Title translation	Prevalencia y correlatos de ideación suicida pasiva y activa en ingresantes de posgrado.
Abstract	Objective: to identify the prevalence and factors associated with passive and active suicidal ideation throughout life among students entering graduate courses. Method: an analytical and cross-sectional study with a sample comprised of 321 students entering graduate courses. Multiple descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were performed. Results: the multivariate analyses indicated that passive and active suicidal ideation were similarly more prevalent among female students belonging to minority sexual orientations who engaged in daily physical activity ≤ 30 minutes/day and were victims of psychological violence in the past 12 months. Alcohol abuse, family relationships not impaired due to the demands imposed by stricto sensu graduate studies and low self-esteem were only associated with passive suicidal ideation. In turn, recent marijuana use in the last 30 days, poor interpersonal relationships with academic peers, and engagement in professional activities concomitantly with the demands imposed by graduate studies were only associated with active suicidal ideation. Conclusion: high prevalence of lifetime passive and active suicidal ideation was identified among graduate students, and similarities and differences were verified between some associated factors for both outcomes.

Abstract	Objective: to analyze a process of Permanent Education in Health about mental health with Family Health teams. Method: research-intervention performed with 20 workers from two teams of the Family Health Strategies. Semi-structured interviews and 12 reflection meetings were carried out with each team. The principles of Institutional Socio-clinic were used to guide the meetings and the analysis of the data. Results: seven beaconing tips were identified for the Process of Permanent Education in Health: effects produced from the choices of inclusion of the management in the planning of the meetings, revealing established ways of working; attention to non-control in training movements; use of restitution at meetings, reducing stiffness and tensions; attention to the institutions that cross us; analysis of the facilitator's involvement in the training, redirecting behaviors and attitudes; problematization about the object, instrument and purpose, which favored the reflection about the mental health care and to learn to facilitate and experience the Permanent Education in Health in the act of making. Conclusions: socio-clinic assisted the experience of facilitating in-service training, pointing out tips for the collective construction of contextualized, reflexive and problematizing knowledge.

Abstract	Objective: to understand how the contradictions and tensions of neoliberal policy, materialized in precarious work, affect nursing workers' mental health in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: this is a study with a qualitative and descriptive approach, analyzed in the light of neoliberal economic policy. Data were collected through virtual means, with the participation of 719 nursing workers, from April to June 2020. To organize the data, the IRaMuTeQ® software and thematic analysis were used. Results: the reports revealed the lack of value of workers and the loss of social labor rights; the progressive nature of the neoliberal policy, its threats and repercussions on workers' mental health; and recognition by female workers that political and class participation does not occur in isolation, but collectively. Conclusion: under the aegis of neoliberal policy, the COVID-19 pandemic brought an upsurge precarious work, influencing nursing workers' subjectivity and mental health.

Abstract	Objective: This study sought to identify and analyze the psychopathological symptoms of schoolchildren from a state in the Brazilian Amazon region. Methods: This is a convergent parallel mixed study conducted with school-age children (6 to 12 years) from Amapá, located in the Brazilian Amazon region. For data collection, the Psychopathological Symptom Identification Scale was used with schoolchildren in addition to individual interviews. Results: Most children had few psychopathological symptoms, and 12.65% required referral to a specialist. The symptoms were positively and significantly related to age and negatively and significantly related to the frequency of physical exercise. Participants who had relatives with mental disorders and who used psychoactive substances had significantly more symptoms. Some symptoms related to anxiety, mood, social behavior, attention and eating patterns had an average of answers that was higher than expected (1.5), which, in the children's discourses, were likely related to family situations such as poverty, violence, illness, abandonment, and social pressure due to aesthetic standards. Conclusion: Psychopathological symptoms such as anxiety, mood, social behaviors, and eating patterns were the most frequent among the students investigated, suggesting a relationship between these symptoms and the greater social vulnerability to which these children are exposed. Practice implications: This study supports the promotion of a social practice based on the use of observational power for the transformation of reality, with pediatric nurses, primary care providers and health and education systems as important agents of social change through actions designed to promote mental health in schools, families and society.

Abstract	O estudo objetivou analisar as contribuições do Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde – PET-Saúde/Redes de Atenção Psicossocial à Saúde - a uma unidade de Estratégia de Saúde da Família em Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brasil. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, utilizando entrevista com cinco profissionais de saúde e dois acadêmicos bolsistas e registros de atividades realizadas no serviço. À luz da análise de conteúdo temática, sistematizamos quatro subtemas: “articulação da rede”; “qualificação da assistência à saúde mental”, “melhora do conhecimento dos profissionais” e “superação de estigmas sobre o paciente em sofrimento psíquico”. Houve sensibilização dos profissionais e bolsistas sobre a importância do acompanhamento das pessoas com sofrimento mental na atenção básica, em articulação com serviços de saúde mental.

Abstract	Objetivo: Descrever as experiências e repercussões das ações do grupo temático de Saúde Mental do Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde (PET-Saúde) Interprofissionalidade da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso para a formação e trabalho interprofissional. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato das experiências do Grupo Temático de Saúde Mental do PET-Saúde Interprofissionalidade sobre as ações de ensino, pesquisa e extensão realizadas no município de Cuiabá-MT. As ações foram pautadas na pedagogia da autonomia e realizadas a partir do Arco de Maguerez e Árvore da problematização em cinco etapas: Observação da realidade; Identificação dos pontos-chaves; Teorização; Levantamento de hipóteses de solução; e Aplicação à realidade. Para fortalecer a construção da segunda etapa do Arco foi utilizada a Árvore da Problematização. Resultados: A Árvore da Problematização identificou a falta de interprofissionalidade na formação e no serviço; e a desarticulação da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial como as principais demandas. Para tanto, foi realizada pesquisa-intervenção com os profissionais da saúde sobre interprofissionalidade, discussão sobre a Reforma Psiquiátrica com alunos, realização de oficinas e cursos sobre a Rede junto à comunidade e profissionais, e atividades de promoção de saúde mental aos alunos, comunidade e profissionais. Considerações finais: Portanto, o PET- Saúde apresentou-se como instrumento para o fortalecimento e integração dos eixos ensino-serviço-comunidade, e proporcionou o desenvolvimento da educação interprofissional, de práticas colaborativas e do cuidado em saúde mental.

