Abstract A classification scheme for myoelectric control systems (MCS) cannot mimic complex hand movements. This paper presents simultaneous and proportional MCS by estimating the angles of fourteen finger joints using time-domain feature extraction and random forest. The experimental results show that the best feature was the root mean square (RMS). Furthermore, the random forest attained an average coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.85 compared to other regressors which perform below 0.75. The ANOVA tests indicated that the performance of the proposed system was significantly different. Therefore, the proposed system will be the best option for real-time MCS applications in the future.

Abstract One of the efforts to increase consumption of fruits and vegetables for the local community and others area is innovate the diversification of processed food products. For example, the fruit of Manonjaya salacca had been researched and made a semi-finished product in the form of flour and other processed food products such as muffins, cakes, cookies, and flakes. Before, the results of the research had been diseminated to the local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The purpose of this study was to determine the potential development of processed food product from Manonjaya salacca flour diversification for the food SMEs throught a market survey with marketing mix approach. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative approach. The survey was conducted online to 251 respondents throughout Indonesia. Respondents consist of various generations, gender, profession, domicile, and level of income. Questions were given based on the marketing mix categories, namely product, place, price, and promotion. Product: the market survey results show that Manonjaya salak flour has the potential to be developed into souvenirs or sweet snacks for all generations, especially in the Z generation. The product that has the potential to be developed was sponge cake/cake. Place: most of the respondents bought souvenirs in stores, while the millennials and the Z generations bought sweet snacks through online delivery services. Price: respondents stated that a reasonable price for a sweet snack per 750 grams is IDR40,000. Promotion: The further away from the respondent's domicile, the less familiar they were with Manonjaya salacca. For this reason, processed food products from Manonjaya salacca flour need wider promotion. This product promotion is mainly related to the superiority of nutrients, their health benefits, and the variety of diversified products developed by SMEs

Abstract: ... objective of this paper is to understand the influence of motivation to employee’s knowledge sharing ...

Abstract Introduction. The insufficient level of understanding of statistical indicators is indicated by the low level of knowledge sharing culture among BPS employees in the Central Sulawesi region. In this case, BPS needs to encourage the employees to participate in knowledge sharing activities. Individual's willingness to share knowledge can be influenced by several factors, one of them is motivation. The main objective of this paper is to understand the influence of motivation to employee’s knowledge sharing activities in BPS. A conceptual model is designed based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). Data Collection Methods. A quantitative-explanatory research method was applied including literature study, data collection, and data analysis. Data Analysis. The study used the structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis method with a sample of 174 samples. Results and Discussion. Motivation has a positive-significant effect (p-value <0.05) on attitudes (β = 0.713) and employee intentions (β = 0.218). This has implications for employee knowledge sharing behavior (β = 0.758). Motivation and attitude can predict the intention by 42.7%, meanwhile, the intention can predict behavior by 57.5%. Conclusion. To predict the knowledge-sharing behavior of employees, a sufficient motivation is needed to develop positive attitudes and strong intentions in each employee.

Abstract This study aims to identify the effect of project-related and investor-related variables on Indonesian investors' intention to switch their investments from bank time deposits or company's stocks/bonds to equity crowdfunding. Project-related variables are business viability and financial return, while investor-related variables are trust, project attachment, liking, and investors' age. In recent years, research on the success factors of an equity crowdfunding campaign has increased. However, limited studies evaluate whether investors are willing to switch their investments from more known instruments such as bank time deposits and companies' stocks/bonds. Also, there is limited research set in developing countries such as Indonesia. This study used the primary data we collected using a self-filled closed questionnaire distributed online. After removing the unqualified data, we generated 114 data points to analyze. Data were processed using multiple linear regression. We found that the financial return variable positively and significantly affects investors' willingness to switch their investments from bank deposits and stocks/bonds to equity crowdfunding. We also found that the trust variable significantly affects investors' intentions to switch funds from bank deposits but there is not enough evidence that investors will switch funds from stocks/bonds to equity crowdfunding. Meanwhile, there is not enough evidence that other investor-related variables (project attachment, liking, and investor age) affect investors' intention to switch investments from banks' deposits or from stock/bonds to equity crowdfunding.

