Abstract The development of the concept of "sharing" in the era of the digital economy has promoted significant changes in the innovation mechanism of the tourism industry. This article takes 31 provinces (municipalities and districts) in China as the research object, and collect four types of tourism statistics. Inspired by resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory, the article builds a research model of resource sharing for tourism industry innovation, proposes relevant hypotheses, discusses the influence mechanism of tourism industry innovation, and uses a fixed effects model and intermediary mechanism model for empirical test. The results show that the constructed model has good explanatory power and adaptability. Resource sharing can significantly drive tourism industry innovation, and the conclusion is robust. Tourism industry marketization, innovation ability, and competitiveness play an intermediary role in resource sharing to promote tourism industry innovation. The influence of resource sharing on tourism industry innovation has regional heterogeneity. The article aims to reveal the influence mechanism of resource sharing on tourism industry innovation under the digital economy, and the research conclusions can provide references for various provinces (municipalities and districts) to improve regional industrial innovation ability.

Abstract The concept of “sharing” and the development of the digital economy have driven the transformation of resource allocation in the tourism industry to resource sharing. The article defines resource sharing in the tourism industry from a comprehensive perspective according to the systematic analysis of the concept of resource sharing and the background of the digital economy, which is an economic behavior of integrating, opening and sharing resources among members under the guidance of the government and relying on modern information technology such as the internet, with the sharing of usage rights as the main feature. Based on the dual inspiration of MICK resource classification theory and digital economy theory, the article constructs a conceptual model and measurement scale of resource sharing in the tourism industry from four dimensions: knowledge resource sharing, material resource sharing, information resource sharing and capital resource sharing. The panel data of 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed mathematically and statistically. The analysis results showed that the weight of knowledge resources is the highest. Moreover, the eastern region had the highest level of resource sharing and the western region had the lowest level of resource sharing. Furthermore, the level of resource sharing in the past five years showed a trend of year-on-year improvement. Based on the scores, countermeasures are proposed in terms of enhancing the importance of information technology and strengthening basic support according to local conditions, which provide a reference for cities to improve the level of resource sharing.

Abstract Osteosarcoma is a cancer originating in the bone cells, specifically in the osteoblasts. Previous studies mainly focused on particular molecules but the whole pathway network. We comprehensively analyzed the enrichment score of each signal pathway and identified a novel classification by 20 machine learning algorithms. Furthermore, differences in tumor immune infiltration cells and drug sensitivity were compared in low and high groups. We identified a model consisting of four signaling pathways that predict the prognosis and the immune status of the tumor microenvironment and drug sensitivity in osteosarcoma patients. The novel classification may be used in clinical applications to predict prognosis and drug sensitivity.

Abstract We propose a secure user pairing (UP) and power allocation (PA) strategy for a downlink Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) system when there exists an external eavesdropper. The secure transmission of data through the downlink is constructed to optimize both UP and PA. This optimization aims to maximize the achievable sum secrecy rate (ASSR) while adhering to a limit on the rate for each user. However, this poses a challenge as it involves a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) problem, which cannot be efficiently solved through direct search methods due to its complexity. To handle this gracefully, we first divide the original problem into two smaller issues, i.e., an optimal PA problem for two paired users and an optimal UP problem. Next, we obtain the closed-form optimal solution for PA between two users and UP in a simplified NOMA system involving four users. Finally, the result is extended to a general 2K-user NOMA system. The proposed UP and PA method satisfies the minimum rate constraints with an optimal ASSR as shown theoretically and as validated by numerical simulations. According to the results, the proposed method outperforms random UP and that in a standard OMA system in terms of the ASSR and the average ASSR. It is also interesting to find that increasing the number of user pairs will bring more performance gain in terms of the average ASSR.
