Abstract Temporal modeling is a key problem in action recognition, and it remains difficult to accurately model temporal information of videos. In this paper, we present a local spatiotemporal extraction module (LSTE) and a channel time excitation module (CTE), which are specially designed to accurately model temporal information in video sequences. The LSTE module first obtains difference features by computing the pixel-wise differences between adjacent frames within each video segment and then obtains local motion features by stressing the effect of the feature channels sensitive to difference information. The local motion features are merged with the spatial features to represent local spatiotemporal features of each segment. The CTE module adaptively excites time-sensitive channels by modeling the interdependencies of channels in terms of time to enhance the global temporal information. Further, the above two modules are embedded into the existing 2DCNN baseline methods to build an action recognition network based on local spatiotemporal features and global temporal excitation (LSCT). We conduct experiments on the temporal-dependent Something-Something V1 and V2 datasets. We compare the recognition results with those obtained by the current methods, which proves the effectiveness of our methods.

Abstract Abstract Blockchain technology is increasingly being used in personal data protection. Inspired by the importance of data security, this paper proposes a personal data protection mechanism based on blockchain, combined with distributed hash tables and cryptography, to enhance users' control over the data generated using web applications. This paper designs this mechanism's system model and describes the three aspects in detail: data storage mechanism, data encryption mechanism, and data trading mechanism. Among them, the data storage mechanism restricts user data to be stored only in the local storage space of the user terminal, the decentralized blockchain network, and the distributed hash table network to ensure that enterprises providing network applications cannot privately store user interaction data, the encryption mechanism is responsible for encrypting all user data recorded in the network and allows users to control the key of the data to ensure the security of the user data in the blockchain and distributed hash tables, the data transaction mechanism allows users to trade their data, and to incentivize enterprises to assist users in collecting personal data, data transaction contracts are built into the data transaction mechanism, allowing enterprises to receive a share of the revenue from user data transactions. Then, for data transactions, use the Stackelberg game to simulate the revenue sharing between users and service providers in data trading to incentivize enterprises providing web services to assist users in collecting their data. The simulation results show that when the number of users is 1000, the revenues of this scheme for service providers are 31%, 561%, and 19% higher than the existing scheme. Finally, the personal data protection platform is implemented by code to verify the feasibility of the theory proposed in this paper in personal data protection.

Abstract Background: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which includes ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD), is a chronic, progressive, and recurrent intestinal condition that poses a significant global health burden. The high prevalence of neuropsychiatric comorbidities in IBD necessitates the development of targeted management strategies.
Methods: Leveraging genetic data from genome-wide association studies and Immunochip genotype analyses of nearly 150,000 individuals, we conducted a two-sample Mendelian randomization study to elucidate the driving force of IBD, UC, and CD on cortical reshaping. Genetic variants mediating the causality were collected to disclose the biological pathways linking intestinal inflammation to brain dysfunction.
Results: Here, 115, 69, and 98 instrumental variables genetically predicted IBD, UC, and CD. We found that CD significantly decreased the surface area of the temporal pole gyrus (β = -0.946 mm
Conclusion: We explore the causality between intestinal inflammation and altered cortical morphology. It is likely that neuroinflammation-induced damage, impaired neurological function, and persistent nociceptive input lead to morphological changes in the cerebral cortex, which may trigger neuropsychiatric disorders.

Abstract Breast cancer has an extremely high incidence in women, and its morbidity and mortality rank first among female tumors. With the increasing development of molecular biology and genomics, molecular targeted therapy has become one of the most active areas in breast cancer treatment research and has also achieved remarkable achievements. However, molecular targeted therapy is mainly aimed at HER2-positive breast cancer and has not yet achieved satisfactory curative effect on HER2-negative breast cancer. This article describes the potential targets that may be used for breast cancer treatment from the aspects of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, DDR, angiogenesis, the cell cycle, breast cancer stem cells,

Abstract Primary pulmonary lymphoma (PPL) is a rare neoplasm. We report a case of 45-year-old men who was admitted to hospital for multiple nodules and masses in both lungs. The contrast enhanced chest CT scans revealed multiple nodules and masses of varying sizes in right upper and middle lobes and both lower lobes. CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy was performed. The diagnosis of PPL was confirmed by histopathological examination and Immunohistochemical staining. PPL should be included in the differential diagnoses in symptomless patients with multiple pulmonary nodules and masses.
