Abstract In ocean remote sensing missions, recognizing an underwater acoustic target is a crucial technology for conducting marine biological surveys, ocean explorations, and other scientific activities that take place in water. The complex acoustic propagation characteristics present significant challenges for the recognition of underwater acoustic targets (UATR). Methods such as extracting the DEMON spectrum of a signal and inputting it into an artificial neural network for recognition, and fusing the multidimensional features of a signal for recognition, have been proposed. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of noise immunity, improved computational performance, and reduced reliance on specialized knowledge. In this article, we propose the Residual Attentional Convolutional Neural Network (RACNN), a convolutional neural network that quickly and accurately recognize the type of ship-radiated noise. This network is capable of extracting internal features of Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) of the underwater ship-radiated noise. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves an overall accuracy of 99.34% on the ShipsEar dataset, surpassing conventional recognition methods and other deep learning models.

Abstract Background: The Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) holds relevance in cancer immunotherapy outcomes, yet its validation remains limited. Thus, we conducted an umbrella review to comprehensively assess the association between pretreatment NLR and immunotherapy outcomes, along with evaluating their credibility and strength.
Methods: Electronic databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Scopus, and Cochrane, were systematically searched for eligible systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Quality assessment and evidence grading utilized AMSTAR, GRADE, and additional classification criteria, following PRISMA and PRIOR guidelines.
Results: Thirty unique meta-analyses were included, with 24 associations (80%) exhibiting statistical significance. Notably, associations between pretreatment NLR and the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, melanoma, and non-small cell lung cancer garnered highly suggestive or convincing evidence grading.
Conclusions: Elevated pretreatment NLR correlates with poor outcomes in cancer immunotherapy, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for identifying appropriate treatment populations and predicting clinical outcomes. Nevertheless, further validation through prospective cohort studies is warranted.

Abstract Pararorine A, a new isoindolinone alkaloid was isolated from Paramyrothecium roridum, an endophytic fungus from the medicinal plant Gynochthodes officinalis (F.C. How) Razafim. & B. Bremer. The structure of this compound was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic (UV, IR, MS, and NMR) analyses. In addition, the antitumor activity of pararorine A was evaluated against SF-268, MCF-7, HepG2, and A549 tumor cell lines. The results revealed that pararorine A exhibited potent antitumor activities with the IC
