Abstract By analyzing the performance and main penetration technology of typical subsonic anti-ship missile of formidable enemy, this paper proposes a similarity analysis method based on the characteristic decomposition of threat target and constructs the similarity model of simulated threat aircraft. And the proposed method and model are used to evaluate the similarity of the target drones and analyze the difference between the target drones and the typical simulated objects. On this basis, this paper studies the current methods of building typical threat situation and analyzes the deficiency. According to the above results, this paper puts forward some thoughts on how to improve the ability to simulate the formidable enemy anti-ship missile target, how to improve the air defense and anti-missile training effect and how to build a systematic air blue force. These considerations provide the basis of the construction of the air threat situation for the firing range.

Abstract Background: Mini-incisional double-eyelid blepharoplasty has increasingly gained popularity in oriental populations. Moreover, many related studies have made a detailed technical introduction to this topic. This study aims to introduce a simple single mini-incisional blepharoplasty procedure with orbicularis-orbital septum fixation technique to create a physiologically natural double eyelid with no visible scar and a short postoperative recovery time.
Methods: A single mini-incisional blepharoplasty with orbicularis-orbital septum fixation technique is described in detail and is illustrated with pictures. Patients who underwent this procedure in our department from November 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively reviewed RESULTS: This study included 159 patients who underwent a single mini-incisional blepharoplasty with the orbicularis-orbital septum fixation technique. Surgery duration ranged from 16 to 42 minutes (mean 27 minutes). The majority of the swelling was reduced in 5 days and completely disappeared in 2 weeks for most patients. The follow-up period ranged from 2 to 31 months. All the double eyelids were natural and dynamic, and the creases were stable with no visible scar. Asymmetries occurred in 1.2% (2 of 159), and crease disappeared in 0.6% (1 of 159) of patients; during the follow-up period, no other complications were reported. Of the 159 patients, 99.4% (158) were satisfied with the surgical outcomes CONCLUSIONS: The single mini-incisional blepharoplasty with the orbicularis-orbital septum fixation technique offers a simple, safe, and effective approach to creating double eyelids. It provides natural, stable, scarless, and rapid recovery results with a low risk of complication.

Abstract As one of the peroxisome-proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) members, PPARγ is a ligand binding and activated nuclear hormone receptor, which is an important regulator in metabolism, proliferation, tumor progression, and immune response. Increased evidence suggests that activation of PPARγ in response to ligands inhibits multiple types of cancer proliferation, metastasis, and tumor growth and induces cell apoptosis including breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, and bladder cancer. Conversely, some reports suggest that activation of PPARγ is associated with tumor growth. In addition to regulating tumor progression, PPARγ could promote or inhibit tumor immunotherapy by affecting macrophage differentiation or T cell activity. These controversial findings may be derived from cancer cell types, conditions, and ligands, since some ligands are independent of PPARγ activity. Therefore, this review discussed the dual role of PPARγ on tumor progression and immunotherapy.

Abstract Recently, flexible sensors with high sensitivity have been applied in wearable sports sensing field. Here, we reported a flexible and sensitive capacitive pressure sensor based on nylon textile and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) dielectric film. From the experimental results, the sensor has an extremely high sensitivity of 33.5 kPa⁻¹, a low detection limit of 0.84 Pa, a quick response time of 27 ms. Moreover, the pressure sensor shows excellent reliability under over 100,000 working cycles. With their superior overall performance, capacitive sensors have effectively proved their enormous potential for basketball motion monitoring. This research will promote the development of wearable sports sensors.

Abstract Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) is one of the major causes of pre-term mortality and morbidity among very-low-birth-weight infants (VLBWI) in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC). Some of the neonates pass away despite admission and care in intensive care units (ICUs). The present clinical trial seeks the application value of elevating oxygen saturation in the brain cells of pre-term neonates born with NRDS. Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) was used to monitor the neonates' microscopic cerebral oxygenation levels do determine hemoglobin concentration in brain tissues, whereas the pulse oximetry was used to measure oxygenation levels among the patients. In statistical analyses, the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and descriptive statistics was deployed in the Jupyter Notebook environment using Python language. High saturation of oxygen in the brain tissues result in important biological and physiological processes, including enhanced oxygen supply to cells, reduced severity of NRDS, and balancing oxygen demand and supply. The correlations of oxygen saturation with systemic saturation of oxygen, the saturation of oxygen in brain tissues, the association between brain-specific and systemic saturation, and the impact of these outcomes on clinical practices were deliberated. Also, the pH gas values, the saturation of oxygen in neonates' brain tissues, metabolic acidosis, the effect of acid-base balance and cerebral oxygen supply, and the oxygenation of brain tissues and the pH values emerged as important variables of oxygenation of brain tissues in pre-term neonates. Oxygen saturation in brain cells influence vital physiological and biological processes. Balancing acid-base saturation or levels is needed despite the challenging achievement. Oxygenation of brain tissues improve the brain's overall functioning.

Abstract The evolution of nano-drug delivery systems addresses the limitations of conventional cancer treatments with stimulus-responsive nanomaterial-based delivery systems presenting temporal and spatial advantages. Among various nanomaterials, boron nitride nanoparticles (BNNs) demonstrate significant potential in drug delivery and cancer treatment, providing a high drug loading capacity, multifunctionality, and low toxicity. However, the challenge lies in augmenting nanomaterial accumulation exclusively within tumors while preserving healthy tissues. To address this, we introduce a novel approach involving cancer cell membrane-functionalized BNNs (CM-BID
