Abstract China's construction industry has been suffering from high cost, high efficiency, and maladjustment of management. The traditional management mode makes the construction project face the risk of cost overruns and delays, which cannot achieve the effect of cost control. Therefore, by summarizing the characteristics of construction projects and the classification of costs, this paper analyzes the foundation of earned value management method in construction and combines it with cost management; in addition, the actual development of Company A is taken as an example, where a cost early-warning system suitable for construction projects is constructed, including the design of the organizational structure, operation platform, and early-warning model of this system, which can improve the cost management level of construction enterprises to a certain extent.

Abstract Protein aggregation, which occurs under various physiological conditions, can affect cell function and is a major issue in the field of protein therapeutics. In this study, we developed a polyampholyte composed of ε-poly-l-lysine and succinic anhydride and evaluated its protein protection efficacy. This polymer was able to protect different proteins from thermal stress and its performance significantly exceeded that of previously reported zwitterionic polymers. In addition, we synthesized derivatives with varying degrees of hydrophobicity, which exhibited remarkably enhanced efficiency; thus, the polymer concentration required for protein protection was very low. By facilitating the retention of protein enzymatic activity and stabilizing the higher-order structure, these polymers enabled the protein to maintain its native state, even after being subjected to extreme thermal stress. Thus, such polyampholytes are extremely effective in protecting proteins from extreme stress and may find applications in protein biopharmaceuticals and drug delivery systems.

Abstract: Using ab initio nonadiabatic molecular dynamics, we study the effect of large A-site cations on nonradiative electron-hole recombination in two-dimensional Ruddlesden-Popper perovskites HA2APb2I7, HA = n-hexylammonium, A = methylammonium (MA), or ... ...

Abstract Using ab initio nonadiabatic molecular dynamics, we study the effect of large A-site cations on nonradiative electron-hole recombination in two-dimensional Ruddlesden-Popper perovskites HA2APb2I7, HA = n-hexylammonium, A = methylammonium (MA), or guanidinium (GA). The steric hindrance created by large GA cations distorts and stiffens the inorganic Pb-I lattice, reduces thermal structural fluctuations, and maintains the delocalization of electrons and holes at ambient and elevated temperatures. The delocalized charges interact more strongly in the GA system than in the MA system, and the charge recombination is accelerated. In contrast, replacement of only some MA cations with GA enhances disorder and increases charge lifetime, as seen in three-dimensional perovskites. This study highlights the key influence of structural fluctuations and disorder on the properties of charge carriers in metal halide perovskites, providing guidance for tuning materials' optoelectronic performance.

Abstract It is of great significance to use biomass-based furfuryl alcohol to produce oxygenated chemicals to replace petroleum-based chemicals. In this paper, a series of bifunctional Cu-MFI catalysts were developed, and the properties of biomass-based furfuryl alcohol to pentanediol, including 1,5-pentanediol and 1,2 pentanediol, were investigated. These catalysts were synthesized by ammonia evaporation method by loading copper nanoparticles on MFI molecular sieve systems with different silicon aluminum ratios. Among them, Cu-MFI (60)-AE catalyst containing abundantly Brønsted acid protons shows excellent performance, achieving 99.7% furfuryl alcohol conversion and 91% pentanediol selectivity under mild reaction conditions. The high catalytic activity can be attributed to the highly dispersed Cu species and Brønsted acid protons. Brønsted acid protons play a decisive role in the highly selective formation of 1,5-PDO. This paper can develop an economical and feasible path for converting furfuryl alcohol into high value-added fine chemicals.

Abstract Cardiovascular disease, especially myocardial infarction, is a serious threat to human health. Many drugs currently used cannot achieve the desired therapeutic effect due to the lack of selectivity. With the in-depth understanding of the role of microRNA (miRNA) in cardiovascular disease and the wide application of nanotechnology, loading drugs into nanoparticles with the help of nano-delivery system may have a better effect in the treatment of cardiomyopathy. In this review, we highlight the latest research on miRNAs in the treatment of cardiovascular disease in recent years and discuss the possibilities and challenges of using miRNA to treat cardiomyopathy. Secondly, we discuss the delivery of miRNA through different nano-carriers, especially inorganic, polymer and liposome nano-carriers. The preparation of miRNA nano-drugs by encapsulating miRNA in these nano-materials will provide a new treatment option. In addition, the research status of miRNA in the treatment of cardiomyopathy based on nano-carriers is summarized. The use of this delivery tool cannot only realize therapeutic potential, but also greatly improve drug targeting and reduce side effects.
