Title translation Development and validation of a generic questionnaire for evaluating satisfaction in patients with chronic disease: the SAT-Q Questionnaire.
Abstract Objectives: To develop and validate a brief general questionnaire to assess satisfaction in patients with chronic disease.
Design: epidemiological, observational, multicentre cross-sectional study.
Location: 4 Primary Health Care Centers from the IV Health Area in the Principality of Asturias.
Subjects: A total of 202 patients diagnosed with chronic illness who were following a pharmacological regimen for at least one year.
Methods: An extensive literature review was conducted to create an initial item pool of 61 questions regarding patient satisfaction. Then, a forward-backward translation into Spanish was carried out. Next, both the expert (n=8) and patient (n=30) panels led to a new version of 34 items (concerning satisfaction with medication and satisfaction with health service). Finally, scale item reduction (item-total correlation and exploratory factorial analysis -EFA-) and psychometrical validation (feasibility, reliability and criterion validity) of the SAT-Q- were evaluated. Both the SAT-Q and the SF-12 (to assess patient health related quality of life) were applied.
Results: Item reduction analysis resulted in 18 items: general satisfaction with medication (3), adverse-events (3), oversights (2), effectiveness (3), convenience (4) and Health services (3). Internal consistency (Cronbach α) and Intraclass Correlation Coefficients were moderate-high. Moreover, significant positive correlations between SAT-Q scores and SF-12 Physical and Mental Summary Components were found (with the exception of oversights).
Conclusions: A brief questionnaire for measuring satisfaction in chronic patients has been developed and preliminary validated.

The Myocardial Perfusion SPECT with study of viability is able to determine with only one procedure infarcted and residual ischemic area. Aim: To establish the differences between the Q-MI and nonQ with regard to the extension of the infarcted and residual ischemic area.Material and methods: 166 patients that MI are studied. They were divided according to the presence (n =77) or not of Q-wave characteristic of MI in the ECG. Myocardial SPECT was performed using 201Tl (n =83) or 99mTc-MIBI.Results: The Q-MI has larger infarct area (14.7% / 6.8%, p=0.000) and residual ischemic area (8.7% / 6.0%, p=0.002). Discussion: The quantification was conducted in the polar image and this study was quantified with stress and viability images. Conclusions: The Q-MI has larger infarct and residual ischemic area, nevertheless both types of MI should always be quantitatively evaluated in order to gather information that is important for patient management.

Abstract Aim: To explore the value of radiomics for predicting the expression of programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) based on multiparameter spectral computed tomography (CT) images.
Materials and methods: A total of 220 patients with NSCLC were enrolled retrospectively and divided into the training (n=176) and testing (n=44) cohorts. The radiomics features were extracted from the conventional CT images, mono-energy 40 keV images, iodine density (ID) maps, Z-effective maps, and electron density maps. The logistic regression (LR) and support vector machine (SVM) algorithms were employed to build models based on radiomics signatures. The prediction abilities were qualified by the area under the curve (AUC) obtained from the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Internal validation was performed on the independent testing dataset.
Results: The combined model for PD-L1 ≥1%, which consisted of the radiomics score (rad-score; p<0.0001), white blood cell (WBC; p=0.027) counts, and air bronchogram (p=0.003), reached the highest performance with the AUCs of 0.873 and 0.917 in the training and testing dataset, respectively, which was better than the radiomics model with the AUCs of 0.842 and 0.886. The combined model for PD-L1 ≥50%, which consisted of rad-score (p<0.0001) and WBC counts (p=0.027), achieved the highest performance in the training and testing dataset with AUCs of 0.932 and 0.903, respectively, which was better than the radiomics model with AUCs of 0.920 and 0.892, respectively.
Conclusion: The radiomics model based on the multiparameter images of spectral CT can predict the expression level of PD-L1 in NSCLC. The combined model can obtain higher prediction efficiency and serves as a promising method for immunotherapy selection.

Abstract To explore and revise the factor structure, reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Driver Stress Inventory (DSI) in the driver population in first-tier city of China. In this study, the questionnaire method was used to select the data collected by the "Research on the Driving Stress of Urban Salaries in Urban Traffic" carried out by the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012, and a third-party survey agency was commissioned to select 300 people in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou respectively. A total of 900 drivers (with 889 valid data scales) were used to test their driving stress and other indicators by using the DSI and the self-compiled travel and stress relief scale. The test content collects driver self-reported stress data from five dimensions: Aggression, Dislike of driving, Hazard-Monitoring, Fatigue Proneness and Thrill-seeking. The DSI questionnaire of 445 cardinal numbers was revised by item analysis methods such as correlation test and T-test, and exploratory factor analysis method based on principal component analysis and optimal skew axis method (Promax). The results of item analysis showed that the total correlation coefficient of 10 items of the 48 items of the original DSI scale was lower than 0.3, and the total correlation coefficient of 6 items was not significant (

Abstract We retrospectively analyzed a rare case of giant pleural tuberculoma. The patient was a female, 62 years old, admitted to hospital for intermittent fever and hemoptysis. The CT scan of the chest and abdomen showed a mass in the right thoracic cavity, and the uneven surface of the bilateral fallopian tubes. Routine blood tests showed a decrease in platelets, white blood cells, and hemoglobin. The mass in the chest was finally confirmed as a tuberculoma by biopsy. The patient was diagnosed with tuberculosis more than 9 years ago and had been treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs for more than 9 years, which caused damage to the liver, bone marrow and other organs, and led to the drug-resistant tuberculosis, making diagnosis and treatment more complex.
