Abstract Purpose: Successful aging at work is a new idea for enterprises to develop and utilize older employees under the background of population aging. However, there is a lack of research on the effect of family-work conflict on successful aging at work. This study explored how family-work conflict affective successful aging at work through the mediating roles of occupational future time perspective and the moderating role of flexible work arrangements perception.
Methods: In study 1 (scenario-based experiment, N=107) recruited full-time employees working through the Credamo platform as experimental subjects, tested the causal relationship between family-work conflict and successful aging at work. In study 2 (questionnaire survey, N=349), questionnaires were distributed to large manufacturing enterprises in North China, and a two-wave time-lagged survey design was used to test the full model.
Results: The results show that family-work conflict has a negative impact on successful aging at work; occupational future time perspective plays a mediating role in the relationship between family-work conflict and successful aging at work; flexible work arrangements perception moderated the mediating path via occupational future time perspective, and the indirect effect of occupational future time perspective decreased when flexible work arrangements perception increased.
Discussion: This study enriches the research on the relationship between family-work conflict and successful aging at work in theory, and has important guiding significance for enterprises to build an inclusive and aging human resource management system in practice.

Abstract Purpose: Expressing opinions and ideas in the workplace is an important aspect of organizational development and employee well-being. However, employee voice intention, which refers to an employee's willingness to share their opinions or ideas, is an area that has received limited attention in research. Therefore, the aim of this study was to develop and validate a reliable measurement tool for employee voice intention.
Methods: The study followed a three-stage process. First, in-depth interviews were conducted with managers and employees from Chinese companies, resulting in 38 qualitative data points. Second, the employee voice intention scale was developed and validated through two surveys. Exploratory factor analysis (N=264) and confirmatory factor analysis (N=260) were performed, respectively. Third, the predictive validity of the scale was assessed by collecting 366 valid responses across three rounds of questionnaires, using voice efficacy and employee voice behavior as correlational calibration criteria.
Results: The study employed grounded theory methodology to analyze the qualitative data collected, resulting in the development of a robust conceptual framework of employee voice intention. This framework is composed of two dimensions: perceived desirability and perceived feasibility, which together capture the key factors that influence whether an employee will express their opinions or ideas within an organizational context. A corresponding measurement scale was developed, consisting of nine measurement items that underwent rigorous testing to ensure their reliability and validity. Furthermore, the results of the empirical study showed that employee voice intention mediated the positive effect of voice efficacy on voice behavior, supporting the scale's predictive validity.
Conclusion: This study provides valuable insights into the dimensions of employee voice intention and contributes significantly to the existing literature on this topic by introducing a reliable and valid measurement tool. Furthermore, it advances our understanding of the underlying dimensions associated with this construct.

Abstract Existing research mainly analyzes the antecedents of successful aging at work from the perspective of the work field, ignoring that in the Chinese context of "familism," the two fields of family and work permeate each other and may have an impact on successful aging at work. Thus, through a multi-time data collection approach, we obtained a sample of 338 older Chinese employees to examine the impact of work-family enrichment on successful aging at work, the mediating role of occupational future time perspective, and the moderating role of age-inclusive human resource practice. Results indicate that work-to-family enrichment was positively associated with successful aging at work through the mediation of occupational future time perspective. Family-to-work enrichment was positively associated with successful aging at work through the mediation of occupational future time perspective. In addition, age-inclusive human resource practice amplified the positive effects of work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment on occupational future time perspective. This is an exploration of successful aging at work in the Chinese context, broadening the theoretical research on successful aging at work and providing new ideas for managers on motivating older employees to achieve successful aging at work.

Abstract In this paper, a simultaneous phase-shifting point-diffraction interferometer (SPS-PDI)  at 632.8 nm is designed with the assistance of an off-axis parabolic mirror (OAPM), through which the dynamic wavefront with 400 mm aperture can be detected. In the system, a polarization point-diffraction plate (P-PDP) is developed to modulate the polarization states of the reference light and the test light through a simultaneous phase-shifting system based on a chessboard phase grating and a retarder array, and four phase-shifting interferograms can be acquired to realize dynamic detection. Furthermore, the circular carrier squeezing interferometry (CCSI) is proposed to suppress the phase errors generated by position mismatch, intensity distortion, and phase-shift error. The detection result of the SPS-PDI is consistent with the 4D PhaseCam6000 dynamic interferometer. The difference of the peak-to-valley (PV) and root-mean-square (RMS) values are only 0.04λ and 0.008λ. Additionally, the capacity to detect dynamic wavefront is good.

Abstract Noncompressible hemorrhage caused by gunshots and sharp objects leads to higher trauma mortality, and cryogels have great potential in controlling noncompressible hemorrhage applications owing to their shape-memory properties. However, the use of non-toxic crosslinkers to prepare cryogels for noncompressible hemorrhage remains a challenge. In this study, a series of cryogels were prepared using oxidized dextran (ODex) as a biocompatible crosslinker, combined with the good hemostatic properties of chitosan (CS) and human-like collagen (HLC), and polydopamine nanoparticles (PDA-NPs) were also introduced to strengthen the shape recovery speed of the cryogels and further enhance their hemostatic performance. The CS/HLC/ODex/PDA-NPs (CHOP) cryogels presented a highly interconnected macroporous structure, powerful water/blood absorption capacity, robust mechanical performance, and rapid water/blood-triggered shape recovery. In vitro coagulation and coagulation mechanism tests showed that CHOP exhibited strong procoagulant ability, high adhesion to blood cells and fibrinogen, and the capacity to activate platelets and intrinsic pathways. In vivo hemostatic tests indicated that CHOP could effectively shorten the bleeding time and reduce the bleeding volume of liver incision bleeding and liver noncompressible hemorrhage. Meanwhile, CHOP exhibited good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and could promote wound healing. These results suggest that CHOP cryogels will be a promising hemostatic dressing.

Abstract In the year 2020, the cumulative production and sales of new energy vehicles in China have reached 1.366, and 1.367 million units, which have increased by 7.5% and 10.9% over the previous year. To solve the problem of used batteries, the power battery echelon use system has been proposed. This paper constructs a three-party game supply chain model for one battery manufacturer, one car manufacturer, and one third-party recycler to analyze the impact of the external environment on the supply chain and to a new coordination contract. The research results show that: the retail price of the high-capacity used battery always changes in the same direction as the retail price of the low-capacity used battery. The profit of the battery manufacturer and third-party recycler in the decentralized decision-making model is affected by the retail price of the low-capacity used battery, but the car manufacturers are not affected by it. With the increase in the retail price of the low-capacity used battery, the profits of the third-party recycler will be greater than that of the car manufacturer. The use of profit transfer contracts and the cost-sharing contract can coordinate the supply chain and increase the demand for automobiles and the actual recycling volume. Interestingly, for the third-party recycler, the smaller the cost-shared, the more additional benefits it will get. The actual recycling volume is mainly affected by the market environment.