Abstract	O objetivo desse artigo é relatar a experiência de acadêmicos, profissionais da saúde e docentes na construção de um Projeto Terapêutico Singular com uma pessoa em sofrimento mental, no contexto da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Trata-se de um relato de experiência do processo de construção de um Projeto Terapêutico Singular utilizando o referencial da atenção psicossocial e da reabilitação psicossocial, com a participação da usuária e sua família, discentes de medicina e enfermagem, docentes, equipe da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF), e da equipe do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial do território da usuária. O Projeto Terapêutico Singular considerou as singularidades e o contexto social da usuária, gerando a integração dos serviços da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial, e um cuidado colaborativo, dialogado e psicossocial. Portanto, o Projeto Terapêutico Singular permitiu o cuidado e reabilitação psicossocial de uma usuária com sofrimento mental e o fortalecimento do trabalho interprofissional em um serviço da atenção primária.

Abstract	As condições de trabalho das equipes dos CAPS incidem na realização da atenção psicossocial, que pressupõe territorialidade, responsabilidade e vínculo terapêutico. Objetivo: caracterizamos as equipes e analisamos alguns condicionantes organizacionais e psicossociais para o desenvolvimento do trabalho nos CAPS I de dois municípios de Mato Grosso. Foi realizado um estudo descritivo e qualitativo em 2008, por meio de observação e entrevistas com 46 sujeitos (trabalhadores, gestores e usuários/familiares). A análise considerou a historicidade dos fenômenos sociais e o trabalho como categoria analítica. Os dados apontaram descontentamento dos trabalhadores e dos usuários relativo às condições de trabalho e atendimento, respectivamente. Entre os 18 profissionais de nível superior, quatro se especializaram ou estavam realizando especialização na área de saúde mental. Concluímos que neste contexto há pouca possibilidade de o trabalhador se perceber sujeito de seu trabalho e, consequentemente, ampliar a autonomia e reinserção social do usuário. Las condiciones de trabajo de los equipos del CAPS se centran en la aplicación de la atención psicosocial, que implica territorialidad, responsabilidad y vinculo terapéutico . Objetivo: Caracterizar y analizar algunas condiciones organizativas y psicosociales del equipo para el desarrollo de los trabajos en los CAPS I de dos municipios en Mato Grosso. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo y cualitativo en 2008 a través de la observación y entrevistas con 46 sujetos (empleados, gestores y usuarios / familiares). El análisis determinó la historicidad de los fenómenos sociales y el trabajo como categoría analítica. Los datos revelaron la insatisfacción de los trabajadores y los usuarios sobre las condiciones de trabajo y atención, respectivamente. Entre los dieciocho profesionales de nivel superior, cuatro se especializaron o estaban haciendo una especialización en la área de la salud mental. Llegamos a la conclusión de que, en este contexto, hay poca posibilidad de que el trabajador se perciba como sujeto de su trabajo y, consecuentemente, pueda ampliar la autonomía y la reinserción social del usuario. The work conditions of the CAPS teams are related to the psychosocial attention, which presupposes territoriality, responsibility and a therapeutic link. Objective: We characterized the teams and analyzed some organizational and psycho-social conditionals for the development of the work at the CAPS I of two municipalities of Mato Grosso. A descriptive and qualitative study has been performed in 2008, by means of observation and interviews with 46 subjects (workers, managers and users/family members). The analysis considered the historicity of the social phenomena and the work as an analytic category. The data pointed to a discontent of the workers and the users in relation to the work and attendance conditions, respectively. Among the eighteen professionals of superior level, four were already specialized or were taking specialization courses in the area of mental health. We concluded that, within this context, there are scarce possibilities for the worker to perceive himself/herself as a subject of his/her work and, consequently, to enlarge the user's autonomy and social reinsertion.

Abstract	O Projeto Terapêutico Singular (PTS), principal instrumento de trabalho interdisciplinar dos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), possibilita a participação, reinserção e construção de autonomia para o usuário / família em sofrimento psíquico. O objetivo foi de descrever as etapas que constituíram a construção de um PTS em conjunto com usuária / família de um CAPS do município de Cuiabá-MT. Trata-se de um relato de experiência de acadêmicas do curso de Enfermagem da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso. A partir da análise das informações coletadas, elencamos os problemas, buscamos referências bibliográficas, traçamos objetivos e intervenções. A construção do PTS resultou na sensibilização da família e esclarecimentos de dúvidas acerca do sofrimento psíquico da usuária, favoreceu a elaboração em conjunto do plano de cuidados e, consequentemente, do fortalecimento de vínculo, uma vez que usuária e família estiveram presentes em todo o processo, resultando na construção de sua autonomia. Encontramos como limite o modelo médico-psiquiátrico ainda existente no trabalho do CAPS, evidenciado pela pouca participação, integração e valorização da maior parte da equipe na construção do PTS. Tivemos com potencialidade a aprendizagem adquirida pelas acadêmicas e usuária / família, evidenciando os avanços já conquistados no cuidado em saúde mental, por meio da atenção psicossocial
