Abstract Introduction: Patients with relapsed/refractory (r/r) acute T-lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) have a poor prognosis. We developed donor CD7 chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells to salvage r/r T-ALL patients and obtained encouraging results. Patients who had not received allogeneic (allo-) hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) before CAR-T therapy would develop pancytopenia and immunodeficiency for a long period after CD7 CAR-T therapy; therefore, allo-HSCT is needed in these patients. Here, we report two pediatric r/r T-ALL patients who received donor CD7 CAR-T bridging to allo-HSCT with leukemia-free survival (LFS) and sustained negative minimal residual disease for >2 years.
Case presentation: Patient 1 was a 10-year-old boy who visited our hospital because of a T-ALL relapse with multiple lymphadenopathies without discomfort. The patient did not achieve remission after one course of induction chemotherapy. The patient then received donor (his father) CD7 CAR-T cells and achieved complete remission (CR). Thirty days after the first CAR-T cell infusion, he received allo-HSCT, and his father was also the donor. His LFS was >3 years. Patient 2 was an 8-year-old boy who was admitted to our hospital with relapsed T-ALL with fever, cough, and mild dyspnea. He did not achieve remission after one course of induction chemotherapy; therefore, he received donor (his father) CD7 CAR-T cells and achieved CR. Twenty-six days after CAR-T cell infusion, the patient received allo-HSCT, with his father as the donor. He has survived for >2 years free of leukemia. At the last follow up, both patients were alive and presented a good quality of life.
Conclusion: The long-term survival of these two patients supports the use of CD7 CAR-T therapy bridging to allo-HSCT as an effective and safe treatment with the capacity to make r/r T-ALL a curable disease, similar to r/r acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia.

Abstract Background: Due to various factors such as the increasing aging of the population and the upgrading of people's health consumption needs, the demand group for rehabilitation medical care is expanding. Currently, China's rehabilitation medical care encounters several challenges, such as inadequate awareness and a scarcity of skilled professionals. Enhancing public awareness about rehabilitation and improving the quality of rehabilitation services are particularly crucial. Named entity recognition is an essential first step in information processing as it enables the automated extraction of rehabilitation medical entities. These entities play a crucial role in subsequent tasks, including information decision systems and the construction of medical knowledge graphs.
Methods: In order to accomplish this objective, we construct the BERT-Span model to complete the Chinese rehabilitation medicine named entity recognition task. First, we collect rehabilitation information from multiple sources to build a
Result: Compared to existing baseline models, our model achieved the highest F1 value for the named entity recognition task in the rehabilitation medicine
Conclusion: The BERT-Span model can effectively identify and extract entity knowledge in the field of rehabilitation medicine in China, which supports the construction of the knowledge graph of rehabilitation medicine and the development of the decision-making system of rehabilitation medicine.

Abstract The genus Urumaelmis Sat, 1963 is recorded for the first time from China. A new species, Urumaelmis yunnanensis sp. nov. is described from Yunnan, China. The new species can be distinguished from U. uenoi uenoi (Nomura, 1961) and U. u. tokarana (Sat, 1963) by its larger body size, and by the carina on elytral interval VI which extends nearly from base to apex; and from U. flammea Nakajima Kamite, 2020 also by its black body color, the median groove of pronotum not reaching the base, pointed anterior pronotal angles, and by the absence of parameres. The habitus, and aedeagus photos, and line drawings of the male genitalia are provided.

Abstract Climate change is having a significant impact on farmers and agriculture. Rising temperatures and extreme weather events, such as droughts and floods, are causing crop failures and reducing yields. This study evaluated existing publications from 2006 to 2022, using the Web of Science database, Citespace, and the Bibliometrix package in R language for a systematic analysis. A total of 426 publications were identified, written by 1449 authors from 56 countries. The results showed that China has the highest share of publications (16.4%), followed by the United States (14.3%) and Australia (6.8%), with China and Pakistan collaborating most frequently. The keyword timeline analysis from 2006 to 2022 identified 11 clusters of research topics related to farmers’ climate change risk (CCRF). Cluster #1, “water conservation measures,” had the longest duration, highlighting its significance. Key areas of CCRF research include the vulnerability of land-lost farmers, farmers’ use of meteorological information, sources of risk, barriers to implementing conservation agriculture, farmers’ attitudes towards heavy metal pollution, and the use of protection motivation theory in agricultural adaptation. In conclusion, climate change poses significant threats to farmers, impacting crop yields, soil fertility, and water availability. Farmers adopt adaptation strategies, but effectiveness varies due to resource limitations and policy gaps. The research on farmer adaptation to climate change is growing, emphasizing the need for supportive policies, resources, and knowledge-sharing to achieve sustainable agriculture and food security.

Abstract Aim: Taylor spatial frame (TSF) is a kind of six-axis external fixator based on Stewart platform, which is widely used in the fields of trauma orthopaedics and orthopaedic reconstruction.
Purpose: To reduce the irregular movement of TSF's moving platform during orthopaedic process and decrease the risk of complications caused by collision between bone and surrounding tissue.
Method: We combine the kinematics solutions with the multi-objective genetic algorithm and ant colony optimization to get the optimal solution for adjustment of strut length and order. We conduct simulation and physical experiment of orthodontic process respectively to prove the effectiveness of our method.
Result: After optimization, the average offset during a single adjustment is less than 1 mm, and the offset during the whole orthopaedic process is reduced by about 38.8%.
Conclusion: It demonstrates that our method can effectively reduce the offset of moving platform while ensuring orthopaedic accuracy.
