: 2.003-2.887), maternal myopia (OR = 1.331; 95% CI: 1.114-1.589), incorrect posture during reading and writing (OR = 1.283; 95% CI: 1.078-1.528) and axial length (OR = 7.708; 95% CI: 6.044-8.288) are risk factors for myopia, whereas an increase in corneal radius (OR = 0.036; 95% CI: 0.025-0.052) is a protective factor against myopia. The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve of the nomogram was 0.857, and the net benefit was high when the risk threshold of the decision curve analyses (DCA) ranged from 0.20 to 1.00. The measured values were consistent with the prediction.
Conclusion: The nomogram was accurate in predicting the risk of myopia among schoolchildren. This study provides a reference for screening high-risk students and for individualized myopia prevention and control.

Abstract Negative evidence may influence category-based inductive reasoning, but the underlying time course of cognitive brain processing is unclear. This study adopted event-related potentials (ERPs) to investigate this effect by manipulating the category type (related vs. unrelated) and argument type (positive vs. negative) in a semantic category-based induction task. The behavioral results showed that, under unrelated conditions, a negative argument produced greater argument strength and shorter reaction time than a positive argument did. Meanwhile, the ERP results found a negative argument elicited larger P300, N400, and slow negative component amplitudes than a positive argument, which could possibly embody the expectation-related processing produced by memory updating, semantic integration, and the more complex inference-driven information integration and interpretation processes and cognitive load in hypothesis generation. This study provides novel evidence on the temporal course of how negative evidence influences argument strength during semantic category-based induction.
