Abstract ABSTRACT Introduction: Aerobic exercise has begun to be widely recognized as a reasonable means of preventing fat and losing weight. Scholars have confirmed that sports can help the human body lose weight and lose fat. Objective: This article measures the exercise performance indicators of subjects in different body fat percentage groups and studies the relationship between body fat percentage and exercise performance indicators. Methods: The study uses experimental methods to determine the percentage of body fat of the subjects. After physical exercise and aerobic exercise, the volunteers were tested for aerobic capacity indicators. Results: The body fat percentage of physically inactive persons was negatively correlated with aerobic and anaerobic exercise capacity indexes. Conclusion: The mechanism of aerobic exercise in weight loss treatment has the effect of promoting lipolysis and regulating blood lipid metabolism. At the same time, it has a significant influence on the number and activity of fat cells. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment results.

Abstract Health insurance stands as a pivotal facet of social wellbeing, with profound implications for the overarching landscape of economic development. The existing research, however, lacks consensus on the relationship between health insurance and economic performance and provides no evidence about the magnitude of the correlation. This lack of information seriously impedes the high-quality development of the healthcare system. Therefore, to scientifically elucidate the relationship between the two, this study involved a meta-analysis, analyzing 479 effect values derived from 34 independent research samples. The results reveal a strongly positive correlation between health insurance and economic performance [

Abstract Abstract Accumulating evidence shows that pseudogenes can function as microRNAs (miRNAs) sponges and regulate gene expression. Mining potential interactions between pseudogenes and miRNAs will facilitate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases. However, identifying their interactions through biological experiments is time-consuming and labor intensive. In this study, an ensemble learning framework with similarity kernel fusion is proposed to predict pseudogene–miRNA associations, named ELPMA. First, four pseudogene similarity profiles and five miRNA similarity profiles are measured based on the biological and topology properties. Subsequently, similarity kernel fusion method is used to integrate the similarity profiles. Then, the feature representation for pseudogenes and miRNAs is obtained by combining the pseudogene–pseudogene similarities, miRNA–miRNA similarities. Lastly, individual learners are performed on each training subset, and the soft voting is used to yield final decision based on the prediction results of individual learners. The k-fold cross validation is implemented to evaluate the prediction performance of ELPMA method. Besides, case studies are conducted on three investigated pseudogenes to validate the predict performance of ELPMA method for predicting pseudogene–miRNA interactions. Therefore, all experiment results show that ELPMA model is a feasible and effective tool to predict interactions between pseudogenes and miRNAs.

Abstract Sports have gradually gained popularity, and the risks associated with them have risen as well. In today’s world, college students are a diverse population, and sports are very popular among them. The construction of sports risk assessment system in ordinary colleges is significant to improve physical quality of college students and ensure safety. College sports accidents have occurred on occasion in recent years, causing not only enormous pain to students and parents, but also casting a dark shadow over the sport. This work takes the risk analysis of college students’ sports as the background, and uses a data-driven neural network to conduct knowledge discovery of college sports threats. It evaluates the sports risks of college students’ physical education, and builds an index system of sports risk assessment in ordinary colleges and universities, which provides a certain basis for avoiding and reducing sports risks. This work studies an end-to-end one-dimensional convolutional neural network algorithm for risk assessment of college sports. In order to extract complementary structures in different scales, a multi-scale fusion framework is constructed using convolution kernels of diverse sizes. In this paper, the residual network structure is introduced to deepen and improve the network, and an attention module suitable for one-dimensional residual network is designed. It is embedded into the residual module to construct a multi-scale attention residual network (MSAR) model. Finally, validity and superiority of proposed model are verified by experimental data, which can effectively evaluate the sports risk of college students.

Abstract The growing research interest in the relationship between health insurance and pharmaceutical innovation is driven by their significant impact on healthcare optimization and pharmaceutical development. The existing literature, however, lacks consensus on this relationship and provides no evidence of the magnitude of a correlation. In this context, this study employs meta-analysis to explore the extent to which health insurance affects pharmaceutical innovation. It analyzes 202 observations from 14 independent research samples, using the regression coefficient of health insurance on pharmaceutical innovation as the effect size. The results reveal that there is a strong positive correlation between health insurance and pharmaceutical innovation (r = 0.367, 95% CI = [0.294, 0.436]). Public health insurance exhibits a stronger promoting effect on pharmaceutical innovation than commercial health insurance. The relationship between health insurance and pharmaceutical innovation is moderated by the country of sample origin, data range, journal type, journal impact factor, type of health insurance, and research perspective. Our research findings further elucidate the relationship mechanism between health insurance and pharmaceutical innovation, providing a valuable reference for future explorations in pharmaceutical fields.
