Abstract Digital music has become a hot spot with the rapid development of network technology and digital audio technology. The general public is increasingly interested in music similarity detection (MSD). Similarity detection is mainly for music style classification. The core MSD process is to first extract music features, then implement training modeling, and finally input music features into the model for detection. Deep learning (DL) is a relatively new feature extraction technology to improve the extraction efficiency of music features. This paper first introduces the convolutional neural network (CNN) of DL algorithms and MSD. Then, an MSD algorithm is constructed based on CNN. Besides, the Harmony and Percussive Source Separation (HPSS) algorithm separates the original music signal spectrogram and decomposes it into two components: time characteristic harmonics and frequency characteristic shocks. These two elements are input to the CNN together with the data in the original spectrogram for processing. In addition, the training-related hyperparameters are adjusted, and the dataset is expanded to explore the influence of different parameters in the network structure on the music detection rate. Experiments on the GTZAN Genre Collection music dataset show that this method can effectively improve MSD using a single feature. The final detection result is 75.6%, indicating the superiority of this method compared with other classical detection methods.

Abstract Background: Neither improvements in surgical techniques and methods nor advances in radiotherapy equipment and techniques have significantly improved cervical cancer survival rates for quite some time.
Aim: By comparing the effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer, this study aimed to explore effective treatment methods for locally advanced cervical cancer, and provide a theoretical basis to guide clinical practice.
Methods: A search of PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science and Cochrane databases was undertaken to identify randomized controlled trials on the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer, where the intervention in the experimental group was neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the studies were evaluated for quality according to the Cochrane Quality Rating Scale. Baseline information, intervention information and outcome indicators of the included studies were extracted. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4.
Results: Significant differences in overall survival [relative risk (RR) 1.63, 95 % confidence interval (CI) 0.69-2.57; p = 0.0007] and complete remission rate (RR 0.37, 95 % CI -0.49 to 1.23; p = 0.041) were found between the two groups. Heterogeneity of the objective response rate showed p < 0.0001 and I
Conclusions: The use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer improved the objective response rate and the complete remission rate of patients, but failed to improve overall survival and adverse effects.

Abstract The global e-commerce market is expanding rapidly as the big data era advances and the e-commerce industry thrives. This paper aims to discuss the application of computer security technology in constructing an e-commerce platform business model. The research aims to find effective security technology solutions to strengthen the security of e-commerce platforms, protect user information and rights, and enhance the sustainable development of business models. Big Data-assisted E-Commerce Business Model (BD-ECBM) construction is discussed to overcome the e-commerce platform issues and positively impact marketing strategy decision-makers by raising their level of awareness. The business decision-making process is a series of steps that help businesses overcome obstacles by collecting relevant data, analyzing all relevant alternatives, and settling on a course of action. Big data analytics can improve business management with data fusion technology in many ways. The system's framework of the information service layer, the application-level layer, and the client session layer was developed using the Business model paradigm for accounting for e-past, commerce's capabilities of the platform, and an analysis of supply and demand. It can monitor its rivals in near real-time, adjusting prices, offering more attractive deals, and analyzing negative customer comments to see if it can outperform its rivals. The trial results demonstrate the effectiveness of this method of making marketing decisions and formulating a strategy. Hence, the BD-ECBM technique improves customers' overall satisfaction and experience with the brand while raising the latter's profile.

Abstract Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent programmed cell death modality, which has showed great potential in anticancer treatment. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is widely used in clinic as an anticancer therapy. PDT combined with ferroptosis-promoting therapy has been found to be a promising strategy to improve anti-cancer therapy efficacy. Fenton reaction in ferroptosis can provide oxygen for PDT, and PDT can produce reactive oxygen species for Fenton reaction to enhance ferroptosis. In this review, we briefly present the importance of ferroptosis in anticancer treatment, mechanism of ferroptosis, researches on PDT induced ferroptosis, and the mechanism of the synergistic effect of PDT and ferroptosis on cancer killing.
