Abstract This study selects stock data of listed companies in China's A-share stock market from 2011 to 2020 as research samples. Using a fixed-effects model, it examines the impact of analyst optimism on stock price collapses and the moderating effect of information disclosure quality. Simultaneously, it conducts additional research to explore the potential transmission mechanisms involved. The main findings are as follows: Firstly, a positive correlation exists between analyst optimism and the risk of stock price collapse. Secondly, improving information disclosure quality of listed companies can enhance the positive impact of analyst optimism on the risk of stock price collapses and expedite the market's adjustment of overly optimistic valuations of listed companies. Additionally, analyst optimism can increase the risk of stock price collapses by affecting institutional ownership. These findings provide theoretical support for regulatory authorities to revise and improve the "information disclosure evaluation" system, regulate the analyst industry, guide analyst behavior, and encourage listed companies to enhance internal governance and improve information disclosure practices.

Abstract PARP1 is one of six enzymes required for the highly error-prone DNA repair pathway microhomology-mediated end joining (MMEJ) and needs to be inhibited when over-expressed. In order to study the PARP1 inhibitory effect of fused tetracyclic or pentacyclic dihydrodiazepinoindolone derivatives (FTPDDs) by quantitative structure-activity relationship technique, six models were established by four kinds of methods, heuristic method, gene expression programming, random forester, and support vector regression with single, double, and triple kernel function respectively. The single, double, and triple kernel functions were RBF kernel function, the integration of RBF and polynomial kernel functions, and the integration of RBF, polynomial, and linear kernel functions respectively. The problem of multi-parameter optimization introduced in the support vector regression model was solved by the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Among the models, the model established by support vector regression with triple kernel function, in which the optimal

Abstract Silicon carbide (SiC) recently emerged as a promising photonic and quantum material owing to its unique material properties. In this work, we carried out an exploratory investigation of the Pockels effect in high-quality-factor (high-Q) 4H-SiC microresonators and demonstrated gigahertz-level electro-optic modulation for the first time. The extracted Pockels coefficients show certain variations among 4H-SiC wafers from different manufacturers, with the magnitudes of

Abstract Background: Turnover intention is one of the common disturbances that affect the career development and management of university teachers. With an aim to solve this thorny issue, the study examined the associations between turnover intention and work stress among local undergraduate university teachers in China.
Methods: A questionnaire survey was carried out on 7,565 local university teachers. Initially, confirmatory factor analysis was employed to validate the reliability and validity of the scale. Subsequently, descriptive statistics and correlation analyses were conducted. Following this, a latent moderated structural equation (LMS) was used to explore the relationship among work stress, job burnout, self-efficacy, and turnover intention. Moreover, the bias-corrected Bootstrap method was applied to further examine the mediating effects, moderating effects, and moderated mediating effects in the model.
Results: The hypothesized moderated mediation model was verified significant. Work stress directly and positively predicted job burnout and turnover intention, with job burnout serving a partial mediating role between work stress and turnover intention. Additionally, self-efficacy negatively moderated the direct impact of work stress on job burnout, as well as the mediating effect of job burnout. As the self-efficacy of university teachers increased, the direct effect of work stress on job burnout and the mediating effect of job burnout decreased.
Conclusion: This study expanded the research on the antecedent variables of university teachers' turnover intention and revealed the individual contingency mechanism by which work stress affected turnover intention: the negative moderating effect of self-efficacy. Work stress induced university teachers' turnover intention, and this phenomenon was more obvious for faculties with low self-efficacy. Administrators of local undergraduate universities need to rationalize the allocation of teachers' job responsibilities and pay attention to the negative consequences of work stress in order to reduce turnover intentions. Particular attention should be paid to enhance teachers' self-efficacy. The findings of this study can provide in-depth recommendations for university faculty management and policy making, which can help shape a working atmosphere more conducive to teaching and research, thus enhancing the overall quality and competitiveness of faculty members within universities.

Abstract Multidimensional imaging has emerged as a powerful technology capable of simultaneously acquiring spatial, spectral, and depth information about a scene. However, existing approaches often rely on mechanical scanning or multi-modal sensing configurations, leading to prolonged acquisition times and increased system complexity. Coded aperture snapshot spectral imaging (CASSI) has introduced compressed sensing to recover three-dimensional (3D) spatial-spectral datacubes from single snapshot two-dimensional (2D) measurements. Despite its advantages, the reconstruction problem remains severely underdetermined due to the high compression ratio, resulting in limited spatial and spectral reconstruction quality. To overcome this challenge, we developed a novel two-stage cascaded compressed sensing scheme called coded aperture snapshot hyperspectral light field tomography (CASH-LIFT). By appropriately distributing the computation load to each stage, this method utilizes the compressibility of natural scenes in multiple domains, reducing the ill-posed nature of datacube recovery and achieving enhanced spatial resolution, suppressed aliasing artifacts, and improved spectral fidelity. Additionally, leveraging the snapshot 3D imaging capability of LIFT, our approach efficiently records a five-dimensional (5D) plenoptic function in a single snapshot.

Abstract During the tunnel construction, high geotemperature is a recurrent phenomenon in geothermal anomalous zones, significantly affecting both human resources and equipment involved in the process. The current study takes the Nige tunnel, the tunnel with the highest known geotemperature in China, as a case study to analyze the underlying dynamics of this phenomenon. The geotemperature within the tunnel is monitored during excavation before delving into a detailed analysis of the basic characteristics of the high geotemperatures measured. Subsequently, an investigation is conducted into the hot springs in close proximity to the Nige tunnel, which serves to reveal potential heat sources contributing to the high geotemperature. To further reveal the hydrochemical and geothermal reservoir characteristics of the area surrounding the tunnel and hot spring, a water quality test is performed. Lastly, the study situates its findings regarding the geological genesis of high geotemperature within the context of investigating heat conduction channels. Results demonstrate the coexistence of high water temperature (Water T) and rock temperature (Rock T) in the Nige tunnel, with maximum temperatures recorded as 63.4 °C and 88.8 °C, respectively. This study concludes that the source of deep circulating hot water likely stems from infiltration and combination of atmospheric precipitation and shallow water from the continental environment. Additionally, the geotemperature within tunnels primarily stems from thermal anomalous bodies in the deep crust. The performances may be used as guidance to address similar issues that arise in regions with high geotemperature.
