Abstract Background: Treating complex middle cerebral artery (MCA) trifurcation aneurysms requires a delicate balance between achieving aneurysm obliteration and preserving vascular integrity. Various cerebral revascularization techniques, including bypass, and clip reconstruction are considered individually or in combination.
Methods: This case report outlines a successful repair of a ruptured neck and base of MCA trifurcation aneurysm using a suturing-clip reconstruction technique. Temporary aneurysm trapping was implemented, with maintained elevated blood pressure to ensure collateral perfusion during repair of ruptured base and neck of MCA aneurysm.
Conclusion: The suturing-clip reconstruction exhibited long-term radiological stability, emerging as a valuable alternative for managing challenging MCA trifurcation aneurysms.

Abstract According to recent research, bacterial imbalance in the gut microbiota and breast tissue may be linked to breast cancer. It has been discovered that alterations in the makeup and function of different types of bacteria found in the breast and gut may contribute to growth and advancement of breast cancer in several ways. The main role of gut microbiota is to control the metabolism of steroid hormones, such as estrogen, which are important in raising the risk of breast cancer, especially in women going through menopause. On the other hand, because the microbiota can influence mucosal and systemic immune responses, they are linked to the mutual interactions between cancer cells and their local environment in the breast and the gut. In this regard, the current review thoroughly explains the mode of action of probiotics and microbiota to eradicate the malignancy. Furthermore, immunomodulation by microbiota and probiotics is described with pathways of their activity.

Abstract The genomic screening of hyper-thermophilic Pyrococcus abyssi showed uncharacterized novel α-amylase sequences. Homology modelling analysis revealed that the α-amylase from P. abyssi consists of an N-terminal GH57 catalytic domain, α-amylase central, and C-terminal domain. Current studies emphasize in-silico structural and functional analysis, recombinant expression, characterization, structural studies through CD spectroscopy, and ligand binding studies of the novel α-amylase from P. abyssi. The soluble expression of PaAFG was observed in the E. coli Rosetta™ (DE3) pLysS strain upon incubation overnight at 18 °C in an orbital shaker. The optimum temperature and pH of the PaAFG were observed at 90 °C in 50 mM phosphate buffer pH 6. The K
