Abstract A randomized, controlled clinical trial was conducted from 2022 to 2023 at a hospital specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai. A total of 564 participants were allocated into control and intervention groups in order to determine the effectiveness of Shujing Tongdu massage on patients with chronic lesions or spinal disorders. No significant differences were observed in baseline characteristics between the groups; age, gender and condition type were all distributed in a comparable manner. Following the implementation of Shujing Tongdu massage therapy twice weekly for the duration of 12 weeks, intervention group exhibited noteworthy enhancements. Significantly, rate of lesion healing achieved in the intervention group increased by 30%, while it merely improved by 10% in the control group. The intervention group exhibited decrease in pain intensity from 6.5 to 4.2, whereas control group demonstrated comparatively smaller reduction from 6.7 to 6.0. Range of motion in the intervention group increased substantially from 45 to 60 degrees, whereas it increased from 44 to 46 degrees in the control group. In the intervention group, Quality of Life scores increased from 50 to 75, exceeding the increase of 58 in the control group. There was significant rise in the Mental Well-being Index for intervention group, from 60 to 80, in contrast to rise of 64 from 62 in the control group. Statistically significant outcomes were determined, establishing the massage therapy's efficacy. Mild discomfort and muscle soreness were the most frequent adverse effects in the intervention group, whereas vertigo was more prevalent in the control group. Based on the findings of this research, Shujing Tongdu massage therapy effectively promoted wound healing and mitigated symptoms associated with spinal disorders, indicating its potential as the supplementary therapeutic modality in clinical environments.

Abstract The index weight coefficients were determined by comparing the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the criteria importance through inter-criteria correlation(CRITIC), and the AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method. The comprehensive scores of index components(echinacoside, salvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin, and ointment yield) of each group in the orthogonal test were compared to optimize the extraction process of Congrong Shujing Granules. The results showed that the AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method scientifically optimized the extraction process. To be specific, the decoction pieces should be added with the 6-fold amount of water and extracted twice, 1 h each time. After three verification tests, the average mass fractions of echinacoside, salvianolic acid B, and paeoniflorin were 0.72, 9.34, and 5.92 mg·g~(-1), respectively, and the average ointment yield was 47.18%. As verified by the AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method and the orthogonal test, the optimized extraction process of Congrong Shujing Granules was stable and feasible and could be applied to industrial production.

Abstract Deep learning is the latest trend of machine learning and artificial intelligence research. As a new field with rapid development over the past decade, it has attracted more and more researchers’ attention. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model is one of the most important classical structures in deep learning models, and its performance has been gradually improved in deep learning tasks in recent years. Convolutional neural networks have been widely used in image classification, target detection, semantic segmentation, and natural language processing because they can automatically learn the feature representation of sample data. Firstly, this paper analyzes the model structure of a typical convolutional neural network model to increase the network depth and width in order to improve its performance, analyzes the network structure that further improves the model performance by using the attention mechanism, and then summarizes and analyzes the current special model structure. In order to further improve the text language processing effect, a convolutional neural network model, Hybrid convolutional neural network (CNN), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) based on the fusion of text features and language knowledge are proposed. The text features and language knowledge are integrated into the language processing model, and the accuracy of the text language processing model is improved by parameter optimization. Experimental results on data sets show that the accuracy of the proposed model reaches 93.0%, which is better than the reference model in the literature.

Abstract The attraction of tourism resources is very important to promote the sustainable development of tourism industry. This study takes China's world cultural and natural heritage as the research object, and constructs an attractiveness evaluation system for China's world cultural and natural heritage tourism resources by collecting user feedback data from three major travel OTA platforms. At the same time, ArcGIS 10.7 software was used for spatial autocorrelation analysis and kernel density analysis to explore the spatial distribution pattern of tourism resource attraction. The results show that China's world cultural and natural heritage can be subdivided into 5 main categories and 10 sub-categories. From the perspective of spatial aggregation, only the Moran's I index of tourist resource points showing a significant spatial aggregation feature. This study is helpful to reveal the weaknesses of tourism resource points and provide reference for sustainable development of attraction and optimization of tourism planning and management.

Abstract When we complete sequential movements with different intentions, we plan our movements and adjust ahead. Such a phenomenon is called anticipatory planning for prior intentions and is known to decline with age. In daily life activities, we often need to consider and plan for multiple demands in one movement sequence. However, previous studies only considered one dimension of prior intentions, either different types of onward actions or different precisions of fit or placement. Therefore, in this study, we investigated anticipatory planning for both extrinsic (movement direction) and intrinsic (fit precision) target-related properties in a computer-based movement task and analyzed the computer cursor movement kinematics of both young and older adults. We found that older people consider and adjust for different properties step-by-step, with movement direction being considered as a prior intention during reach movement and fit precision as a motor constraint during drop movement. The age-related changes in the completion of onward actions are constrained by one's general cognitive ability, sensorimotor performance and effective motor planning for prior intentions. Age-related decline in motor planning can manifest as counterproductive movement profiles, resulting in suboptimal performance of intended actions.