Abstract Cardiac myxomas (CM) is by far the most common type of primary cardiac neoplasm that commonly arise within the left atria and is composed of primitive connective tissue cells and stroma. Despite the benign nature, the CMs are often surgically removed because they can lead to severe complications. Large, thin, and hypermobile forms are unusual. The frequency of recurrence is about 22% for complex forms and 12% for other familial forms and 1% to 3% for sporadic myxomas, which seldom recur after surgery. Although transesophageal echocardiography shows usually accurate imaging capabilities to detect the myxoma, further imaging methods including computed tomography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging, and

Abstract Purpose of review: Emerging evidence supports the promise of precision nutritional approaches for cardiovascular disease (CVD) prevention. Here, we discuss current findings from precision nutrition trials and studies reporting substantial inter-individual variability in responses to diets and dietary components relevant to CVD outcomes. We highlight examples where early precision nutrition research already points to actionable intervention targets tailored to an individual's biology and lifestyle. Finally, we make the case for high-density lipoproteins (HDL) as a compelling next generation target for precision nutrition aimed at CVD prevention. HDL possesses complex structural features including diverse protein components, lipids, size distribution, extensive glycosylation, and interacts with the gut microbiome, all of which influence HDL's anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and cholesterol efflux properties. Elucidating the nuances of HDL structure and function at an individual level may unlock personalized dietary and lifestyle strategies to optimize HDL-mediated atheroprotection and reduce CVD risk.
Recent findings: Recent human studies have demonstrated that HDL particles are key players in the reduction of CVD risk. Our review highlights the role of HDL and the importance of personalized therapeutic approaches to improve their potential for reducing CVD risk. Factors such as diet, genetics, glycosylation, and gut microbiome interactions can modulate HDL structure and function at the individual level. We emphasize that fractionating HDL into size-based subclasses and measuring particle concentration are necessary to understand HDL biology and for developing the next generation of diagnostics and biomarkers. These discoveries underscore the need to move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to HDL management. Precision nutrition strategies that account for personalized metabolic, genetic, and lifestyle data hold promise for optimizing HDL therapies and function to mitigate CVD risk more potently. While human studies show HDL play a key role in reducing CVD risk, recent findings indicate that factors such as diet, genetics, glycosylation, and gut microbes modulate HDL function at the individual level, underscoring the need for precision nutrition strategies that account for personalized variability to optimize HDL's potential for mitigating CVD risk.

Abstract Objective: The objective of this study was to determine internal structure spectral profile of by-products from coffee processing that were affected by added-microorganism fermentation duration in relation to truly absorbed feed nutrient supply in ruminant system.
Methods: The by-products from coffee processing were fermented using commercial fermentation product, consisting of various microorganisms: for 0 (control), 7, 14, 21, and 28 days. In this study, the association and correlation of carbohydrate-related spectral profiles with chemical and nutritional properties (chemical composition, total digestible nutrient, bioenergy values, carbohydrate sub-fractions and predicted degradation and digestion parameters as well as milk value of feed. The vibrational spectra of coffee by-products samples after fermentation for 0 (control), 7, 14, 21, and 28 days were determined using a JASCO FT/IR-4200 spectroscopy coupled with accessory of Attenuated total reflectance (ATR). The molecular spectral analyses with univariate approach were conducted with the OMNIC 7.3 software.
Results: Molecular spectral analysis parameters in fermented and non-fermented by-products from coffee processing included Structural carbohydrate, Cellulosic compounds, Non-structural carbohydrates, Lignin compound, CH-bending, structural carbohydrate peak1, Structural carbohydrate peak2, Structural carbohydrate peak3, Hemicellulosic compound, Non-structural carbohydrate peak1, non-structural carbohydrate peak2, non-structural carbohydrate peak3. The study results show that added-microorganism fermentation induced chemical and nutritional changes of coffee by-products including carbohydrate chemical composition profiles, bioenergy value, feed milk value, carbohydrate subfractions, estimated degradable and undegradable fractions in the rumen, and intestinal digested nutrient supply in ruminant system.
Conclusion: In conclusion, carbohydrate nutrition value changes by added-microorganism fermentation duration were in an agreement with the change of their spectral profile in the coffee by-products. The studies show that the vibrational ATR-FT/IR spectroscopic technique could be applied as a rapid analytical tool to evaluate fermented by-products and connect with truly digestible carbohydrate supply in ruminant system.

Abstract This study aims to determine whether online public access catalogs (OPAC) developed by Indonesian vendors andprogrammers can be classified as the third generation catalog. OPACs in nine prominent higher learning institutionsand the Indonesian National Library were examined against Marshall Breeding’s ten criteria for third generationOPACs, e.g. Single point of entry to all library resources, State-of-the-art Web interface, Enriched content, Facetednavigation, Simple keyword search box, Relevancy, Did you mean .?, Recommendations and related materials, Usercontribution—ratings, reviews, comments, and tagging, and RSS feed. Result of the examination showed that onlyone OPAC met four criteria, two OPACs met three criteria, two OPACs met two criteria, four OPACs met only onecriteria, and one OPAC did not meet any criteria. As a whole the ten OPACs met only six relatively easy criteria, e.g.Single point of entry to all library resources, State-of-the-art Web interface, Simple keyword search box, Enrichedcontent, User contribution¯ratings, reviews, comments, and RSS feed. It is concluded that the ten OPACs did nothave a sufficient number of the required features of the third generation catalog, and with only one OPAC met foureasy criteria there were still many things to accomplish to be able to reach the status of third generation catalog.
