Abstract Sports athletes are prone to certain injuries during high-intensity exercise training. In the process of treating an injury, images of the injury site need to be collected and identified. However, the traditional recognition method cannot effectively extract the features of the image. At the same time, it ignores the optimization of the damage image recognition results, resulting in low recognition accuracy and poor efficiency. Binocular stereo vision technology can quickly and accurately detect moving objects. Therefore, in order to more accurately identify high-intensity sports injury images, this study takes the high-intensity sports injury images as the basic research object. Several processes of image processing based on binocular stereo vision are analyzed, and the vulnerable parts of the body in high-intensity sports are also studied. Finally, the method in this study is verified. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this study reduces the average error rate by 0.19% compared with the traditional recognition method. It can effectively identify and detect injury images, thereby improving the accuracy and stability of sports injury image identification. The identification time is also shortened accordingly, which has certain practicability and feasibility. In addition, the binocular camera used in this study has high accuracy, and the obtained images of sports injuries are of good quality, which lays a foundation for image detection and recognition.

Abstract Objective: To explore the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis regulated by puerarin during osteoblastogenesis.
Methods: In this study, the effects of puerarin on the autophagic activity and apoptosis level of osteoblast precursors (MC3T3-E1 cells) was observed. Subsequently, the roles of puerarin on B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) phosphorylation at different sites in osteoblast precursors were observed. The effect of puerarin on the interaction between Bcl-2 and autophagy regulatory molecule or pro-apoptotic molecule was also investigated using Co-immunoprecipitation assays. In addition, the effect of puerarin on mitochondrial membrane potential of osteoblast precursors was also identified by mitochondrial membrane potential fluorescence probe assays.
Results: Our results showed that puerarin can promote the autophagic activity and apoptosis level of MC3T3-E1 cells. In addition, puerarin promoted Bcl-2 phosphorylation at Ser70 site, and the dissociation of Bcl-2-Beclin1 complex. Moreover, puerarin could enhance the binding of Bcl-2-Bcl-2-Associated X (Bax) complex in MC3T3-E1 cells. Furthermore, puerarin increased the mitochondrial membrane potential of MC3T3-E1 cells.
Conclusions: Therefore, puerarin promotes Beclin1 into autophagy flux through Bcl-2 phosphorylation at Ser70, thereby enhancing autophagy of osteoblast precursors, which mediates its anti-apoptotic role during osteoblastogenesis. Furthermore, the dissociation of Bcl-2-Beclin1 complex is conducive to the binding of Bcl-2-Bax complex, which resists the apoptosis of osteoblast precursors

Abstract Visual question answering (VQA) has experienced tremendous progress in recent years. However, most efforts have only focused on 2D image question-answering tasks. In this article, we extend VQA to its 3D counterpart, 3D question answering (3DQA), which can facilitate a machine's perception of 3D real-world scenarios. Unlike 2D image VQA, 3DQA takes the color point cloud as input and requires both appearance and 3D geometrical comprehension to answer the 3D-related questions. To this end, we propose a novel transformer-based 3DQA framework "3DQA-TR", which consists of two encoders to exploit the appearance and geometry information, respectively. Finally, the multi-modal information about the appearance, geometry, and linguistic question can attend to each other via a 3D-linguistic Bert to predict the target answers. To verify the effectiveness of our proposed 3DQA framework, we further develop the first 3DQA dataset "ScanQA", which builds on the ScanNet dataset and contains over 10 K question-answer pairs for 806 scenes. To the best of our knowledge, ScanQA is the first large-scale dataset with natural-language questions and free-form answers in 3D environments that is fully human-annotated. We also use several visualizations and experiments to investigate the astonishing diversity of the collected questions and the significant differences between this task from 2D VQA and 3D captioning. Extensive experiments on this dataset demonstrate the obvious superiority of our proposed 3DQA framework over state-of-the-art VQA frameworks and the effectiveness of our major designs. Our code and dataset will be made publicly available to facilitate research in this direction. The code and data are available at http://shuquanye.com/3DQA_website/.

Abstract In this study, the effects of phosphate buffered saline (PBS) and graphene oxide (GO) as supporting electrolytes and dopants on the electropolymerization process of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) were investigated. It was found that the PEDOT-ERGO nanocomposites obtained by a simple one-step electrochemical redox polymerization method using GO as the only supporting electrolyte and dopant possess excellent electrochemical properties. Then, the PEDOT-ERGO nanocomposites were used as electrode substrate to further modify with AuNPs, and an electrochemical aptasensor based on AuNPs/PEDOT-ERGO nanocomposites was successfully constructed for the sensitive and selective determination of dopamine (DA). Comparison of the cyclic voltammetric response of different neurotransmitters before and after aptamer assembly showed that the aptamer significantly improved the selectivity of the sensor for DA. The low detection limit of 1.0 μM (S/N = 3) indicated the good electrochemical performance of the PEDOT-ERGO nanocomposite film. Moreover, the aptasensor showed good recoveries in 50-fold diluted fetal bovine serum with RSD values all less than 5 % (n = 5), indicating that the PEDOT-ERGO nanocomposites and the electrochemical aptasensor have promising applications in other neurochemicals assay and biomedical analysis.

Abstract Background: Anaplastic ependymoma and H3K27M-mutant diffuse midline glioma are two common subtypes of brain tumors with poor long-term prognosis. The present study analyzed and compared the differences in cell types between two tumors by single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology.
Methods: ScRNA-seq was performed to profile cells from cancer tissue from anaplastic ependymoma patient and H3K27M-mutant diffuse midline glioma patient. Cell clustering, marker gene identification, cell type annotation, copy number variation analysis and function analysis of differentially expressed genes were then performed.
Results: A total of 11,219 cells were obtained from anaplastic ependymoma and H3K27M mutant diffuse midline glioma, and these cells categorized into 12 distinct clusters. Each cell cluster could be characterized with specific cell markers to indicate cellular heterogeneity. Five cell types were annotated in each sample, including astrocyte, oligodendrocytes, microglial cell, neural progenitor cell and immune cell. The cluster types and proportion of cell types were not consistent between the two brain tumors. Functional analyses suggest that these cell clusters are involved in tumor-associated pathways, with slight differences in the cells of origin between the two tumors. In addition, cell communication analysis showed that the NRG3-ERBB4 pair is a key Ligand-receptor pair for anaplastic ependymoma, while in H3K27M-mutant diffuse midline glioma it is the PTN-PTPRZ1 pair that establishes contact with other cells.
Conclusion: There was intratumor heterogeneity in anaplastic ependymoma and H3K27M mutant diffuse midline glioma, and that the subtype differences may be due to differences in the origin of the cells.

Abstract The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) is the power source maintaining the stable and efficient operation of various pieces of equipment; hence, its reliability is crucial to the safety of public equipment. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models face challenges in extracting features from PMSM current data. A new Discrete Wavelet Transform Convolutional Neural Networks (DW-CNN) feature with fusion weight updating Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) anomaly detection is proposed in this paper. This approach combines Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) with high and low-frequency separation processing and LSTM. The anomaly detection method adopts DWT and CNN by separating high and low-frequency processing. Moreover, this method combines the hybrid attention mechanism to extract the multi-current signal features and detects anomalies based on weight updating the LSTM network. Experiments on the motor bearing real fault dataset and the PMSM stator fault dataset prove the method's strong capability in fusing current features and detecting anomalies.
